All three of these players shown little to zero activity within their teams since the tournament started. Players are expected to maintain a level of activity even if they aren't starting, and this violates that expectation.

All three of these players will be barred from NDPL IV.

The Swagging Summerchus have chosen Career Ended as a replacement player.

The Limitless Lunalas have chosen Inder and Alkione as replacement players.

These games were agreed by both teams to be dead games as they did not matter for playoff chances.

re: jonfilch vs CMDoge
jonfilch refused to play and the Boots House Down Blacephalons failed to provide a sub. CMDoge is granted the activity win.

re: tlenit vs MudkipBeans/Axzel
tlenit scheduled with MudkipBeans for 4 PM GMT -4. After MudkipBeans failed to show, the Galarian Phoenix requested a substitute. Fifteen minutes later, the Limitless Lunalas subbed in Axzel. Axzel informed tlenit that they could be online in 30 minutes, a time which tlenit had already stated previously would not work for them. After waiting a further ten minutes for their opponent, tlenit called for an activity win, forty minutes after the intially scheduled time. After consulting with two Tournament Directors and getting yelled at by everyone in manager chat for an hour, tlenit has been awarded the activity win.

When sellbacks came up for NDPL III, DerpyBoi lied to the hosts in order to sell back Seo., claiming he was inactive the entire tournament and accused him of sharing his team's information with opposing teams to help them win. However, Seo. had stated in his signup post that he would be inactive throughout September and the first part of October and had even told DerpyBoi this information, nor did Seo. give information to other teams. Additionally, on Week 7, DerpyBoi had PMed one of the Phoenix's managers in an attempt to have them convince their players to deadgame to game the system and grant the Lunalas a spot in playoffs. This, combined with DerpyBoi's overall hostility towards other managers and the hosts throughout the entirety of NDPL III, is not okay.

Result: Seo. is no longer banned from NDPL IV. DerpyBoi will be given a 2-point Unsportsmanlike Conduct infraction and will be indefinitely banned from being a manager for National Dex tournaments.
