This really isn't the place for team help, but there are a couple places you could go that might serve better.
The Orange Islands forum is dedicated to in-game experiences/questions/etc.
The RMT thread should be able to help fix up a team you make as long as it's completed and abides by the rules.
Hope that helped, they'll probably give better feed back than us anyway.
