Celebi @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Leaf Storm
- Hidden Power Fire / Hidden Power Ice
- Earth Power / Psychic / Dazzling Gleam
- U-turn / Trick

By all the /'s in this Celebi set you can see that there can be a lot of choices when using scarf Celebi. This is a set that was seen more commonly back in Gen 5 but is still applicable now. With a solid speed tier Celebi can suprise Dark-type Choice Scarf users like Hydreigon and Krookodile. U-turn and Trick are also very good move options versus stall with the ability to Trick or pivot on Blissey. Enjoy!

Coming back with a really bad set.

Celebi @ Occa Berry / Yache Berry
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Seed Bomb / Zen Headbutt
- Natural Gift
- Sucker Punch

Physical Celebi usually is an invitation for a lot of UU's top threats to come in and set up on it, especially when opponents find out that the Celebi is physical. With a Fire-type Natural Gift, lures in a couple of Pokemon that would usually switch in safely on it, such as Scizor. The Ice-type Natural Gift allows Celebi to hit a couple of other Pokemon that usually would like to switch into a Physical Celebi, especially Gliscor and Latias.

252 Atk Occa Berry Celebi Natural Gift (80 BP Fire) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Scizor: 292-348 (103.9 - 123.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+2 252 Atk Celebi Seed Bomb vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Blissey: 396-466 (55.4 - 65.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 Atk Celebi Seed Bomb vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Quagsire: 352-420 (89.3 - 106.5%) -- 37.5% chance to OHKO after Leftovers recovery
+2 252 Atk Celebi Seed Bomb vs. 40 HP / 252+ Def Alomomola: 362-428 (75.2 - 88.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

The main advantage that SD Celebi has over NP Celebi is Sucker Punch, which allows it to pressure Offense teams more effectively. This ability to handle Offense teams comes at the cost of the inability to actually hurt Steel-types like the NP set. Then again, Celebi doesn't have much to work with, so this is probably the best you'll get out of it offensively.

EDIT: Added Yache Berry as an alternative option to nail Flying-types.

Celebi @ Groundium Z/Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 120 SpA / 136 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Giga Drain
- Earth Power/Psychic
- Substitute
- Nasty Plot

Have you ever used nastyplot celebi and wished you werent walled by blissey so you could just delete the stallteam you were facing? Well then dream no longer since subplot celebi is here. With those juicy 101 hp subs blissey will never be able to break it and as a result will not be able to toxic you. Meanwhile you are getting free nastyplots up and sweeping once you hit that +6. Pair with pursuit maero for maximum effect.

Celebi @ Colbur Berry/Mental Herb
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Giga Drain/Leaf Storm
- Trick Room
- U-turn
- Healing Wish/Stealth Rock

While TR isn't the most viable archetype right now, Celebi can pull off a set supporting the team very well, especially since TR is an archetype that traditionally struggles with bulky water and/or ground types and sometimes struggles with strong grass breakers like Serp. Max HP and Max Spdef are to ensure it's safety against strong special attackers, like Lati's draco and it can even take punishment from specs Primarina with this spread. It can run Colbur Berry to safely escape from pursuit trappers and set TR on mons like Hydra, or it can run mental Herb to stop it's TR shenanigans from being taunted. Giga drain is a reliable STAB that scares off bulky waters and grounds and stops Celebi from being completely passive. Leaf Storm can also be used here to allow Celebi an even MORE aggressive approach and snag some KOs Giga drain misses. Trick Room is to set it for Celebi's team before it pivots out. U-turn is to allow Celebi to pivot out into an ally and get good damage on opposing grass types. The last move can be a toss-up depending on what your team needs. If you don't have rocks, then Celebi can be your rocker in it's last slot. If you already have a reliable rocker, then use healing wish for TR momentum and giving a TR teammate a chance to start from scratch.

