Each team will receive 110k to spend on their team of 8 starters and 3 subs. Managers will have the opportunity to self-buy - the price is dynamic and determined by the following formula:
[10k or price in previous NDOTSL, whichever is higher] + 10k + (2k * [number of wins in regular season of last played NDOTSL])
2
This effectively means that the minimum price that a manager can self-buy at floors at 10k and rises depending on their NDOTSL I format.2
Scoring, Playoffs, and Tiebreaks
Each week, a team has the opportunity to take 2 points by winning the majority of games in the series. A draw will result in one point awarded, and a loss awards no points.
Playoffs will consist of the top 4 teams entering the semi-finals, with seed 1 playing seed 4 and seed 2 playing seed 3.
In the event of a tiebreak in regular season or playoffs, both teams will be required to submit a preferred tiebreak tier and a backup pick tier to the hosts BoingK and Kinetic. Generally, only the first tier submitted will be relevant from both teams, and the final tier will be picked at random from the remaining tiers - the backup pick tier is submitted in the result that both teams submit the same preferred tiebreak tier, in which case the remaining two tiers in the tiebreak are the backup pick tiers submitted by both teams.
Substitutes and Trades
Substitutes are to be used in the case of extenuating circumstances, whether on the first day of the week, or the last. At the same time, players should be relatively well-aware of who all are available to play in the opponent's camp. If last-minute substitutes are being frequently used or abused and the hosts find explanations unsatisfactory, the hosts still reserve the right to veto them. Teams are only granted a maximum of two substitutes per week to prevent the abuse of substitutions. Any substitutions after the second will be vetoed.
Trades are not happening for NDOTSL II. Managers, draft wisely!
