Tournament Rules and General Guidelines
Important Rules:
- Managers can only have one assistant manager.
- Each team is allowed two retains from the last NFEPL's respective rosters (each team will be assigned an old roster, with given priority for old teams)
- Retain price is (last NFEPL price) + 3k, with the minimum price of 10k, and a markup of 3k for every successful year retained (while this is the first NFEPL featuring retains, this should set a standard for subsequent editions).
- Teams are limited to a maximum of three players acquired before auctions through selfbuys and retains.
- Managers are allowed to buy themselves as players for a flat price of 15k.
- Each team will have a minimum of 10 players (eight starters + two substitutes). The starting budget will be 100k.
- Players may not be traded at any point.
