SV OU My First Team (I have no experience, advice would be greatly appreciated!)

If any info is left out in my description, check the image at the bottom (or if you don't want to hear my yap)

My first Pokémon is Glimmora, which I use as a setup mon because of its moveset (Stealth Rock, Mortal Spin) and ability (Toxic Spikes). I ran Focus Sash, so I can almost guarantee getting at least a Stealth Rock down. It also knows Sludge Bomb in case of fairy types. I gave the mon Energy Ball in case I ever need to deal with Ground types, which Glimmora is 4x weak to. I also gave them Tera Flying, but I don't think I'll use it often, as it's not super useful outside of setting up.

Next, I have Dragapult, because of its insane speed and attack. I ran an assault vest, because I don't think he is a mon who needs stat boosting moves, and his stats cannot be decreased because of Clear Body. I used Draco Meteor because of its high base damage, and all of my other moves are physical moves, so the -2 SpA isn't a big deal. I ran U-Turn for if the opponent runs a dark type, Phantom Force if they run a ghost, and Tera Blast + Tera Fairy if they are a Fairy type.

My third mon is Great Tusk, a Pokémon who, imo, has an AMAZING moveset, especially with the crazy attack and defense stats. I gave it a Booster Energy, because I didn't really know what else to run. If there's anything better, please lmk. I gave him Body Press due to his high defense stat, STAB, and the maxed-out defense EVs and IVs. I also gave him Earthquake as it's a great move and also has STAB. I also gave him Bulk Up to make his moves even more powerful (my goal with this mon is to produce a killing machine). Because both of these moves have a type that they do 0x damage, I ran Heavy Slam and Tera Steel due to it covering his weaknesses, and giving the Heavy Slam STAB.

Then, I have Incineroar (I know he's good--probably one of the only things I know about competitive Pokémon). I gave him Flare Blitz and Darkest Lariat for STAB. I also gave him Tera Fire for extra power on Flare Blitz. I also gave him Parting Shot and Fake Out (switch-in/switch-out menace). I gave him maxed Spe and Atk IVs so he can get his moves off faster and take less damage. I also gave him Leftovers, so he heals part of the damage he takes from Flare Blitz. Obviously, I gave him the intimidate ability as it is sooo strong.

I next added Ogerpon Wellspring to the team for Water Absorb, so I can switch him in if a Water-type mon is played against my Incineroar. I gave them Swords Dance to set up, and Rain Dance to set up for my final mon. I gave him Ivy Cudgel and Horn Leech for the STAB. I gave him Tera Steel, as all of their weaknesses are ineffective against Steel. I maxed out his Attack and Speed IVs to hopefully create a crazy sweeper with Swords Dance.

Finally, after ALL this yap, we have one more mon, who I chose to be Zapdos. I picked them because with Ogerpon having Rain Dance (Will be used if they are not in the best position, to set up for Zapdos, or if Zapdos is generally better to have in), they will become very strong with Thunder and Hurricane. I also gave him Roost to keep him alive and pushing for longer, and Thunder Wave for that lovely paralyze. I gave him an Expert Belt because I wasn't sure what to put on him (still am not), even though the image shows an Assault Vest. I also gave him the Static ability for the extra Paralyze chance.

Hi, welcome to smogon! As you are a newer player I will give you a very simple update to your team in two ways: one to keep all the pokemon you chose and one with some simple swaps to upgrade.

:Glimmora::Dragapult::Great Tusk::Ogerpon-Wellspring::Incineroar::Zapdos: <- click for paste
This version of your team keeps all the same pokemon while swapping the sets around a bit. Incineroar, Ogerpon, Zapdos, and Dragapult have now been turned into pivots, using U-turn and Volt Switch to pressure opponents while switching around. Additionally, Ogerpon has spikes to keep opponents on the back foot. Zapdos and Incineroar take a more defensive role while Ogerpon and Dragapult hit a bit harder. Glimmora has been switched to a meteor beam special attacking set, keeping the ability to stealth rock while breaking some walls by surprise. Great tusk is still a bulk up set.

:Glimmora::Dragapult::Great Tusk::Ogerpon-Wellspring::Cinderace::Tornadus-Therian: <-click for paste
This version is a bit more up to speed with the modern OU metagame. Cinderace is a better example of an offensive fire type, and Tornadus-T has some more offensive juice on this build than Zapdos does. This version of the team plays more offensive, so try to attack more often than with the other team. Dragapult and Glimmora are still your wallbreakers, the back half are still pivots, so its not too different overall.

Try both teams and see what you think! If you have any specific problems or weaknesses you can't get past you can share those as well.
