My First Competitive Team!

I have used this team on PS, and it works rather well. It is my first team so I would like input on how to make it better and how to make future teams better.

eZ Winner (Chandelure) @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Energy Ball
- Flamethrower
- Shadow Ball
- Pain Split
I normally send eZ Winner out at the start of a battle to take out easy targets.

John Watson (Snorlax) @ Leftovers
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SAtk / 252 SDef
Calm Nature
- Rest
- Snore
- Toxic
- Substitute
I use John Watson to take out that one really annoying Pokemon on almost every team. I pretty much toxic them, rest, and snore.

Freaking Beast (Aggron) @ Aggronite
Ability: Rock Head
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Heavy Slam
- Ice Punch
- Head Smash
- Earthquake
Mega Aggron takes out almost anything with it's heavy slam/heavy metal combo.

Great White (Sharpedo) @ Life Orb
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Protect
- Waterfall
- Crunch
- Earthquake
Sharpedo is for taking out fire/rock/ground types that I am otherwise pretty weak to. He's very fast, so he can destroy them in no time. However, I don't know if I should leave him with rough skin or change to speed boost.

The Fairy Mage (Florges) @ Leftovers
Ability: Flower Veil
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Moonblast
- Wish
- Aromatherapy
- Hidden Power [Fire]
The Fairy Mage kicks butt with it's Moonblast. It's also here to cover my defensive hole to fighting type pokemon.

Jolteon @ Scope Lens
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Magnet Rise
- Toxic

Thank you for reading!

Thank you for reading!
Problems in bolt. Fixes in green.

Hello! To start, RMT rules require at least three lines of description for each pokemon, so us raters know more about it. For example, why are you running a Snore Snorlax instead of Running RestTalk with some physical move? Those kinds of questions arise. I'll be honest with you broski. This team just seems a bit thrown together. It's not bad pokemon, but it's not utilitzing their potential very effectively.
Chandy should just have four attack moves. It doesn't have the time or bulk to use Calm Mind. Or you could try Pain Split.
Snore is such a weak move, and Snorlax has a non-existent special attack. Why not run RestTalk?
As for Aggron, It gains Filter when it evolves (it loses whatever ability it once had), meaning that Heavy Slam and Head Smash won't be as good when Aggron mega-evolves.
Sharpedo needs Speed Boost, (you even have protect)
and That Florges set is just a tad weird. Maybe try a defensive WishPasser set? It's standard but Florges rocks that set so hard.
And just wondering, how many battles have you used this team in? It feels almost theorymonistic. The point of RMT is to have a tested team, not just a theory. I also concurr with pretty much all of Fennekin's suggestions too.
And where's your sixth pokemon...?
But ArrestedPython6, in the future, when you create a team, double check that all your abilites are correct, among other things such as moves and items. Then test your team on PS! ladder, or at least with battling other people in some other way (personal battles are always good for testing). It truly feels like you just made this and wanted the community to fix it up for you. But RMT = Rate My Team, not Rebuild.
However, best of luck, and I hope the small suggestions I gave you do help. If you do decide to fix this RMT up (feel free to check the other RMTs, particularly ones with many replies, to get a sense of what an RMT should look like.) I will gladly give you a rate of matching quality.
Thank you for posting!

Thank you both for the input.

Freaking Beast (Aggron) @ Aggronite

The Fairy Mage kicks butt with it's Moonblast. It's also here to cover my defensive hole to fighting type pokemon.

I have changed all of these.

Chandy should just have four attack moves. It doesn't have the time or bulk to use Calm Mind. Or you could try Pain Split.

I have changed Calm Mind to Pain Split.

Maybe try a defensive WishPasser set?

Okay. I have changed Calm Mind to Wish.

And just wondering, how many battles have you used this team in?

I have used this team in around 25-30 battles. I have only lost a few of them.

And where's your sixth pokemon...?

I have added a Jolteon.
