Set Description
========
Draco Meteor is Naganadel’s hardest-hitting STAB move, and it also hits Dragon-types, such as Zygarde and Choice Band Garchomp. Sludge Wave is a secondary STAB option, to be used to hit Fairy and Grass types such as Rillaboom, Primarina, and Sylveon super effectively. Fire Blast is there for Steels that get resists or are immune to your STAB moves, like Genesect, Jirachi, and Registeel. Snarl is used to beat Taunt Spectrier and Carracosta, while Echoed Voice can be used to beat bulky Zapdos.

EVs
========
Max Special Attack is used to maximize Naganadel's damage output. 4 Special Defense gives Genesect an Attack boost from Download, allowing Naganadel to live a Timid Choice Scarf Ice Beam from it. Max Speed is useful to maximize the Pokemon it can outspeed and OHKO. Modest is used for more f, though sacrificing matchups like Adamant Choice Scarf Dracovish and Dracozolt, Choice Band Kartana, and Latios, while Timid can be used to beat these threats, and it increases your odds against opposing Naganadel. There are plenty of other options for EV spreads. One example is 4 HP / 140 SpA / 140 SpD / 224 Spe with a Modest nature, which outspeeds Garchomp and lives a Choice Specs Regieleki Hyper Beam. Another example is 4 HP / 196 SpA / 140 SpD / 168 Spe with a Timid Nature, which outspeeds Base 110 Speed Pokemon like Latios and Archeops and lives a Choice Specs Regieleki Hyper Beam.

Usage Tips
=============
Naganadel is best used against Pokemon with fairly low Special Defense, like non Assault Vest Urshifu, and Pokemon it can hit super effectively, like Genesect, Garchomp, and Tapu Fini. Naganadel's meager bulk means it struggles with faster threats, like Zeraora, Dragapult, and Choice Scarfers like Haxorus and Darmanitan-Galar. It also struggles with specially defensive Pokemon that it cannot OHKO like bulky Zapdos, Cresselia, and Moltres-Galar. Pokemon with the ability Sturdy, like Aggron, Avalugg, and Sawk also naturally live a hit and KO back.

EVs

Max Special Attack is used to maximize Naganadel's damage output. 4 Special Defense gives Genesect an Attack boost from Download, allowing Naganadel to live a Timid Choice Scarf Ice Beam from it. Max Speed is useful to maximize the Pokemon it can outspeed and OHKO. Modest is used for more power, though sacrificing matchups like Adamant Choice Scarf Dracovish and Dracozolt, Choice Band Kartana, and Latios, while Timid can be used to beat these threats, and it increases your odds against opposing Naganadel. Usage Tips
=============
Most of the time, you just want to use the move that will do the most damage. However, if you suspect them to have a Custap Berry, and they are at 25% health or less, you should use Protect, since their Custap Berry will activate, and Protect allows you to avoid a fast attack that would otherwise KO you. You do not want to send in Naganadel into faster Pokemon like Zeraora and Choice Scarf Galarian Darmanitan, or specially bulky Pokemon like bulky Zapdos, Cresselia, and Moltres-Galar. Pokemon with the ability Sturdy, like Aggron, Avalugg, and Sawk also naturally live a hit and KO back.

Other Options
=============
Naganadel does not have many options besides these two sets, since it relies on it's item for power and it really wants Poison, Dragon, and Fire coverage. Choice Scarf can be used to lure in faster threats like Dragapult and Choice Scarf Haxorus, though it loses a lot of OHKO potential from giving up a power boosting item.

On the Life Orb set, Nasty Plot is another option for the last move so you can reliably beat Agility Zapdos. Nasty Plot tends to be less useful than Protect or Laser Focus outside of that matchup.

Set Description

Draco Meteor is Naganadel’s hardest-hitting STAB move that should be used when the rest of Naganadel's moves aren't super effective (I'm not sure about the last bit here, it seems like it should be in usage tips instead. 'Hardest hitting stab move, it also hits dragons like X and Y' should be fine), such as against Urshifu and Landorus-T, and on other Dragon-types, such as Zygarde and Garchomp. Sludge Wave is a secondary STAB option, to be used to hit Fairy and Grass types such as Rillaboom, Primarina, and Sylveon super effectively. Fire Blast is there for steels that get in the way of resist or are immune to your STAB moves, like Genesect, Jirachi, and Registeel. Snarl is used to beat Taunt/non-Disable Spectrier and Carracosta, while Echoed Voice can be used to beat bulky Zapdos. Choice Specs allows Naganadel to hit harder, making up for its somewhat mediocre special attack stat. (Specs are obvious enough that you don't have to explain what they do exactly.)

