Team Monotype Winter Premier - Finals (Won by Mossdeep Murkrows)

Thank you to all the hosts for helping this tournament run smoothly, especially adorluigi your effort and hard work never goes unnoticed.

Before I even write anything I'd like to give my flowers to Trichotomy and his team, especially to Mind, Fogbound, and Fraolain. I've managed lots of tournaments in the past and not once have I felt the way I did this finals. Even in MPL finals when things looked dire I always had faith, but this time around I felt an uneasiness before each SV game that I cant explain. I felt very hopeless and outclassed, something I've never really experienced as a competitor. Regardless of the result, you should be proud of a dominant season, and I hope to see you all in more future tournaments.

Before I shout anyone out, Id like to apologize for some things. First is to Ryuji , this is where all my focus went during NDBD LOL I appreciate you for carrying though. Second for my "Overrated Mainers" comment during semifinals. For context, someone said that the finals pairing was the "worst outcome", which even as a joke is funny because both teams worked hard to get there. I said that as a joke but regardless it was tasteless and rude in the moment, so I apologize again. Monotype is my first ever format and while I don't play it often anymore, I'm not going to act as if I'm above it. I respect community members site wide who put in effort and hard work to their respective tiers they enjoy, that won't ever change.

I'm not shouting out those I already know personally, you know how I feel about you as friends and I don't need to repeat it. For those I didn't know too well prior to this tour:

You and Jon are closer and I didn't know too much about you prior to this tour, but it was nice to meet and spend time in a chat. Thanks for playing when I asked you to sign up, I owe you lol. On the plan from day 1,a shame we couldn't get both you and style. When people said you would have no lines in our chat, it was very ironic and amusing to see how well you got along with everyone. You carried sv super hard for us early season and it was nice to have another hard worker on the team. You already had a ring, but individuals like you are who I refer to when I say I want to win for community members that care and put in effort. I hope you enjoy your custom and lets team again sometime.

Such a motivated and talented individual I'm so happy to have won this with you bro, you don't even know. Bro why is that your PFP LOL whatever. I remember the help you gave us in mpl and I never forget the little things so ofc I had to get you. Another person who was active in all the sv/threat channels dropping suggestions, tests, and just adding help when you could. We gotta team for some nat dex stuff sometime, but fr thank you for everything man.

Thanks to all the monotype players that helped me test, that means a lot and as always it goes a very long way. To cell, charm, seo, and Scarlet, the help in semis/finals is why we won and I'm forever grateful. Oh and sorry to Gondra but don't tier lock next time man cause wtf ):
