Congratulations to Scoopapa PokemonMasterDebater and DatHeatmor !

The next slate will be Alolan formes! They must retain the same BST as their original counterpart, though of course you could change it up, and it'll be up to the above users whether they're OK with an all new typing (Marowak, Sandslash and Ninetales) or just a new secondary typing (all the others). We already have Alolan Venusaur, Dugtrio, Muk, Golem, Raichu, Exeggutor, Marowak, Sandslash, Ninetales, Raticate and Chandelure. So to the above users, please PM me or leave a comment on my profile with the Pokemon you'd like to give Alolan formes to.

1. Lapras (535 BST limit) New primary and/or secondary typing
2. Arcanine (555 BST limit) new primary and/or secondary typing
3. Clefable (483 BST limit) new primary and/or secondary typing

Ability: Water Absorb / Cloud Nine / Flame Body (HA)
Base stats: 115 / 100 / 80 / 100 / 80 / 60 [535]
Useful Moves
: Aqua Tail, Drill Run, Flare Blitz, Outrage
: Dragon Pulse, Eruption, Fire Blast, Hydro Pump, Lava Plume, Overheat, Scald, Solar Beam, Thunderbolt, Whirlpool
: Curse, Dragon Dance, Perish Song, Sing, Will-O-Wisp
(Lapras' movepool, + Fire moves, Scald, and Solar Beam, - Ice attacking moves)
Sprite: reddish brown Lapras with a volcano erupting lava on its shell
Weight: 639 lbs, 290 kg
Gender: 50% M, 50% F
Size: 9'02'' ft, 2.8 m
Egg Group(s): Monster / Water 1
Competitive use: Alolan Lapras is a bulky attacker who can fit on Water rain teams or Fire sun teams with its ability Cloud Nine, which allows it to use its Water STAB to assist sun teams and Fire STAB to assist rain teams. Thunderbolt and Dragon Pulse provide useful coverage against Water or Dragon types, respectively, that resist its STABs. While it does have access to Dragon Dance and physical attack options, it has a wider and overall stronger special movepool. Fire STAB helps Water teams against Pokemon like Ferrothorn and Water STAB helps Fire teams against Rock, Ground, and opposing Fire types.
Is it broken?: Alolan Lapras is slow and while bulky, it lacks reliable recovery. It is vulnerable to hazards and can be worn down. Without a boosting item like Choice Specs, it doesn't hit super hard either, especially if running Cloud Nine since this also nullifies the weather boosts to its STABs.
Pokedex: Unlike their Kantonian relatives, Alolan Lapras are more aggressive towards people and other Pokemon and don't appreciate being ridden - not that you would want to, as their backs erupt lava. They prefer the lava-heated waters around Wela Volcano on Akala Island.

Ability: Intimidate / Defiant / Justified (HA)
Base stats: 90 / 110 / 80 / 80 / 100 / 95 [555]
Useful Moves
: Brave Bird, Close Combat, Crunch, Extreme Speed, Iron Head, Outrage, Wild Charge
: Focus Blast, Hurricane
: Defog, Roar, Roost
(Arcanine's movepool, + Hurricane, Brave Bird, Focus Blast, Roost, and Defog, - Fire attacking moves, Will-O-Wisp, and Solar Beam)
Sprite: gray Arcanine with wings and golden hair
Weight: 309 lbs, 140 kg
Gender: 50% M, 50% F
Size: 5'10'' ft, 1.8 m
Egg Group(s): Field
Competitive use: Alolan Arcanine is a bulky physical attacker and one of three Defoggers for Fighting teams, the other two being Hawlucha and Angealous. While slower, it has much greater bulk than either of them while maintaining high offensive presence with STAB Close Combat and Brave Bird along with Extreme Speed to smack faster threats and revenge killers. Intimidate can be used to patch up Alolan Arcanine's lower physical bulk and weaken physical attackers, while Defiant can be used to deter opposing Defoggers and Intimidate users while picking up an attack boost. Roost provides more reliable recovery than Morning Sun, and Roar can be used to phaze as well. For coverage options, Crunch hits Psychic and Ghost types without incurring Brave Bird's recoil and Wild Charge beats Pokemon like Staraptor on Normal teams. Flying teams appreciate Alolan Arcanine's Fighting STAB which threatens bulky Normal-types as well and Steel, Rock, Dark, and Ice types, with its own solid bulk and Rock neutrality helping to take some pressure off Flying teams' tanky staples like Zapdos and Mantine.
Is it broken?: Base 95 speed isn't super fast, so it can be outsped and potentially overwhelmed by opposing offensive Pokemon. Fighting/Flying is weak to Electric, Ice, Fairy, Flying, and Psychic, so it still stacks multiple weaknesses with both Fighting and Flying teams. It doesn’t have a good way to boost its Attack, and its strongest STABs have nasty drawbacks.
Pokedex: With its magnificent wings and noble nature, it is no wonder why many people originally believed Alolan Arcanine to be a legendary Pokemon. This Pokemon soars above the islands and seas of Alola, looking for people and Pokemon in need of aid.

