Blacephalon's speed and STAB combinations beat this this core through and through but unfortunately, you need to switch out when Tapu Lele comes in due to Flamethrower, even at +1 not OHKO'ing. This usually isn't a problem but Psychic has a chance to OHKO, making it at least somewhat of a threat when trying to sweep the core. I decided to create an EV spread that OHKO's both Kartana and Magnezone with an unboosted Flamethrower while 2HKO'ing and outspeeding Tapu Lele without fear of getting OHKO'd by Psychic. Unfortunately, Shadow Ball spam isn't an option either as it doesn't OHKO Magnezone, allowing it to die to Thunderbolt and it's a roll on Tapu Lele making it an unguaranteed sweep. Considering I want this Blacephalon to completely counter this core once switched in, it would have to sweep regardless of the Pokemon it switches into.

its not a perfect counter but its the only option (i think) i have rn cause i am late. So first scenario u r against lele, lele hits u with a psychic almost 2hkoing u, u quiver dance, weaken leles attack, roost back up, repeat the process and win. if thy switch in thid turn they die anyway as z kart is outsped in+1speed. 2nd scenario u r against zone, u do the same thing as zone does little more than 70 at max with tbolt, after +1 from quiver u outspeed and roost up and zone 3hkos this time, u do that one more time to outspeed lele and gg. third scenario is the hardest one and requires a bit of luck so u better avoid it. kart 2hkos with normalium z but then u can quiver and roost back (if u dont roost and kill kart, lele kills u afterwards) but the luck issue comes now, kart can kos on a high roll with giga impact but if u survive with luck u win.

There were a lot of ways the 1v2 could go out, and some goes very wrong even if you think it's the right play, so i'll just list the easiest option here.

there were less options for this to work than i thought tbh

Note before calculating: poison heal/stealth rock damage : 44 HP
Gliscor Max hp : 352 HP
Roost heals : 176 HP
Roost + poison heal = 220 HP

Situation 1(worst): With rocks up and poison heal not activated yet:

T1: Switch in against zone when it uses an electric move or get a double switch in.

T2: Swords dance up.

T3: if zone flash cannoned on T2, roost off the damage. otherwise you can just EQ

T4: EQ

T5: EQ(if roost on T3, otherwise you don't need to as there's no T5)
