Government is well on the way to a solo win. I know you guys are still on those programs for now. But trust me Ditto has a massive public debt and he will run out of welfare in the near future.
SHP and EP need to strongly consider weening themselves off of Dittos handouts. If I were to die today, gov would quite easily coast to a win.
