Rocky Helmet Tangrowth can actually lose to SD Gliscor, with well timed roosts or if its Helmet gets knocked off. If it gets Poisoned by a stray TSpike, this issue is further worsened. Tangrowth is also unable to fit Hidden Power Fire on these builds to nail Kartana and pressure Ferrothorn, although it can run Focus Blast for a (albeit inconsistent) way to hit Kart.

However, Worry Seed changes all of this. Tangrowth can consistently pivot into Gliscor and slowly watch and wait as its its Toxic damage goes up, and then BAM, use Worry Seed and change its ability to Insomnia. This means the Gliscor wont have Poison Heal anymore, and at the end of the turn, usually instantly faint. The other moves are filler, though you probably want Sleep Powder to prssure the other grounds.

Offensive tangrowth xd, 168 speed to outspeed mega mawile, earthquake into groundium z ohko toxapex , sleep powder for something that can switch into tangrowth such as corvknight,heatran. Stun spore is to spread para and make heatran slower than tangrowth.

partner : something that appreciate tangrowth ability to spread para such as mega mawile, mega medicham and something that appreciate toxapex gone such as blaziken,ash greninja. Tangrowth also attract corviknight to switch so pairing it with magnezone,heatran,blaziken would be nice too

Kommo-o is a great Pokemon in the tier, being able to either run a defensive spread to check foes such as Greninja-Ash or a Belly Drum set to sweep in HO teams. However, it has a lot of other useful tools besides these two. Who will take the win in the Scaled Dragon cycle? Good luck everyone!

I fucking HATE this set with a burning passion, because it instantly 6-0es me the moment I do not have a Fairy-type. As much as I hate it, I have to admit this set—while inconsistent—can work very effectively and can decimate unprepared teams. Even teams with a Fairy-type can still lose, depending on the set or if they get worn down enough.

Other than that it's just a mixed rocks Kommo-o, I personally enjoyed using this whenever I don't feel like using the boring KommoZ set and it's a good overall meme

I have a team with this Kommo-O set and I think Body Press Kommo-O is fire as opponents are generally unprepared for it. Kommo-O has excellent Defense, which can be taken advantage of through Body Press to threaten Pokemon like Heatran, Mega Lopunny, Ferrothorn, Magnezone, Scizor, Melmetal, Tyranitar, Blissey, Excadrill, Skarmory, Bisharp and Zarude. Iron Defense lets Kommo-O can become an unstoppable late-game wall if Special attackers are removed, but also to increase the power of its primary attack. Dragon Tail is to phase Pokemon that attempt to set up to break past Kommo-O’s Defense boosts, or to win Iron Defense wars. Rest allows Kommo-O to remain its longevity and to remain unaffected by Toxic.

Mixed clanger can hit a lot of things such as clefable, landorus-t, slowbro, and tapu fini, while also setting up stealth rocks to take advantage of them itself and for its team. Teams appreciate it as a very offensive mixed wall breaker that need a rocker while also having defensive utility against pokemon such as tyranitar, heatran, and ash-greninja.
