Each faction has a 1-shot that is very strong and passes down if the OG faction person is killed. (We're talking, probably strongest abilities in the game)

Hal is known to have the ability to allow his faction to reuse that 1-shot.

Meaning, if you are not water. Which applies to 66% of the game, you cannot allow this role to exist.

Suddenly, a mysterious unidentifiable Pokemon roars from somewhere, “Die apricity! HYPER BEAM!!!” as a gigantic Hyper Beam shoots straight for apricity, who is unable to dodge in time. However, right before it strikes him, a water barrier suddenly appears from somewhere and absorbs the blow. Apricity runs away unscathed, but you all sense that this must be some sort of limited ability that was used…