Ability: Levitate / Magic Guard / Unaware (HA)
Base stats: 95 / 50 / 93 / 95 / 90 / 60 [483]
Useful Moves
: N/A
: Discharge, Fire Blast, Focus Blast, Ice Beam, Power Gem, Psychic, Psyshock, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch
: Aromatherapy/Heal Bell, Calm Mind, Counter, Encore, Healing Wish, Moonlight, Soft-Boiled, Stealth Rock, Thunder Wave, Wish
(Clefable's movepool, + Discharge, Power Gem, and Volt Switch, - Moonblast and Misty Terrain)
Sprite: yellow-brown Clefable with levitating rocks
Weight: 132 lbs, 60 kg
Gender: 24.6% M, 75.4% F
Size: 4'00'' ft, 1.2 m
Egg Group(s): Fairy
Competitive use: Alolan Clefable is extremely versatile just like its Kantonian cousin, with greater physical bulk and a couple more moves. It is a second viable Stealth Rock setter besides Alolan Golem. Its diverse special and utility movepools allow it to be tailored to its team's needs, with coverage options like Flamethrower/Fire Blast and Ice Beam for BoltBeam. Soft-Boiled provides reliable recovery, Wish and Heal Bell can allow it to serve as a cleric, and Encore stops set up. Calm Mind lets it function as a special win-con. Alolan Clefable has access to three great abilities, Levitate removes its 4x Ground weakness, Magic Guard protects it from being worn down by passive damage, and Unaware helps against set up sweepers.
Is it broken?: Alolan Clefable is slow, so it will probably take damage before moving. Running any one ability leaves opens up vulnerabilities; for example, Levitate leaves it vulnerable to passive damage and set up, Magic Guard leaves it with a 4x weakness. Even if running Unaware, strong wallbreakers can still break through it. Its base 95 Special Attack isn't amazing without a few Calm Mind boosts, so it may end up being rather passive.
Pokedex: Alolan Clefable use electromagnetism to levitate meteorites around, often drawing complex patterns on the ground which researchers have yet to decipher. They seem especially curious of Minior and can be seen gathering in large numbers on the nights of Minior showers.

Ability: Icy Force (Sand Force clone of Ice, Flying, and Fighting) / Shell Armor / Snow Warning
Base stats: 125/90/80/90/80/70 (535 BST)

Weight: same as Lapras
Gender: Male/Female
Competitive use: Lapras-Alola has its niche in being either a Hail setter or sweeper.
Is it broken?: Although it does have more coverage options and setup moves, it still faces competition with Kyurem-Black because the latter has higher immediate power and speed.

Arcanine-Alola: Fire/Normal
Ability: Flash Fire / Intimidate / Justified
Base stats: 90/110/90/80/90/95 (555 BST)

Sprite: Arcanine but its body is red
Weight: same as Arcanine
Gender: Male/Female
Competitive use: Arcanine-Alola has its niche in being a good wallbreaker and revenge killer.

Clefable-Alola: Fairy/Steel
Ability: Light Metal / Heatproof / Unaware
Base stats: 95/95/90/70/73/60 (483 BST)

Sprite: Clefable but its body is metallic
Weight: same as Clefable
Gender: Male/Female
Competitive use: Clefable-Alola has its niche in being a good physical wall and a memey Belly Drum sweeper.
Is it broken?: It is vulnerable to special attacks, can be eliminated easily by trappers, and competes heavily with Klefki since the latter has Prankster.

Status moves: All of Lapras' moves plus Shell Smash and Wish
Sprite: Royal blue Lapras with a smooth, dark purple shell
Weight: 485 lbs/ 220 kg
Gender: 50% male/ 50% female
Competitive use: Laparas can be used as a powerful shel smash sweeper with Shell Smash, its wide movepool, and Swift Swim, or can be used as a cleric/wall with Heal Bell, Wish, Toxic and Solid Rock as its ability. However, Its offensive stats are very mediocre when unboosted, and a low speed stat makes it easy to outspeed before a boost

Ability: Water Absorb / Unsettle* / Justified
Unsettle - The Pokémon unsettles opposing Pokémon upon entering battle, lowering their Special Attack stat.
Base stats: 95 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 90 / 100 [555]
Useful Moves
: Aqua Jet, Extremespeed
: Ice Beam, Scald
: Haze, Ice Burn*, Recover, Refresh, Toxic
Ice Burn
- The user shoots a sinister, freezing-cold shard at the target to inflict a burn.
Ice Burn inflicts a burn on the target. It has no effect on Ice-type Pokémon.
If powered up by a Icium Z into Z-Ice Burn, the user's Special Attack stat rises one stage.