SubCalm Mind Celebi

Celebi @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 160 SpD / 96 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Giga Drain
- Psychic
- Substitute
- Calm Mind

General idea
Substitute is a good way to circument the problem of Toxic, a status that ruins the defensive staying power of Celebi, and is useful to scout the opponent's movepool.
The real gem is Calm Mind that is neat with Substitute because now we can set-up in frontt of some special attackers, thus gaining the upper hand after some boosts.
The remaining two slots are for the dual STAB combination in order to get the STAB boost while avoiding being Taunt-bait.
Unluckily, the ability is quite wasted here if you plan to be regularly under a Substitute.

EVs spread and item
An investment of 252 HP EVs allows this Celebi to have only 101-HP Substitutes under its belt, so Blissey can only 2HKO them.
96 Spe EVs are enough to reach 286 (with a timid nature) to outspeed max-Spe Timid Togekiss (284 points).
160 SpD EVs ensure that this happens:

4 SpA Togekiss Air Slash vs. +2 252 HP / 160 SpD Celebi: 84-98 (20.7 - 24.2%) -- possible 6HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 SpA Choice Specs Primarina Hydro Pump vs. +1 252 HP / 160 SpD Celebi: 75-89 (18.5 - 22%) -- possible 6HKO after Leftovers recovery (though Moonblast stil hits heavily)
252 SpA Manectric-Mega Overheat vs. +1 252 HP / 160 SpD Celebi: 168-198 (41.5 - 49%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 SpA Manectric-Mega Hidden Power Ice vs. +1 252 HP / 160 SpD Celebi: 78-92 (19.3 - 22.7%) -- possible 6HKO after Leftovers recovery

Cleribi

Celebi @ Choice Scarf/Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Heal Bell
- Healing Wish
- Psychic/Leaf Storm/Dazzling Gleam
- U-turn

General Idea
This set is meant to give the most healing to the team as possible, while also dealing solid damage and doing it quickly before the opponent has time to counter. Heal Bell is good for keeping the team free of statuses, and Healing Wish allows Celebi to quickly bring one member back into the game when it's close to dying itself.
The third slot can be covered by whatever Special Attacking move you wish to use, though those are my major reccomendations, as they give the most bang for your buck.
The 4th slot has U-turn, to keep momentum as well as proc Celebi's ability, and scouting as well.

EVs and Item
The EVs of Max SpA and Max Spe gives Celebi a very easy way to outspeed a solid amount of Pokemon and get off it's clerical necessities while also being able to deal strong damage while using it's major attacking move.
Choice Scarf is used if you're really afraid of not outspeeding certain matchups, though if that's not an issue Leftovers are a perfectly reasonable alternative to keep Celebi healthy.

Celebi @ Weakness Policy

EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Quiet Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Trick Room
- Giga Drain
- Psychic
- Hidden Power [Fire]

I usually run this on a dedicated TR team as an offensive setter, and it's quite good. The general concept is to Trick Room on any of the several super effective moves (u-turns, knock offs, ice beams...) that might come Celebi's way, easily tank it with 252 hp and defenses, and then become an offensive threat that's kind of fast under trick room that demands to be either killed (allowing you to bring another sweeper in) or simply sweeps their team.

Vote for your favorite Celebi set, due 7/1/18 -4 Night.

Sub CM Celebi was rejected due to being inferior to Sub NP in basically every way, along with having Ground Z posted on a set without Earth Power.

Latias @ Light Clay
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Reflect
- Light Screen
- Healing Wish
- Ice Beam / Hidden Power Fire

Dual Screens Offense is not really a playstyle that sees a lot of action in the tier, but there are a lot of things going on in the tier that puts Latias in a heavier support position worth it. In terms of moveset, the moves are relatively straightforward. The last slot is a toss-up. Ice Beam nails Gliscor and FLying types, while HP Fire catches Scizor (they're really standard coverage moves, if you think about it).

