NFL WPC '11 WINNER: Mercy

I have the same issue with underlining as I do bolding. And I thought last week looked easy pick wise. I just don't know anymore... Yeah, I originally had Dallas, but I thought with injuries and Washington doing pretty well they would win. I'm going to do a lot of thinking and intelligent analyzing before I pick this week.
No worries, just use </> again, I just made a mistake :)

Kansas City is NOT worse than Minnesota, get it together guys
The Vikings at least took Detroit to OT, while the Chiefs... didn't.

Not saying anyone should pick the Vikings, but I find it equally hard to justify picking the Chiefs too!

Standings updated.

J-Man takes the prize this week with a 13-3 record. Very few people picked Tampa, Oakland and Seattle, so props to them (and of course everyone who picked Buffalo!). 4 people went 12-4, and 6 went 11-5. No one was particularly terrible, but popemobile and Blindy mcblind were worst at 7-9.

Overall, DM, J-Man, and Brizznets share possession of first place with 34 wins each. DM and Brizznets also are the only ones with more than 10 wins every week. HSA, tad38, kd24, and Galladiator are one win behind with 33, while KG, Nozizaki, and Steeler have 32. Stylish Interval gets the distinction of having exactly 8 wins every week.

Important: For those of you who have already missed one or more weeks (newcomers exempt), if you do not post this week you will be eliminated from the contest!

PS this week looks far easier pick wise, and I'm expecting a lot of 12-4s or better!

Pay no attention to the fool who thought he picked Washington but actually picked Dallas...

Detroit @ Dallas
Carolina @ Chicago
Buffalo @ Cincinnati
Tennessee @ Cleveland
Minnesota @ Kansas City
Washington @ St. Louis
New Orleans @ Jacksonville
Pittsburgh @ Houston

Gonna get burnt to a crisp this week.

Sorry, didn't have time to do it when I was adding the wins up, and I haven't really figured out a good way to do it yet =x
i just mean the ones in the OP and its easy to organize, just by wins and losses, whoever is doing the best, they are on the top of the list and order it as such

the for the spreadsheet you can just do it by wins if you want

Detroit @ Dallas- Gonna be a good game, but the Lions have been great on the road, even if it was a little too close for comfort last week.
Carolina @ Chicago- Carolina's not horrible anymore, but Chicago is better.
Buffalo @ Cincinnati- It doesn't matter that the Bills are 3-0, they're playing the Bengals.
Tennessee @ Cleveland- Tough call.
Minnesota @ Kansas City- Vikings play two quarters. Chiefs play 0 quarters.
Washington @ St. Louis- Rams suck.
New Orleans @ Jacksonville- lol
Pittsburgh @ Houston- Game of the Week?
San Francisco @ Philadelphia- People are to quick to abandon the Eagles IMO.
NY Giants @ Arizona- Good team vs. average team.
Atlanta @ Seattle- This is no longer a lol match, but the Falcons will still take this.
Miami @ San Diego this is still a lol match
New England @ Oakland- It's still the Patriots.
Denver @ Green Bay Please win Broncos Lions need to take the division :(
NY Jets @ Baltimore Game of the Week #2?
Indianapolis @ Tampa Bay Rule #1 of the NFL: Don't be the Colts.

Detroit @ Dallas

New Orleans @ Jacksonville
Pittsburgh @ Houston
San Francisco @ Philadelphia
NY Giants

