We have come to the conclusion that the tournament will include two five-player team pools. This will be 5 standard weeks and 2 weeks for playoffs. The pools for this tournament are randomized and are following:

Zugubu royale received a 4 point infraction and was forum banned for 6 months which means he will also be removed from the tournament. Because of this situation, Europe was initially given the opportunity to make a free pickup from the remaining pool of undrafted players for their region. This poor decision was made by me based on an administrative thread for the Monotype Premier IV. As result, I apologize to team Europe because a team having a player banned is not a cause for getting a replacement as per WCOP 2020 precedent.
Zugubu royale received a 4 point infraction and was forum banned for 6 months which means he will also be removed from the tournament. Situation: Upon further review, team Europe will be given the original opportunity of picking up a player to replace zugubu royale. I've also acknowledged that this is an unofficial tournament, so the official WCOP tournament rulings are not favored over host discretion. StepC will be the player Europe picking up as a result.

Kingler joined the Team Asia Discord, but was subsequently inactive for nearly 2 weeks. Zarif and Izaya approached him about playing Week 2 and he promptly refused, saying that he "wasn't playing anything." The Monotype Commencement Thread states that players should "Only sign up for what you are willing and able to play the entirety of the event." In this case, we have a player who is not willing to play.
Kingler will be removed from the tournament, banned from participating in Monotype WCOP III and infracted for not being willing to play for his team and not maintaining an acceptable level of activity.
Team Asia will be granted a pickup and will use it on pj. Since the pickup is being made during Week 2, pj is eligible to play Week 3. This is established by precedents from MPL VI and MWP III.

lax was active very early on in the tournament. Early Week 2, he stepped away from all Discord servers he was in, including the US West server. He has communicated to his team that he is stepping away. While the communication is appreciated, players are encouraged to sign up on the basis that they will not be gone or inactive for extensive periods of the time during the tournament, as per the Monotype WCOP Commencement Thread.
lax will be banned from the tournament, barred from participating in Monotype WCOP III and infracted for leaving the tournament. US West will be picking up K3ppr to replace him.
Vodoom demonstrated a poor attitude in the Team Asia Discord chat. He directed negative, offensive comments at his teammates on multiple occasions.
As a result, Vodoom will be banned from the tournament and infracted for demonstrating unsportsmanlike behavior. Asia will be picking up The Thunderbirds to replace him.
