How is possible that you dont know how to breed DW?Females have 60% chance of passing DW abilities

Forget to mention it has Shed Skin but I only just noticed you already had let's say the regular Scraggy XD

I know males pass moves and females can pass DW abilities but there has been such a huge fuss upon hacked/ legit DW pokémon with egg moves that it got me confused -.-' I thought there were male-only DW pokémon and I didn't know if Gligar was one of them, hence my question ^^