Sprite: Arcanine recolored blue
Weight: 325.0 lbs., 147.4 kg
Gender: 25% M, 75% F
Size: 6'0" ft, 1.8 m
Egg Group(s): Water 1
Competitive use: Arcanine-Alola would be an alternative to Milotic on teams that want a specially defensive role that can lower the opponent's special attack with Unsettle. With Unsettle, Arcanine's 95 HP and 90 Sp Def make it very resistant to special attackers, causing them to switch out or risk being PP stalled. It can deal damage with Scald and optionally Ice Beam. It is somewhat bulky defensively as well.
Is it broken?: Arcanine-Alola lacks offensive presence. It only gets two relevant offensive moves, Scald and Ice Beam, which means that it is rather useless against other Water monotype teams. It is checked by Rotom-W with Volt Switch, especially its Electric monotype usage. It is also checked by Protean Greninja with Grass Knot, although that is relatively uncommon. Since Arcanine-Alola will not use Ice Beam very frequently, it will also be checked by many Grass type Pokemon. It can be countered by its checks, as well as Water and Dragon type Pokemon that set up on it successfully.
Pokedex: A legendary Pokémon in the West. Many people are amazed by the speed and agility of its running.

Lapras-Alola
Type:
Water/Steel
Ability: Lightning Rod/Iron Barbs (Hydration)
Base stats: 130/85/95/85/80/60 [535, swap Special Defense and Defense]
Useful Moves
Physical
: Waterfall, Drill Run, Iron Head, Outrage, Revenge
Special: Hydro Pump, Surf, Scald, Ice Beam, Flash Cannon, Thunderbolt
Status: Dragon Dance, Heal Bell, Parish Song, Protect, Roar, Toxic, Rest, Rain Dance
Sprite: Lapras with a longer horn on its head, and sharp spikes on a metallic shell
Weight: Same As Lapras
Gender: Same As Lapras
Size: Same As Lapras
Egg Group(s): Same As Lapras
Competitive use: Fire Neutrality for steel, and Electric immunity/Grass neutrality for water.
Is it broken?: No reliable recovery outside of Rest, so it can still get worn down.
Pokedex: Alolan Lapras are a new breed that are far more resilient to poaching. Their Shells are as hard as carbon steel, and are covered with very sharp and painful barbs. If Lapras lets you ride on its shell without hurting you, it is a sign that it trusts you. These Lapras have grown a larger, metallic horn that functions like a lightning rod during storms. They have learned to store the electric power from a lightning strike, and fire it back at poachers or other foes.

Arcanine-Alola
Type:
Normal/Fairy
Ability: Intimidate/Dazzling (Justified)
Base stats: 90/110/80/100/80/95 [555]
Useful Moves
Physical
: Extreme Speed, Play Rough, Close Combat, Crunch, Pursuit, Wild Charge, Fire Fang, Thunder Fang, Ice Fang
Special: Hyper Voice, Dazzling Gleam, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Moonblast Snarl, Noble Roar,
Status: Moonlight, Toxic, Thunder Wave, Roar, Taunt.
Sprite: White Arcanine
Weight: Same As Arcanine
Gender: Same As Arcanine
Size: Same As Arcanine
Egg Group(s): Same As Arcanine
Competitive use: Pairs well with Chancy and Porygon2 on normal teams, since it can switch in and tank a Fighting Move, or a Knock Off to protect their Eviolites. It can also revenge kill with Extreme Speed, and has good coverage with Close Combat and Crunch to hit the Steel and Ghost types that are resistant to our STAB moves. It also has the option of Dazzling to counter other priority users, and Justified for when you really want to punish someone for spamming Knock Off. In addition, its support movepool is fairly useful, giving you the option of building a status shuffling wall.
Is it broken?: It doesn't have a boosting move, (except Howl, I guess, but nobody uses Howl), and is more vulnerable to status than regular Arcanine.
Pokedex: This new breed of the "legendary Pokémon" no longer has fire in its body for fuel, instead it stores light from the moon, and uses it as energy to sustain it as it runs the great distances and speeds that Arcanine are known for. As it runs, its fur glows with the dazzling brilliance of the full moon.

