After the carnage of the last few cycles, surely the game would end now, right?

Well, first to die is Helena, or Alice Kazumi, killed at high priority by a combination of Water and Grass attacks.

You start the game united with the other two Regis, and will be given their information separately. If any of you is ever recruited, the other two will be as well. The three of you collectively will count for two recruitment slots. If a team tries to recruit one of you while having only one recruitment slot, the action will fail.

Additionally, the Regi trio will always be able to use precisely three Primary abilities between the three of you, no matter how many of you remain alive. You may only use Primary abilities of still-living Regis, and you may not use the Primary of another Regi yourself.

Finally, the three of you are in a game of Prisoner’s Dilemma with Regigigas. The points that you generate each cycle are dependent on whether you choose to cooperate or defect:
  • If you cooperate and your partner defects, you will gain 0 points.
  • If you defect and your partner defects, you will gain 2 points.
  • If you cooperate and your partner cooperates, you will gain 4 points.
  • If you defect and your partner cooperates, you will gain 6 points.

Information on how you may spend these points is available in the OP. Any of the three Regis may spend these points, and you all gain or lose points collectively.

You are allied with the Freelancers. You win if you eliminate the Grass and Water factions.

It would seem that we have seen the last of the Regis in this game.

Next, Juneau is killed by a high priority Whirlpool. This was ariariadne.

Additionally, you may submit “CX - Icy Wind <Alias>”. <Alias> will have the speed of all of their abilities permanently reduced to 2 until they spend a cycle idling. Speed Tier: 60.

Then, Carson City dies to a frostbite. This was Lechen.

Every fourth cycle and starting Cycle 1, you may submit either “CX - Burn <Alias>” or “CX - Leech Seed <Alias>”. You will give <Alias> the Burn or Leech Seed status, respectively. If <Alias> is already afflicted with that status, then you will accelerate their turn counter towards death by 1. You are immune to Burn and Leech Seed.

You may use any primary ability you choose each cycle. Additionally, you will grant the following factions a bonus free primary ability of their choosing to use every other cycle:
  • Fire: Even cycles.
  • Grass: Odd cycles.

Finally, you will gain a free bonus primary ability to use yourself for each kill an allied faction uses on another allied faction.

Your safe claim is Breloom, with the primary ability Role PM Inspector.

You are neutral, allied with yourself. You win if the Electric and Water factions lose and you outlive any other neutrals who would have won. Alternatively, all neutrals will win if the Freelancers are eliminated and at least one neutral survives.

And finally, Frankfort, or Gragson, died to a Thunderbolt.

Although it's a quiet, lonely Pokémon, if you try to look at what's under its rag, it will become agitated and resist violently.

Primary: Framer. Flavor: Disguise.

Secondary: Negative Action Shield and Scaling Voter.

You have the intrinsic ability Disguise. This will block the first negative action otherwise successfully targeted at you each cycle. Each time this is triggered, you will permanently gain .5 votes. You are immune to the effects of vote theft or negation.

Additionally, you are immune to both the Frame primary ability and recruitment by any faction other than the Water faction.

Finally, you know that the Water faction is aware of your existence, and that you will be able to use Whirlpool every cycle if you are recruited by them. You have the ability to send them an anonymous communication on Cycle 0 only if you so choose.
