Cycle 4

Six bodies this time! A little less bloody than last cycle at least.

First, Atlanta / TheTwinMasters is killed by an Info Street Justice ability at extremely high priority.
UncleSam said:
Dear Thetwinmasters, you are Liepard, The Cruel Pokemon.

Alias: Atlanta.

Stealthily, it sneaks up on its target, striking from behind before its victim has a chance to react.

Primary: Roleblock.

Secondary: Nasty Plot Baton Pass.

Each cycle you may submit either “CX - Nasty Plot” or “CX - Baton Pass <Alias>”. If you use Nasty Plot, then you will boost your Special Attack. If you do this, then you will count as one additional targeter when using Street Justice. If you use Baton Pass, then you will swap aliases and become <Alias> yourself, while your target will assume your alias. Your target will also receive whatever Nasty Plot boosts you had prior to Baton Passing, while you will be set back to an unboosted state. Baton Pass will fail if used on a non-teammate. Speed Tier: 10 (Nasty Plot) / 110 (Baton Pass).

Nasty Plot will not intrinsically allow you to use Street Justice if you cannot already use it. You may not use Nasty Plot thrice without first passing the boost(s) to a teammate (and thus resetting your own boosts back to zero), and no one can ever count as more than 3 Street Justice targeters.

Finally, you have the intrinsic ability Prankster. This will cause any beneficial actions you perform (such as Nasty Plot or Baton Pass) to be performed at +1 priority.

You are allied with the Water faction. You win if you eliminate the Freelancer and Fire factions.

Next, there are surprisingly four bodies at normal priority!

Raleigh, or NightEmerald, was killed by a combination of Electric and Water attacks.
UncleSam said:
Dear NightEmerald, you are Moltres, The Flame Pokemon.

Alias: Raleigh.

Known as the legendary bird of fire. Every flap of its wings creates a dazzling flash of flames.

Primary: Bodyguard.

Secondary: 1/2 Burner, Burn Healer, and rigged Fire recruit.

Every other cycle and starting Cycle 1, you may submit “CX - Burn <Alias>”. You will give <Alias> the Burn status. If <Alias> is already afflicted with Burn, then you will accelerate their turn counter towards death by 1. You are immune to Burn.

Additionally, you are immune to both the Frame primary ability and recruitment by any faction other than the Fire faction.

Each cycle, you may submit “CX - Heal <Alias> of Burn”. If <Alias> is afflicted by the status condition Burn, they will be healed.

Finally, you know that the Fire faction is aware of your existence, and that you will be able to use Burn three out of every four cycles if you are recruited by them. You have the ability to send them an anonymous communication on Cycle 0 only if you so choose.

You are allied with the Fire faction. You win if you eliminate the Electric and Water factions.

Austin, or StupidFlandrs48, died to a Whirlpool.
UncleSam said:
Dear StupidFlandrs48, you are Persian, The Classy Cat Pokemon.

Alias: Austin.

Although its fur has many admirers, it is tough to raise as a pet because of its fickle meanness.

Primary: Roleblock.

Secondary: Prisoner’s Dilemma Point Pay Day.

Each cycle, you may submit “CX - Pay Day <Alias>”. You will target <Alias> with a shower of Prisoner’s Dilemma Points, and grant both yourself and <Alias> 8 points. This will fail if used on someone who cannot use these points. You may use these points yourself. Speed Tier: 60.

You are allied with the Freelancers. You win if you eliminate the Grass and Water factions.

Cheyenne, or Duskfall98, died to a Leech Seed.
UncleSam said:
Dear Duskfall98, you are Registeel, The Iron Pokemon.

Alias: Cheyenne.

Registeel has a body that is harder than any kind of metal. Its body is apparently hollow. No one has any idea what this Pokémon eats.

Primary: Bodyguard.

Secondary: Regi Trio and Prisoner’s Dilemma.

You start the game united with the other two Regis, and will be given their information separately. If any of you is ever recruited, the other two will be as well. The three of you collectively will count for two recruitment slots. If a team tries to recruit one of you while having only one recruitment slot, the action will fail.

Additionally, the Regi trio will always be able to use precisely three Primary abilities between the three of you, no matter how many of you remain alive. You may only use Primary abilities of still-living Regis, and you may not use the Primary of another Regi yourself.

Finally, the three of you are in a game of Prisoner’s Dilemma with Regigigas. The points that you generate each cycle are dependent on whether you choose to cooperate or defect:
  • If you cooperate and your partner defects, you will gain 0 points.
  • If you defect and your partner defects, you will gain 2 points.
  • If you cooperate and your partner cooperates, you will gain 4 points.
  • If you defect and your partner cooperates, you will gain 6 points.

Information on how you may spend these points is available in the OP. Any of the three Regis may spend these points, and you all gain or lose points collectively.

You are allied with the Freelancers. You win if you eliminate the Grass and Water factions.

St. Paul, or HayesL, died to an info street justice.
UncleSam said:
Dear HayesL, you are Regirock, The Rock Peak Pokemon.

Alias: St. Paul.

Regirock was sealed away by people long ago. If this Pokémon's body is damaged in battle, it is said to seek out suitable rocks on its own to repair itself.

Primary: Surveillance Safeguard.

Tough cycle for poor Regice it would seem :(

Finally, you vote out Santa Fe / Ditto.
UncleSam said:
Dear Ditto, you are Mew, The New Species Pokemon.

Alias: Santa Fe.

So rare that it is still said to be a mirage by many experts. Only a few people have seen it worldwide.

Primary: Info Street Justice.

Secondary: Transform.

Each cycle, you may submit “CX - Transform <Alias>”. You will gain the active secondary ability or abilities of <Alias> for the following cycle. You will not copy passives. Transform will fail if used on a player that was not a Freelancer on Cycle 0. You cannot ever Transform into the same <Alias> twice. You can Transform and use copied abilities. Speed Tier: 1.

Additionally, you can learn all TMs in the entire game. On cycles where you cannot use your primary ability, you may substitute any other primary ability in its stead.

You are allied with the Water faction. You win if you eliminate the Freelancer and Fire factions.

With the death of Ditto, the Water faction comeback mechanic has triggered. Whirlpool will now kill in one cycle by default.

The Freelancers fully united! Also they gained the Aspect of Disruption, and now have access to a factional kill.

It is now Cycle 5, Cycle 5 will end in 45 hours, or at 10 PM PST on Sunday, December 15th.
