I started this team 1 month ago. It is really effective against the teams on Pokemon showdown. Please tell me what you think. I want to know if this team is put together.

The iron head has saved me many times.
 
First off, you're in violation of a couple of Forum rules. You need to add some pictures in the spruce things up, and those descriptions need a lot of beef..ening(?) up.

Since it's not always easy, I'll give you a few pointers based on Genesect. Why are you using it over a different Pokemon? What things does it let you beat? What do you outrun/survive with your EV spread? What does Tri-Attack let you hit you couldn't otherwise? What makes it suited to the lead position, and what do you substitute in on an obvious bad matchup? What weaknesses does it have, and how do you overcome them?

This isn't a formal warning or anything, but your thread is going to be locked if you don't expand things more, and nobody wants that :P.

Once you've expanded things, feel free to drop me a VM and i'll happy to rate this more fully.
 
Scrap Double-Edge on Deoxys and give it Stealth Rock. There's no point trying to use Deoxys-D offensively, even its name disagrees with you. Deoxys-Defense.
 
Please read the RMT Rules before posting. Your post needs more indepth descriptons for the RMT to be considered legitimate.
