Sample teams? I don’t even not what that is. I’ve been on the breeding grind. Is it just teams that someone else has created?

Yeah.

You *could* technically play the game on a simulator without breeding required.

You click the "import" tag, copy the pokemon words from the thread thing. On the play site, click the teambuilder thing, import/export, and just copypaste the pokemon words into the box and click save. Click OU and it should just have the teams uploaded, click battle. No breeding required.

The five-minute mark point on this video basically explains how to do that.
