Bringing back a long beloved tournament format, seeded tournaments make sure that all the best action is saved for the end. Players were given their seed rankings by Chaitanya, Decem, Endal, Harpp, Ridley, Floss, and Ticken, which will determine their opponents over the course of the tournament.
Once signups are finalised, the Seed Council will assign rankings to each player based on their skill level. The tournament will start off with the higher seed players being matched with the lower seed ones. This tournament format ensure that two top players don't end up facing each other early, and battles between two high ranking players are saved for the end.

Tournament Rules are as follows:
  • Standard Smogon clauses & tournament rules apply.
  • Single Elimination.
  • Best of 3 out of BW / ORAS / USUM / SS Monotype, decided upon by the players.
  • Before the game starts, the lower seed (higher seed number) will choose the first gen to be played, and the subsequent loser will choose the next gen until a BO3 is played.
  • Ghosting is forbidden in each round and any obvious or blatant cases will have hefty consequences.
  • Flaming from anyone in this thread is strictly prohibited.
  • Battles for future sets will not be counted until that set is live.
  • Matches are to be played on Pokemon Showdown, which is the Main server or Smogon Tours servers. Matches played on any other server will be void and must be redone on one of those 2 servers.
  • Each round will only last for 4 days.
  • All replays must be saved publicly or posted in the thread if hidden.
Standard Rules and Clauses:
  • Baton Pass Clause: Baton Pass is banned
  • Same Type Clause: Pokémon in a team must share a type.
  • Sleep Clause Mod: Limit one foe put to sleep
  • Species Clause: Limit one of each Pokémon
  • OHKO Clause: OHKO moves are banned
  • Moody Clause: Moody is banned
  • Evasion Moves Clause: Evasion moves are banned
  • Endless Battle Clause: Forcing endless battles is banned
  • HP Percentage Mod: HP is shown in percentages

Chaitanya (1) vs Mateeus (32) - mat really brought a shitty flying team g1 and still somehow got cteamed by chait and then won the next 2 wtf im so lost
DugZa (16) vs Jolly Togekiss ^-^ (48) - last years circuit winner vs some plane boy or something idk he likes bad mons but tbh i know who im picking here
Riku Sakuraba (72)vs Splash (25) - i like splash but i think riku has been taking names so i think hes got this here
Ronman5 (73) vs Kaguya Lys (41) - the goat johnner ayayayayayayayayayayayayayayayayayayay vs the absolute force that is ronman, should be close but i think kaguya can edge him here
Averardo (61) vs Crashy (29) - hes crashing through the competition rn and should pick up another win here
Attribute (13) vs Conflux (20) - fire mu, both really good and both could pull off the win, attri is better in the old gens i think though so i feel like he will take this here

Decem (14) vs Kev (19) - should be a really good mu here, but kev was very mean to me during no johns and didnt once bring any fun teams so fuck him
StarBlim (70) vs Floss (27) - great win K3ppr im really proud
Typhlosion48 (54) vs Ssalbap (43) - can ssalbap lose??? im honestly not sure its possible, no matter what memes he brings he wins somehow

Dharma posting this incase but I might need a tinesy extension just in case I fall asleep tonight

The bad thing about me and Kaguya is we both live in vastly different timezones and since Ive been sick with the good ole whatever that I have... Ive been going to bed earlier than Midnight. I missed the first night, he (and I) couldn't do last night. In case we don't get to it tonight Im gonna need a small extension of a few hours past Tuesday to get it to work. Note this is a last resort incase tonight falls through, I don't think it will but its just a warning.
