RULES:
Sleep Clause
Species Clause
No Evasion
No Ubers or Wobbuffet
No OHKOs
Only pokemon of the designated type can be used (Flying)
Duel types ARE allowed
64 participants (This might change)
XD moves will be allowed
Hidden powers that do not get STAB are banned.(If you don't know what that means, don't join)​

Ok what the fuck? Don't allow levitating pokemon please. If it isn't part "flying" it's not a flying type. That completely defeats the whole "monomo" principle.

I agree somewhat with waterbomb that it would have been better if you only allowed flying types. Adding Levitate pokes only really means that we get another round to whore gengar and use several other *useful* levitators.