Clefable-Alola
Type: Fairy
/Rock
Ability
: Solid Rock/Magic Guard (Simple)
Base stats: 95/80/83/95/80/40 [483, -20 to Speed, and +10 to Attack and Defense]
Useful Moves
Physical
: Play Rough, Stone Edge, Head Smash, Stomping Tantrum, Drain Punch, Meteor Mash
Special: Psychic, Psyshock, Stored Power, Moonblast, Power Gem, Ancient Power, Focus Blast, Shadow Ball, Fire Blast
Status: Calm Mind, Cosmic Power, Curse, Stealth Rock, Moonlight, Toxic, Rock Polish
Sprite: White Clefable with the middle of its body looking rocky with small craters.
Weight: Same As Clefable
Gender: Same As Clefable
Size: Same As Clefable
Egg Group(s): Same As Clefable
Competitive use: Bulky Simple boosting sweeper. Can boost with Calm Mind, Curse, or Cosmic Power.
Is it broken?: Double Weak to Steel, and has 3 other weaknesses, meaning it can have a hard time setting up. It's recovery move is weaker in Sand Storm, which is awful for a Rock type, since you want to have the recovery while getting the Special Defense boost from sandstorms on rock teams.
Pokedex: Clefable in the Alola region have developed hard, rock like bodies, which have the same composition as moon rocks. Some scientists believe that it gazes intently at the sky on nights with a full moon because it's planning on going back to the moon. They don't like to reveal themselves in front of people, so live in packs high up on isolated mountaintops.

Inspiration: Clefable is from the moon. The moon controls the tides with it's gravity.
Ability: Cute Charm/Magic Guard (High Tide)
High Tide: Summons Gravity for 5 turns on switch in.
Base stats: 95/70/73/95/90/60 (483 BST)
Useful Moves:
: Play Rough, Liquidate, Aqua Jet
: Surf, Scald, Hydro Pump, Moon Blast, Focus Blast, Ice Beam, Blizzard
: Calm Mind, Cosmic Power, Moonlight, Sing, Toxic, Taunt, Gravity, Lunar Dance
Sprite: Sky Blue Clefable with yellow water wings and a crescent moon on it's belly.
Weight: Same as Clef
Gender: Same as Clef
Size: Smae as Clef
Egg Group(s): Same as Clef
Competitive use: Gravity will ground levitating/flying targets, meaning that they will be vulnerable to Ground Moves, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, and Terrains. In addition, you are buffing the accuracy of all moves by x5/3, meaning that anything with 60 Acc or more will hit 100% of the time. This can help set up the field for a Mega-Swampert or Pixsoil to get around pesky ground immune mons, as well as make your less than fully relable moves, fully reliable for a few turns. And if Gravity doesn't tickle your fancy, it always can just be a normal Magic Guard Clef, just with a water type bonus.
Is it OP?: There are only so many Ground Types that can be used on Fairy and Water teams.

163621
163622
Inspiration: In Gen 1, Lapras mostly used BoltBeam coverage.
Ability: Volt Absorb/Shell Armor (Surge Surfer)
Base stats: 130/85/70/105/85/60 (535 BST, -10 Def and SpD, +20 SpA)
Useful Moves:
: Wild Charge, Icicle Crash, Ice Shard, Drill Run, Outrage
: Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Surf, Blizzard
: Dragon Dance, Heal Bell, Perish Song
Sprite: Yellow Lapras
Weight: Same as Lapras
Gender: Same as Lapras
Size: Same as Lapras
Egg Group(s): Same as Lapras
Competitive use: Electric Terrain Sweeper with STAB BoltBeam coverage. With Surge Surfer active and max investment, it outspeeds the unboosted tier as well as any choice scarfer with <96 base speed.
Is it OP?: It has a poor defensive typing, and will be outsped by most scarfers. No way of boosting its SpA outside of Items, and has only decent base attacking stats.

163657
163624
Inspiration:
Ability: Intimidate/Ice Body (Scrappy)
Base stats: 90/110/80/100/80/95 (555 BST)
Useful Moves:
: Extreme Speed, Close Combat, Icicle Crash, Crunch, Wild Charge, Outrage
: Ice Beam, Blizzard, Focus Blast
: Roar, Morning Sun, Hail, Howl
Sprite: White Arcanine
Weight: Same as Arcanine
Gender: Same as Arcanine
Size: Same as Arcanine
Egg Group(s): Same as Arcanine
Competitive use: Pivot with priority. Scrappy lets it hit Ghosts with E-Speed and Close Combat, reducing switch in options, while Intimidate gives it an easier switch into physical moves, which may be useful for Ice teams since it takes neutral damage from Rock.
Is it OP?: Awful defensive typing, with 6 weaknesses and 3 resists. Not extremely fast, and doesn't get STAB on E-Speed.