Modest is used for more power, though sacrificing matchups like Adamant Choice Scarf Dracovish and Dracozolt, Band Kartana, and Durant (Not very relevant, maybe mention Latios here?), while Timid can be used to beat these threats, and it increases your odds against opposing Naganadel.

Usage Tips
=============
Naganadel is best used against Pokemon with fairly low Special Defense, like non Assault Vest Urshifu, and Pokemon it can hit super effectively, like Genesect, Garchomp, and Togekiss (Togekiss is a weird matchup with scarf having reasonable odds to kill, maybe mention Prim or Fini? Chomp is often Custap or Scarf and should probably also be replaced). Naganadel's meager bulk means it struggles with faster threats, like Zeraora, offensive (non-offensive pult still has Sub Disable and wins anyway) Dragapult, and Choice Scarfers like Haxorus and Darmanitan-Galar. It also struggles with specially defensive Pokemon that it cannot OHKO like bulky Zapdos, Cresselia, and Moltres-Galar. Pokemon with the ability Sturdy, like Aggron, Avalugg, and Sawk also naturally live a hit and KO back.

Set Description

This Naganadel is used to outspeed and OHKO specially frail Pokemon and Pokemon that are weak to it's moves, like the Choice Specs set. This set, however, gives up a fourth attacking move for Protect, which allows it to beat Custap Berry users like Primarina (I feel like Prim is a weird mon to mention here, the matchup is a bit awkward but modest LO still OHKOs it and custap can't OHKO you back), Porygon-Z, and Sylveon (Somehow, Sylv with some spd can survive LO sludge wave). (Laser Focus is part of the default comp set and should be mentioned here IMO, Nasty Plot presumably does some things Focus can't (pressure Battle Armor stallers?) and probably also deserves mention tho tbf I'm down to remove it as a slash option)

Usage Tips

Most of the time, you just want to use the move that will do the most damage, much like the Choice Specs set (I may be wrong, but I believe cross-set references like this are frowned upon). However, if you suspect them to have a Custap Berry, you should use Protect to waste their turn, nullifying the effect. (Make it clearer that this should happen if they are below 25% health: I shouldn't go into the custap PZ matchup and then click Protect t1)

Other Options
=============
Naganadel does not have many options besides these two sets, since it relies on it's item for power and it really wants poison, dragon, and fire coverage. Choice Scarf can be used to lure in faster threats like Dragapult and Pheromosa, and Choice Scarfers like Darmanitan-Galar and Haxorus (The choice scarfers are also faster threats, you can mention Dragapult and Scarf Hax in the same list. Also bring up how this set sacrifices a lot of power), and Laser Focus helps Naganadel stallbreak against Pokemon like Tapu Koko, Registeel, Pyukumuku, and Quagsire. (Laser Focus should be moved up, just scarf is fine in OO)

Hiya, I'll be your QC today!

Naganadel's EVs are weirdly complicated so here's a general outline of the information I think should be included.

Standard EVs are fine and exactly as you described, I believe modest scarf is used sometimes so maybe bring up that it's still a 50-50.

The other 'basic spreads' for naganadel (combinations of Timid/Modest and Gene/Eleki) are:

8 HP / 216 SpA / 60 SpD / 224 Spe Modest: outspeeds garchomp, tanks modest scarf sect.
8 HP / 232 SpA / 60 SpD / 208 Spe Timid: outspeeds raikou, tanks modest scarf sect.
4 HP / 140 SpA / 140 SpD / 224 Spe Modest: outspeeds garchomp, tanks regieleki
4 HP / 196 SpA / 140 SpD / 168 Spe Timid: outspeeds latios, tanks regieleki

I get that this is quite a bit, and frankly I'm not crazy about having six spreads total, so if you message me on discord we can discuss this some. I'm inclined to say modest scarf genesect isn't really relevant in a ladder setting so we could drop both of these spreads, that'd leave two spreads to discuss in alternate EVs.
