Hello RMT, and welcome to my 100th post! I'm glad to celebrate this milestone with an RMT that I've been laddering with a lot recently, getting to Number 6 on ladder a bit ago before getting knocked off the ladder, HARD. Regardless, I still love the team, as it feels very natural to play, and doesn't require too much knowledge of the metagame to pilot well.

Ah, of course, Mienfoo. Dominant Force in the metagame, and a great mon to have in general. He's nearly a requirement on most Balance teams, as he's a great pivot to have. Nothing too special with the set, just the standard set of Fake Out, HJK, Knock Off and U-turn.

Pawniard provides excellent utility with its 3 Attacks + Stealth Rock set with Berry Juice. It provides a reliable switch into Abra, and provides Knock Off support, priority in Sucker Punch, and of course, Stealth Rock. It also provides a good countermeasure vs Carvanha.

Koffing is an excellent switch into Fighting Types and Grookey, due to its Excellent Poison-typing. It also denies crucial abilities, such as Strong Jaw, Grassy Surge, and most importantly, Regenerator. This helps it be an even better switch into Grookey and Fighting-types.

Tyrunt is, in my opinion, the best wincon in the tier. After a Dragon Dance, it's very hard to stop Tyrunt, as it has amazing coverageThis is the standard set of Rock Blast, Psychic Fangs, and Close Combat. Its Rock Typing is helpful to eat attacks such as Koffing's Sludge Bomb, and its Dragon typing gives it a neutrality to the strongest priority attack in the tier: Grookey's Grassy Glide.

Ability: Grassy Surge

EVs: 236 Atk / 36 Def / 236 Spe

Eviolite Grookey is a great offensive pivot that provides Grassy Terrain recovery, weakened Earthquakes, and priority in Grassy Glide. It's a great switch-in and revenge killer to Carvanha (on a Protect at least.) and helps revenge kill enemy Tyrunt. It can also soften up switch-ins such as Koffing with Knock Off.
Lovesick (Frillish) (F) @ Eviolite
Ability: Cursed Body
Level: 5
EVs: 156 HP / 196 Def / 76 SpD / 36 Spe

- Hex
- Will-O-Wisp
- Recover

Frillish is an excellent switch in to special attackers such as Natu, and can spread burns via Scald and Will-O-Wisp. Throughout the course of the game, it can reward skillful play, because if it keeps its Eviolite, it can be an immovable wall vs the last few mons on the enemy team.
Threatlist
Specifically, Scarf Magnemite. Due to no grounds on the team, Scarf Magnemite clicks Volt Switch vs the entire team for completely free.
Aside from Frillish and Tyrunt (the latter of which can't switch in due to Will-O-Wisp completely neutering it) very few things like Larvesta safely. And those few things can be U-turned on.
Swords Dance Acrobatics Grookey can get scary if Koffing goes down. However, it can generally be played around.
If you run Screens, Take a shower!!! But seriously, the team dislikes Magby heavily. Your best bet is to spam Fake Out and pray to god that you don't get burned.