Inspiration: Clefable on mount Hokulani began developing hard, meteorite-like shells and floating into the air. Perhaps they are preparing to return to the moon, or perhaps they are responding the region's intense magnetic fields.
Ability: Levitate / Magic Guard | Unaware (HA)
Stats: 95 / 95 / 90 / 70 / 83 / 50 | BST: 483
Movepool Additions: ( same movepool as Clefable otherwise )
: Iron Head, Stone Edge, Earthquake,
: Flash Cannon, Power Gem, Volt Switch, Earth Power
: Bulk Up
Movepool Removals:
Fire Punch, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Solarbeam, Grass Knot, Magical Leaf, Aromatherapy
Sprite: Imagine Rock Mario but instead there's a Clefable inside
Weight: 80 kg
Gender: 25% male 75% female
Size: 1.4 m
Competitive use: Rock / Steel with Levitate is actually a pretty useful typing that will confound most Ground type pokemons' coverage, making it great for both Rock and Steel teams. It also provides nice neutralities to Grass, Steel, and Fire, ( and tons of useful resistances that Rock teams wouldn't normally gamble for with a Rock / Steel type ). Where Clefable is a win condition with Calm Mind, this Clefable-Alola uses Bulk Up with moves like Meteor Mash, Drain Punch, and Earthquake. Being immune to Spikes and poison status, and resistant to Stealth Roc,k, it won't mind not running Magic Guard too much.
Is it OP?: It has an achilles heel in its 4x Fighting weakness, and its stats are fairly mediocre. It will need a few pokemon cleared before it can sweep, and wall breakers with neutral STAB attacks or Fighting coverage should be able to break past it.

163628
163622

Ability: Storm Drain / Shell Armor | Filter (HA)
Stats: 130 / 75 / 90 / 85 / 105 / 50 | BST: 535
Movepool Additions: ( same movepool as Lapras otherwise )
: Play Rough, Icicle Crash
: Moonblast, Sparkling Aria
: Slack Off, Aurora Veil, Thunder Wave
Movepool Removals:
Smart Strike, Iron Head, Iron Tail, Whirlpool, Block, Brine, Hydro Pump
Sprite: Lapras has blushed cheeks, and bigger curly ears that fade to the cream color of its belly. It's smaller overall.
Weight: 212 kg
Gender: 50% male 50% female
Size: 2.3 m
Competitive use: Special wall and possible Aurora Veil setter. A wall for Ice teams may not be the most pressing need, but this Lapras-Alola's ability to beat almost any special attacker that isn't Fire, Steel, or Rock type might open up a niche. Thunder Wave is crucial support to help the various sweepers and wallbreakers who are likely to be its teammates.
Is it OP?: Defensive Ice types don't have a great track record so I wouldn't be too worried. I did feel compelled to remove its trapping moves though, as huge bulk + recovery + perish trap seems like a bad idea.
Pokedex: Its hauntingly sad songs echo throughout the caves in which it resides. Explorers drawn by the sound end up as frozen decorations in the deepest chambers.

163623
163628

Inspiration: A mashup of multiperson chinese festival costumes
Ability: Flash Fire / Majestic | Justified (HA)
Stats: 90 / 110 / 80 / 100 / 80 / 95 | BST: 555
Movepool Additions: ( same movepool as Arcanine otherwise )
: Fang Charge
Fang Charge - now only has a 30% chance to badly poison if the user is Poison type - otherwise 20% chance to lower Def
: Draco Meteor, Fiery Dance
: Dragon Dance
Movepool Removals:
Play Rough, Close Combat
Sprite: Arcanine has a square jaw like a chinese lion, bird legs and talons, and a long, multicolored tail
Weight: 155 kg
Gender: 25% male 75% female
Size: 1.9 m
Competitive use: This version of Alolan Arcanine shares a lot in common with its Kantonian counterpart, including its offensive and defensive versatility. It gains a better defensive typing and secondary STAB, which should boost its viability. Majestic arguably combos with Will-o-Wisp better than Intimidate, as well. Dragon Dance variants hit much less hard than Mega Charizard X, but they don't have to risk taking 50% from Stealth Rock and have Majestic to secure setup opportunities. It can also go mixed with Draco Meteor or fully special to avoid recoil.
Is it OP?: The existence of Mega Charizard X probably means that the tier can handle it. It's basically just a more defensive counterpart.

Right, so sorry about the delay everyone. I've been on holiday in a place with no wifi the past week. Voting will commence now. As usual, vote for one Alolan forme of each Pokemon. Type whose creation you're voting for, as they have the same name. Also as usual, you may not vote for your own creations. Oh, and here are my creations.

