firstly in regular monotype you may only used mega altaria on dragon teams because it only has its Dragon-typing pre & post mega, same philosophy applies here. Also while Altaria might not be banned its mega stone in the section below is, Altarianite is banned. However you only see Altarianite in the Dragon section because even it were allowed in Monotype UU, it still would not be a Flying or Fairy type in both pre & post mega evolution.
