My attempt at an oddball rain team

I know it says to keep the amount of threads to a minimum, but this is my second (and hopefully my last) RMT for a while.

===========================
Alakazam:
Item: Life Orb.
Magic guard.
-Psyshock
-Shadow Ball
-Focus Blast
-Substitute
252 special attack, 252 speed, 4 HP
Timid.
Being very fast and having great special attack, Alakazam is able to take on quite a few threats. With focus blast (unfortunately inaccurate) he is able to take on dark and steel threats that may give him problems, and even out-speeds a choice scarf tyranitar. Because of his great speed, substitute is a nice backup when people assume I'll be switching. I used psychic on this one because I find myself needing that extra push with most threats he faces. Shadow ball takes care of other psychics such as Starmie.
----------------
Starmie:
Item: Leftovers.
Natural Cure.
-Psyshock
-Surf (hydro pump proved far too inaccurate at times)
-Ice Beam
-Thunder
252 special attack, 252 speed, 4 hp
Timid.
My bolt-beam Starmie for rain teams. Great speed and decent special attack make him a force to be reckoned with, especially against dragons such as dragonite. I would scarf him, but having too many choice users on a team doesn't seem like a great idea, however it would be a nice keldo check. Psyshock is to help break down special-defense walls.
----------------
Gengar:
Item: Focus Sash.
Levitate.
-Shadow Ball
-Thunder
-Focus Blast
-Destiny Bond
252 special attack, 252 speed, 4 hp
Timid.
Focus sash and Destiny Bond might seem crazy to some, but it's actually quite useful. Outspeeding most threats, Gengar can easily take out an Enemy in two hits, wait for the next, use Destiny Bond, and take out a second. Focus Blast keeps a variety of threats at bay, but being that it’s so inaccurate it can only be so trustworthy. Thunder in a rain storm is a key for gengar to have, I've whiped three threats and taken down a fourth with Destiny Bond.
----------------
Rotom W:
Item: Choice Scarf
Levitate.
-Thunder
-Hydro Pump
-Volt Switch
-Will-O-Wisp/Hidden Power-Ice
252 special attack, 252 speed, 4 hp
Timid.
While Will-O-Wisp seems to be an extremely useless move to have on a Rotom-W, it proves to be useful. I can easily burn move attack-based threats that can cause huge problems to my team, then just switch out when needed. I need the most help in this one, because I have no idea how to calculate which Hidden Power Rotom-W will get.
----------------
Scizor:
Item: Life orb.
Technician.
-Superpower
-Bullet Punch
-Bug Bite
-Swords Dance
252 attack, 252 speed, 4 defense
Adamant.
One of my favorite powerhouses and scouts. I keep him as a scout so I can easily switch out to another pokemon that may be able to take a hit better than him. With Swords Dance, I can use Superpower and still have a devastating attack stat left. I do regret not splitting speed with defense, and I may end up doing that in the future. I've had great setups a few times where I achieved 3 swords dances on scizor. That means bullet punch takes out pretty munch anything, and for a majority that includes if they resist it.
----------------
Politoed:
Item: Choice Specs.
Drizzle.
-Surf
-Hydro Pump
-Ice Beam
-Focus Blast
252 special attack, 252 hp, 4 speed.
Modest.
What's an OU rain team without Politoed? With rain and Choice Specs, he can make some mean Hydro Pumps. There isn't a lot to say about Politoed, except for the fact that he is a little machine when he wants to be. He doesn't have a lot going for him, but he is a key to my team, and can wreck havok on some other teams that don't have the best of checks for him. Problem is, he's slow. Very slow. Who am I kidding, Politoed sucks. Without his ability he would be garbage.