Base stats: 95 / 95 / 90 / 70 / 73 / 60 [483 BST]
Ability: Cursed Body, Magic Guard, Unaware
Useful Moves
Physical: Shadow Sneak, Tomb Tackle*, Drain Punch, Superpower, Mach Punch, Stone Edge, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Fire Punch
Special: Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Fire Blast, Grass Knot, Moonblast
Status: Belly Drum, Calm Mind, Wish, Heal Bell, Moonlight, Stealth Rock
*Tomb Tackle: Ghost type Double-Edge clone
Weight: 40 kgs
Size: 1.3m
Egg Group(s): Fairy
Gender: All
Competetive use: It's a late game sweeper with Belly Drum, boasting perfect neutral coverage on its STABs and a recoil free 120 BP STAB. On Ghost teams it helps against Normal and Dark - on Fighting it helps against Psychic. It can also function as a utility attacker, with its STABs alone having perfect neutral coverage, it can run a utility move like Stealth Rock in the final slot.
Is it broken? It's slow, has common weaknesses, and isn't that bulky. It also can't switch into much besides Ghost and Normal type moves, and most faster Pokemon that resist Shadow Sneak can revenge kill it.

Base stats: 130 / 80 / 95 / 85 / 95 / 50
Ability: Thick Fat, Shell Armor, Regenerator
Useful moves
Physical: Horn Leech, Waterfall, Drill Run, Rock Slide
Special: Giga Drain, Scald, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt
Status: Calm Mind, Synthesis
Weight: 220 kgs
Size: 2.5 m
Egg Group(s): Monster, Water 1
Gender: All
Competetive use: It's a valuable defensive pivot, giving Grass teams a Fire and Ice neutrality (resist with Thick Fat), and Water teams a neutrality to Grass and Electric type moves. It could even try as a bulky sweeper with Calm Mind, though I suspect it will be more defensive in nature.
Is it broken? Average to mediocre stats outside of HP, it also doesn't get Leech Seed, limiting its stalling potential. Bug, Flying and Poison types are a problem for it. It's also Spikes fodder.

Base stats: 90 / 100 / 70 / 120 / 70 / 105
Ability: Intimidate, Frozen Fire, Sheer Force
Useful Moves
Physical: Extreme Speed
Special: Dark Pulse, Ice Beam, Freeze-Dry, Focus Blast, Hidden Power
Status: Nasty Plot, Moonlight
Weight: 155 kgs
Size: 1.9m
Egg group(s): Field
Gender: All
Competetive Use: It's a fast wallbreaker / revenge kiler, using its high Special Attack, Nasty Plot and Sheer Force to break through walls. All three of its abilities can be helpful.
Is it broken? Its typing is god awful defensively, and it has less bulk than Kantonian Arcanine. Anything with Mach Punch can put it in the ground, and it has a pretty small movepool as well, with next to nothing beyond its STABs. Entry hazards are also a pain for it.

Petuuuhhh - there is already an ability in this mod that acts as a special Intimidate clone - it's called Majestic. There is also already a move called Ice Burn. I would suggest changing it to either Cold Burn, Frostbite or Chillblain.

My votes:
Clefable - Scoopapa's
Arcanine - Petuuuhhh's
Lapras - PokemonMasterDebater's

OK everyone the results are in! Here are the winners:

Clefable: Tie between Scoopapa and Origin0 (2 votes each). As Origin0 superstrike66 and Anaconja didn't vote for either of those, could you please PM me or leave a comment on my profile with which of the two you prefer. Origin0 you are allowed to vote for your own in this scenario.
Arcanine: 7 way tie. So paste your Alolan Arcanine into your submissions this week and we'll have a recount when the voting starts for this slate.
Lapras: PokemonMasterDebater 's Ice / Electric Lapras Alola (3 votes). Runner up: Absol-ution 's Water / Steel Lapras-Alola (2 votes)

Congratulations PokemonMasterDebater - please PM me or leave a comment on my profile with which Pokemon you'd like to give an Alolan forme to and whether you're OK with completely new typing (a la Ninetales and Sandslash) or just new secondary (a la Muk and Raticate).

Great submissions from all of you, best slate we've seen in a long time. Speaking of slates, I've decided to continue with Alolan formes for this one as well. Same rules as last time: it must have the same BST as its previous forme (but you can reshuffle and make small changes). Also, Venusaur, Raticate, Muk, Clefable, Arcanine, Lapras, Marowak, Golem, Raichu, Exeggutor, Ninetales, Sandslash and Chandelure already have Alolan formes. You can simply copy paste your own Arcanine Alola from last week if you wish.

