Ongoing Midrange Battle under the newbie Ref! (Leethoof vs. LouisCyphre)

Newbie ref Neosonic97 here, ready to ref my first match! No frills, no special gimmicks, just a nice, clean battle. Level 2s mean the Pokemon are pretty midrange, so we won't be seeing anything too crazy like Mega Evolutions, Z-Moves or Dynamax. The Arena's also totally neutral, so this one's gonna be a test of pure skill, guts and strategy.
