NDW has been a rather controversial presence in the tier since its unbanning. Its specially defensive and utility sets have been heralded as a healthy presence in the tier worth keeping, but its CM Tera Blast sets have been incredibly difficult to stop with many calling for action on it. Initially, a suspect was held for Tera Blast, with some pointing to Tera Blast as the larger issue instead of NDW, however Tera Blast did not meet the requisite number of ban votes. As such, we turned our sights to NDW as the problem. Almost everyone who was active in the Tera Blast suspect shared the sentiment that NDW with Tera Blast was broken, and despite the fact that the survey period isn't over yet, NDW is sitting at a rather high average of 3.96/5 in the general playbase, with an astounding 4.35/5 from the Qualified playerbase.