1. Meganium (new primary and/or secondary typing)
2. Braviary (new primary and/or secondary typing)
3. Arcanine (new primary and/or secondary typing)

Ability: Cursed Body / Filter (HA)
Base stats: 80 / 92 / 110 / 73 / 100 / 70 [525]
Useful Moves
: Dragon Tail, Earthquake, Iron Head, Shadow Claw
: Flash Cannon, Hex, Night Shade, Shadow Ball
: Destiny Bond, Disable, Slack Off, Spikes, Stealth Rock, Swords Dance, Will-O-Wisp
(Meganium's movepool, + Ghost and Steel moves, Slack Off, Spikes, Stealth Rock, and Will-O-Wisp, - Grass and Powder moves)
Sprite: ghostly Meganium with a boat propeller and tangled fishing lines where its flower would be
Weight: 277 lbs, 125.5 kg
Gender: 88.1% M, 11.9% F
Size: 5'11'' ft, 1.8 m
Egg Group(s): Monster / Grass
Competitive use: Bulky Stealth Rock and Spikes setter with reliable recovery. This especially benefits Ghost teams who don't have very many viable hazard setters. Its Steel typing also gives Ghost teams several useful resists like Fairy, Dragon, Flying, and Psychic, while its Ghost typing gives Steel teams a Normal and Fighting immunity, as well as Will-O-Wisp which can help immensely against physical threats like Mega Lopunny. It can also serve as a Swords Dance sweeper.
Is it broken?: It's passive without a boost and can't hit Fighting-types super effectively, weakening its ability to check them. Many Pokemon like Grass, Psychic, and Fairy types often run Hidden Power Fire or other anti-Steel coverage as well, so it can't always comfortably stay in against threats it should otherwise be able to wall. It retains weaknesses against Fire, Ground, Dark, and Ghost, stacking these weaknesses of Ghost and Steel teams, and Pokemon like Mega Lopunny can still smash it with a Scrappy HJK.
Pokedex: Alolan Meganium is actually a spirit possessing discarded boat propellers and fishing lines at the bottom of the ocean. It's believed that a Meganium's spirit found dead bodies of other Pokemon trapped in these objects and became vengeful due to its otherwise caring nature when it was alive.

Ability: Pressure / Sheer Force / Defiant (HA)
Base stats: 95 / 123 / 70 / 57 / 70 / 95 [510]
Useful Moves
: Brave Bird, Pursuit, Rock Slide, Steel Wing, Superpower, Throat Chop, U-turn, Valiant Talon*, Zen Headbutt
: N/A (SpA is too low)
: Bulk Up, Defog, Roost, Tailwind, Taunt
(Braviary's movepool, + Dark-type moves, Valiant Talon*)
Valiant Talon* - Fighting-type Iron Head

Sprite: Braviary but mostly gray with a feathery halo rather than a feathered headdress
Weight: 110 lbs, 50 kg
Gender: 100% M
Size: 5'11'' ft, 1.8 m
Egg Group(s): Flying
Competitive use: Alolan Braviary is a strong physical attacker with many Sheer Force-boosted attacks, including STABs, and a decent speed stat. It can set up with Bulk Up and has moderate bulk. Its signature move Valiant Talon is a spammable Fighting STAB that is boosted by Sheer Force, without Sheer Force it has a 30% flinch chance. It also has access to coverage in Brave Bird, Rock Slide, Steel Wing, and Zen Headbutt, with Steel Wing hitting Fairy-types that resist its STABs, Rock Slide hitting Flying-types, and Brave Bird or Zen Headbutt hitting Fighting-types, among other targets. Typing-wise, Alolan Braviary gives Fighting teams an important Psychic immunity and Dark STAB to hit Ghost-types, while Dark teams benefit from its Bug neutrality and ability to hit Steel-types and Normal-types hard with its Fighting STAB.
Is it broken?: Alolan Braviary stacks a 4x Fairy weakness, as well as Fighting and Flying weaknesses. Many Psychic-types can run Fairy or Fighting coverage for Dark-types, preventing Alolan Braviary from countering them as readily. It is also vulnerable to all status, can even with Roost it can be overwhelmed by powerful attackers. Its speed stat isn't amazing for an offensive Pokemon, and since it will likely run Life Orb rather than a Scarf, it can be outsped by offensive threats and revenge killers.
Pokedex: Alolan Braviary are valiant like their mainland cousins, but sometimes they become incensed with their courage and expect others to show respect in return.

