Mr. Mime-Galar @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Screen Cleaner
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Psychic
- Freeze-Dry / Ice Beam
- Focus Blast

Returning to NFE after being deemed banworthy in previous metagames is Galarian Mr. Mime. Its offensive pressure makes it a great Rapid Spin user, since it can remove entry hazards when forcing switches against vulnerable Pokemon like Golbat and Tangela. Freeze-Dry is perfect for targeting common special walls such as Marshtomp and Wartortle. While Ice Beam provides less coverage for Water-types, the extra power is noteworthy against Hattrem and Vullaby. Steel-types like Ferroseed and Klang are often specially defensive, so Focus Blast is preferable to prevent them from safely switching in. It also hits Piloswine, and the additional Fighting-type coverage from Gurdurr and Raboot goes a long way in helping out Galarian Mr. Mime with these targets. Knock Off support from Thwackey, Ferroseed, and Mareanie is a great way to weaken Galarian Corsola and Lampent, which are two troublesome spinblockers for Galarian Mr. Mime. Conversely, Heavy-Duty Boots is invaluable for entry hazard removal, so teammates meant to take Knock Off like Tangela and Koffing keep Galarian Mr. Mime around longer.

While Ice Beam provides less coverage for Water-types, the extra power is noteworthy against Hattrem and Vullaby. Steel-types like Ferroseed and Klang are often specially defensive, so Focus Blast is mandatory ("mandatory" is a bit strong since Shadow Ball is occasionally used for Ghost-types (and to a lesser extent Mimes and Hattrem's with SpDef investment) since one of you're main goals is hazard removal but otherwise this is fine) to prevent them from safely switching in. It also hits Piloswine, and additional Fighting-type coverage from Gurdurr and Raboot goes a long way in helping out Galarian Mr. Mime with these targets. Knock Off support from Thwackey, Ferroseed, and Ferroseed Mareanie (The Grass-types cannot safely switch into Lampent so I added Mareanie) is a great way to weaken Galarian Corsola and Lampent, which are two troublesome spinblockers for Galarian Mr. Mime. Conversely, Heavy-Duty Boots are invaluable for entry hazard removal, so teammates meant to take Knock Off like Tangela and Koffing keep Galarian Mr. Mime around longer.

This was really well done, so only a couple things. QC 1/1.
