Calm Mind Mega Latias's defensive profile makes it an incredible sweeper. Stored Power is an obscenely strong move after enough boosts have been accumulated, breaking though usual roadblocks to Calm Mind sweeps in special walls like Gastrodon and Unaware Clefable as well as other Calm Mind users like Reuniclus and Tapu Fini. Substitute is an interesting tech that turns common Mega Latias counterplay, from Toxic users like Heatran, Victini, and Ferrothorn to passive walls like Pyukumuku, Toxapex, and Galarian Slowking, into setup fodder. Substitute also lets it avoid getting Pursuit trapped by Weavile, a hugely popular Pokemon in the current meta. Toxic Spikes and other forms of entry hazards are near mandatory when using this set, as only having a Psychic-type move makes it unable to break through Weavile and Tyranitar.

larp

would hella change the examples in the first line TBH, if ur running any other move u can still break thru heatran (unless its tox then u x), u don break thru zor, and clef is fine ig but pyuku aint even ranked breh. sub is what rlly helps u break thru like pyuku or non taunt tran, not spower, so either find diff examples or just say why spower is good (hit very hard with a lot of boosts, with sub u accumulate boosts easily, ) this feels a bit short and lacking of info TBH and kind of boring. prolly add a line before the spower line detailing why mtias is so good (broken wincon, hard to stop, defensive utility etc)

lmk on cord so i can look over again

Calm Mind Mega Latias's has an incredible defensive profile as well as access to Calm Mind, which makes it an incredible wincon sweeper. Stored Power is an obscenely strong move after enough boosts have been accumulated, and lets Latias break breaking though usual roadblocks to Calm Mind sweeps, (comma) notably opposing Calm Mind users like Reuniclus or Tapu Fini, but also other Special Walls like Gastrodon, and Unaware Clefable in special walls like Gastrodon and Unaware Clefable as well as other Calm Mind users like Reuniclus and Tapu Fini. Substitute is an interesting tech that allows Latias to outplay alot of its other forms of counterplay, as alot of teams rely on statusing Latias with the likes of Toxic Heatran, Victini, or Ferrothorn; Substitute blocks this and reverses the matchup so that Latias can use them, or other passive checks like Pyukumuku, Toxapex, and Galarian Slowking as set up fodder turns common Mega Latias counterplay, from Toxic users like Heatran, Victini, and Ferrothorn to passive walls like Pyukumuku, Toxapex, and Galarian Slowking, into setup fodder. Notably, Substitute also lets it avoid getting Pursuit trapped by Weavile, a hugely popular Pokemon in the current meta. Toxic Spikes and other forms of entry hazards are near mandatory when using this set, as only having a Psychic-type move makes it unable to break through Weavile and Tyranitar.