Resub with some changes.
166490
166491
Ability: Intimidate/Flash Freeze* (Scrappy)
*Flash Freeze: Flash Fire clone for Ice moves.
Base stats: 90/110/90/80/90/95 [555 BST | -20 SpA, +10 Def & SpD]
Useful Moves:
: Extreme Speed, Close Combat, Icicle Crash, Crunch, Wild Charge, Outrage
: Ice Beam, Blizzard, Freeze Dry, Focus Blast
: Roar, Morning Sun, Hail, Howl
Sprite: White Arcanine
Weight: Same as Arcanine
Gender: Same as Arcanine
Size: Same as Arcanine
Egg Group(s): Same as Arcanine
Competitive use: Pivot with priority. Scrappy lets it hit Ghosts with E-Speed and Close Combat, reducing switch in options, while Intimidate gives it an easier switch into physical moves, which may be useful for Ice teams since it takes neutral damage from Rock. Alternatively, the new ability Flash Freeze lets it switch into ice attacks for free, which may be worthwhile on Fighting teams.
Is it OP?: Awful defensive typing, with 6 weaknesses and 3 resists. Not extremely fast, and doesn't get STAB on E-Speed.

Will post Meganium later, on mobile right now.

EDIT:
166492
166493
Ability: Static (Prankster)
Base stats: 80/92/90/93/90/80 [525 BST | +10 Atk, -10 Def, +10 SpA, -10 SpD]
Useful Moves:
: Petal Blizzard, Horn Leech, Wild Charge, Earthquake, Dragon Tail

: Aromatherapy, Curse, Leech Seed, Magic Coat, Nature Power, Synthesis, Toxic, Thunder Wave, Light Screen, Reflect, Substitute, Taunt
Sprite: Meganium with yellow-green skin, with black and yellow petals replacing the white and pink. It's anteni resemble lightning bolts.
Weight: Same as Meganium
Gender: Same as Meganium
Size: Same as Meganium
Egg Group(s): Grass and Monster
Competitive use: Prankster utility. Beyond providing Flying neutrality to Grass, and a Ground neutrality to Electric, Meganium-A has many excelent status moves that it can use to harass the opposition or support it's team.
Sub-Seed
Meganium @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Substitute
- Leech Seed
- Protect
- Thunderbolt

Sub Charge Beam
Meganium @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpA
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Substitute
- Charge Beam
- Giga Drain
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Cleric
Meganium @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpA
Relaxed Nature
- Aromatherapy
- Synthesis
- Dragon Tail
- Volt Switch / Thunder Wave

Dual Screens
Meganium @ Light Clay
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpA
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Light Screen
- Reflect
- Volt Switch
- Aromatherapy

Is it OP?: Screens can be removed with Defog, and it's Sub-Seed sets are useless against Dark or Grass types. It's stats are so evenly distributed, that it doesn't really excel in any one area. It's bulk is higher than any other prankster, but it's still on the low end by wall standards.
Pokedex:
  • This Mischievous creature sets traps by spreading statically charged pollen on objects that people touch. It laughs to itself whenever someone gets a sudden shock.
  • It uses its statically charged pollen to protect the berries it eats from insects. Anything that comes to eat protected berries is in for a nasty shock!

Ability: Light Power
is a Pre-Contributor
In case anyone missed an important detail...
Also, Venusaur, Raticate, Muk, Clefable, Arcanine, Lapras, Marowak, Golem, Raichu, Exeggutor, Ninetales, Sandslash and Chandelure already have Alolan formes.
As a result, those who made an Alolan form of Arcanine in this slate have to change it into another Pokémon. see below.

Arcanine-Alola: Poison/Fighting
Ability: Poison Touch / No Guard / Justified
Base stats: 90/110/90/80/90/95 (555 BST)
Useful Moves
Physical
: Gunk Shot, Poison Jab, Close Combat, Extreme Speed, Wild Charge, Stone Edge
Special: N/A
Status: Swords Dance, Bulk Up, Toxic Spikes
Sprite: Arcanine but its body is purple and green
Weight: same as Arcanine
Gender: Male/Female
Competitive use: Arcanine-Alola has its niche in being a unique wallbreaker and revenge killer for both Poison and Fighting.
Is it broken?: It has trouble breaking through Poison and Psychic-types, and its abilities aren't very useful.

Meganium-Alola: Dragon/Fairy
Ability: Natural Cure / Stamina
Base stats: 75/85/100/85/100/80 (525 BST)
Useful Moves
Physical
: Outrage, Dragon Tail, Play Rough, Earthquake
Special: Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Moonblast, Flamethrower
Status: Slack Off, Aromatherapy, Calm Mind, Dragon Dance, Healing Wish
Sprite: Meganium but its body is pink and its flower is purple
Weight: same as Meganium
Gender: Male/Female
Competitive use: Meganium-Alola has a very useful typing for Dragon by providing a Dragon immunity and a wide movepool. It's great for beating priority due to Stamina as well.
Is it broken?: It has trouble breaking through Celesteela and Heatran if it uses a physical or special set, respectively, its attacking stats are initially mediocre, and its speed causes it to be outsped and revenge killed if it uses an offensive set.
