Omega-Xis and I have agreed on Manager prices for MPL VI! Without furtherado...

Sabella and Zap are both 25k

Chaitanya, Harpp, and 1 True Lycan are 22.5k

Izaya, Decem, and Ridley are 20k

Kev, Attribute, Wanka, and maroon are 17.5k

And finally, Perish Song, Havens, LuckyPiper and Zar are 15k


These prices were decided using the Wilson Score formula to rank each Manager based on their MPL 4 and MPL 5 records. There was much deliberation and I feel comfortable that this is the best route while minimizing subjectivity in the rankings. Please message me or Moosical for further details if necessary!

The Goldenrod Gengars will be trading Arifeen to the Dreamyard Darkrais in exchange for Confide. #WoA

Since the DLC is coming out in the middle of the week, what is made available from it will not be allowed until week 2 of MPL.

The Meteor Falls Miniors have decided to draft Maki's Fox to replace p2.

The Goldenrod Gengars have decided to draft Brumirage to replace Feitan.

Maki's Fox is not able to play during Week 3 but can Week 4 and on.

Urshifu-Rapid-Strike is now banned in SS Monotype.

Jase was active early on, but for the last two weeks he has not participated in the Treeckos team Discord and has not made any attempts to message either of his managers. There is no indication that he will contribute to the team going forward.

The Trick House Treeckos will be picking up K3ppr to replace him.

K3ppr is not able to play during Week 5 but can play Week 6 and on.

RE: Feitan the steam and Jase Duken

We will be tourbanning Jase Duken and Feitan the steam from next year's MPL and giving both of them a 1-point infraction for going unresponsive for weeks and suddenly leaving without a trace, respectively. The player signups state you need to be active for a majority of the tournament's duration if you do choose to sign up for the tournament; disappearing midtour for any reason affects the team negatively and the integrity of the tournament. While we do not know the exact circumstances that led to their decisions, we do not condone this type of behavior in any of our tournaments.

Needless to say, we plan on handing out harsher punishments to anyone who goes against the rules or what is expected of them in Mono team tours.

The deadline for the Playoffs Tiebreaker between the Treeckos and Miniors is being changed to Friday + 5hrs. ( => Saturday @5:59 AM EDT GMT -4 )

The original plan was to have the deadline on Friday @11:59 PM EDT but it was changed to Sunday while I was sleeping. That was a hasty decision that should not have gone through. To compensate the players for the inconvenience, I added 5 hours to the deadline. That is the amount of time it took from when it was announced to being Sunday until I notified the managers that it's back to Friday.

RE: Jase Duken MPL ban

Upon further review, Ticken and I felt that the Treeckos did not do their due diligence in reaching out to contact Jase. He was not contacted for 10 days and after that time, the Treeckos asked for a replacement. The Treeckos should not have assumed Jase had withdrawn from the tournament; they should have given him a reasonable timeframe in which to reply before asking for a replacement player. However, Jase did go silent for around 2 weeks without explaining to his team that he would be very busy and not be able to participate for awhile. As a result, Jase's MPL VII ban will be lifted but his infraction will remain.
