what if we had a tier called "playthrough"? a super casual tier where most status moves are banned, along with egg moves, more than 2 starters, allowing only one legendary, no mythicals (except maybe mew) and EV's + IV's are random? I feel like it would be a fun tier for the people who haven't played the game in a while but would need balancing. basically, any rules made would be to make sure your team could be legitimately made and used in a normal playthrough of pokemon. could this be done? it probably won't be but I thought it would be a good idea if done right
