New Set For Jirachi

I was thinking, we should add the Gamestop event Jirachi that knows Draco Meteor as one of our sets for Jirachi In the Strategy Dex, might help.

Seeing as it just became legal today, there is no way enough testing has been done to prove its legitimacy. If you want to make an analysis, do a good amount of testing, and then post your analysis with the correct formatting.

On a side note, Jirachi has better things it can be doing.

its only useful for kingdra because ice punch can take care of all the other dragons