As a dual screener, Latias functions similarly to Cresselia as a bulkier Dual Screens alternative with a move that can auto-revive any worn down Pokemon. Its job is relatively simple: set screens and pivot out to a Pokemon that can take an SE attack aimed at Latias, and set up from there. Its high speed guarantees that at least one screen will go up to facilitate set-up sweepers. It also edges out Azelf as a Dual Screen setter because of its increased longevity. From my experience of playing Screens for the past 2 generations, Azelf can only set Screens once. Furthermore, Azelf's Dual Screen set is always a decision issue of what to set first, since most Dual Screen Azelf carry Stealth Rock, too. On the other end of the spectrum, Cresselia can reset screens more frequently throughout the battle, but its slow speed leaves it as Taunt bait, especially against the likes of Gliscor. Latias sits on the happy middle ground between the two.

Personally, I think Dual Screens Latias (and Dual Screens in general) is underrated in this meta. The tier is packed to the gills with relatively bulky set-up sweepers like Cobalion, Scizor, Gliscor, and AV Serperior that capitalize on their resistances to get set-up opportunities. By increasing the Pokemon's effective defensive stats, these Pokemon get more set-up opportunities that makes them harder to manage earlier in the game. Furthermore, Screens also allows for relatively unconsidered sets, such as Double Dance Rhyperior, to become incredibly hard to manage if given the opportunities to set up. Latias' ability to also function as a bulky pivot and cleric only increases the longevity of a sweeper.

Latias (F) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Draco Meteor
- Psychic
- Thunderbolt / Hidden Power [Fire]
- Trick

Specs Latias is something I've been toying around with lately, and it's really fun to use at that. Instead of using a turn to CM, you have a way of immediately nuking with it. This dominates most of the common bulky offenses with correct prediction. Thunderbolt is primarily used for Empoleon, but Hidden Power Fire is also viable to ohko Scizor on the switch. Rest is self explanatory.

Latias @ Leftovers/Kee berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Stored Power
- Refresh
- Roost

This set is incredibly hard to deal with once you have gotten rid of dark types and beats almost all of standard cm lati's answers. Kee berry can be used over lefties to take advantage of fat sciz or any weak u-turn user. Obvious downside of this set is it has pretty much 0 offensive presence without a few boosts. Oh and it pretty much 6-0's most common stall archetypes:

latias @ psychium-z / icium-z
ability: levitate
evs: 252 hp / 4 def / 252 spe
timid nature
-reflect type
-calm mind
-stored power/ice beam
-recover

Very hilarious set, but this set works relatively similar to how its mega form used it when it was here. Basically, you give its most common checks in scizor, scarf krook, mega aggron, and muk-alola a big "fuck you" and you proceed to set up on them. Stored power is generally the way to go with this set because even without psychic typing, you're still hitting insanely hard after a bunch of boosts, but if you wanna use a move that doesn't get completely cucked by dark types, ice beam is the way to go.

Wish support Latias

Latias (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Wish
- Recover
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt

General idea
Wish is really underrated on Latias because it comes from a 110-base Spe from a pokemon with a great SpA, even though it isn't invested.
The combination of Wish+Recover+Leftovers, which we can see on Clefable, grants a lot of longevity to this Latias; too bad the typing is inferior to mono Fairy.
In particular, Wish allows us to switch out with a lot more ease because Latias' HP are maxed, so its teammate can take a hit and then regain most (if not all) the health lost. Wish could also lead your opponent to think that you will switch out the following turn, but it is not a mandatory thing, so use this to your personal advantage.
BoltBeam coverage is always great because it hits, at least neutrally, a lot of targets in every environment, including the UU metagame.

EVs spread and item
The Evs are optimized to have a bulky and fast supportert. Leftovers is chosen to have more longevity throughout the match and 6% per turn makes the diffence in this bulky spread.

Team(mates) support
This Latias wants to have teammates left in order to make good use of Wish and because its damage output is lowish because it has almost no EVs invested in SpA. A way to deal properly with Steels and Pursuit Trappers is mandatory to switch in&out without worrying too much.

Edit: didn't realize they both didn't get it, and I really should have known that Latias didn't. I'll come up with something in this spot instead.
