[SET COMMENTS]
With great bulk and defensive ability Prism Armor, along with a reliable recovery option in Morning Sun, Necrozma-DM can check physical threats such as Zacian-C and Kyurem-B. Thunder Wave allows Necrozma-DM to cripple faster foe like Zacian-C, which with 32 Speed EVs, it can outspeed a paralyzed Adamant Zacian-C. Stealth Rock is another great option for utility, as Necrozma-DM's bulk and recovery allows it to keep Stealth Rock up throughout the battle. Toxic is also useful, as it can wear down bulkier foes like Quagsire and Mandibuzz. Necrozma-DM possesses decent offensive movepool as well. Earthquake allows it to hit most of the Ubers tier such as Zacian-C and Zekrom. STAB Sunsteel Strike allows it to handle foes like Kyurem-B better, although Iron Head could be a niche option along with Thunder Wave. Knock Off is useful for removing held items from passive Pokemon like Toxapex and Quagsire. Heat Wave smacks Pokemon that can completely wall Necrozma-DM otherwise such as Corviknight and Skarmory. Necrozma-DM also has a whole array of items to choose from. Heavy Duty Boots prevents it to take damage from entry hazards like Spikes, which allows it to switch-in on Zacian-C with fair ease. Recovery from Leftovers can help Necrozma-DM tank hits better. Rocky Helmet can get chip damage on Pokemon like Zacian-C to put it into KO range.
Although Necrozma-DM can check a lot of Pokemon, there are still a few that it struggles against. Necrozma-DM is best paired with Defensive Eternatus. Eternatus can check other physical threats like Dracovish and Life Orb Marshadow, which would beat Necrozma-DM otherwise. Corviknight can also check physical threats that Necrozma-DM can't, such as Excadrill. Other teammate options can vary depending on which set it runs. Knock Off variants pair well with offensive trappers such as Choice Specs Gothitelle, as Necrozma-DM can potentially remove Shed Shell. Sets running Leftovers or Rocky Helmet would prefer a reliable Defog user like Corviknight as an ally, as entry hazards like Spikes can lower Necrozma-DM's HP to the point it gets 2HKOd by Close Combat or Crunch from Zacian-C on switch-in. If implementing Necrozma-DM in a Rain team, Utility Umbrella can be used as Morning Sun would only heal 25% of total HP otherwise. Overall, Necrozma-DM fits nicely in bulky offensive teams.