Atlanta @ Seattle
Miami @ San Diego

Denver @ Green Bay
NY Jets @ Baltimore
Indianapolis @ Tampa Bay

Detroit @ Dallas (Bandwagon go!)
Carolina @ Chicago (I can see an upset here, but I don't think Carolina can put enough pressure on the Bears)
Buffalo @ Cincinnati (Bandwagon v2)
Tennessee @ Cleveland (Perhaps with Britt gone we'll see the return of CJ2K. Then again, perhaps not...)
Minnesota @ Kansas City (Battle of two completely horrible teams, but Kansas seems to be slightly worse)
Washington @ St. Louis (Washington is doing well and the Rams are banged up)
New Orleans @ Jacksonville (Mismatch of the week?)
Pittsburgh @ Houston (so far Pittsburgh has been a shadow of their former selves, I mean they almost lost to the Manning-less Colts ffs)
San Francisco @ Philadelphia (Apparently Vick's hand isn't broken, but it shouldn't matter either way; SF simply isn't good)
NY Giants @ Arizona (G-MEN!)
Atlanta @ Seattle (Surely the Falcons can rebound against Seattle?)
Miami @ San Diego (After they almost blew their lead against KC of all teams I'm a bit leery on this one, but Miami shouldn't be good enough to win this)
New England @ Oakland (Brady isn't going to have two 4 interception games in a row)
Denver @ Green Bay (I lied, this is probably the mismatch of the week)
NY Jets @ Baltimore (A toss-up in my mind, but I think the Ravens have the edge)
Indianapolis @ Tampa Bay (I refuse to predict the Colts to win a game until Manning is back under center)

Tennessee @ Cleveland
Minnesota @ Kansas City - Who the fuck cares?
Washington @ St. Louis
New Orleans @ Jacksonville
Pittsburgh @ Houston
San Francisco @ Philadelphia
NY Giants @ Arizona
Atlanta @ Seattle - Another upset. Atlanta is traditionally a bad road team, and Seattle is a great home team.
Miami @ San Diego
New England @ Oakland - Upsettttttttt
Denver @ Green Bay
NY Jets @ Baltimore
Indianapolis @ Tampa Bay - Fuck all you haters

Can't decide between Atlanta and Seattle.

Detroit @ Dallas - Dallas is at home and an upset pick against the Lions ???
Carolina @ Chicago - Was right in saying Newton would regress last week, and I have a feeling the defense can't bail him out again.
Buffalo @ Cincinnati - Not a Billiever yet, but they're a top 10 team at the very least!
Tennessee @ Cleveland - Cleveland's 2-1 against the three worst teams in football.
Minnesota @ Kansas City - They promised to give AP more carries. Anything to get the ball out of McNabb's hands makes them more likely to win.
Washington @ St. Louis - Bradford is bad, why are people just now realizing this
New Orleans @ Jacksonville - hurr
Pittsburgh @ Houston - As much as I'd love for Houston to win, they had an intense game last week at New Orleans and fell apart when it mattered.
San Francisco @ Philadelphia - Mike "for the last time my name isn't Franz" Kafka for the win
NY Giants @ Arizona - protip: there is no good NFC West team
Atlanta @ Seattle - Atlanta's bad; Seattle's worse
Miami @ San Diego - Miami might be even worse though
New England @ Oakland - When Sanchez throws for 370 on you, you know you have pass defense problems.
Denver @ Green Bay Green Bay is on an awesome run, yet people think the Lions might be better?
NY Jets @ Baltimore We'll learn more about the Jets in this game, but it doesn't look good.
Indianapolis @ Tampa Bay - The good news is that Tampa Bay might finally sell out a game. The bad news is that it might be their most boring game of the season.

Houston @ New Orleans Sorry, but no.
NY Giants @ Philadelphia See above.
Jacksonville @ Carolina Blaine Gabbert or Andrew Luck? The Jagaurs QB decision next year.
New England @ Buffalo
Miami @ Cleveland Miami is probably one of the best winless teams.

Denver @ Tennessee
Detroit @ Minnesota Hope I'm wrong.
Baltimore @ St. Louis
NY Jets @ Oakland
Kansas City @ San Diego
Arizona @ Seattle
Atlanta @ Tampa Bay
Green Bay @ Chicago
Pittsburgh @ Indianapolis
Washington @ Dallas The Redskins will win at home however.

Going out on a limb with some picks, been choosing mostly home teams, and it was serving me well.

EDIT: Forgot game was at Chicago for some reason, Bears'll win for me.
10-6, I thought I did awful. I saved myself by picking teams I dislike.

Detroit @ Dallas
Carolina @ Chicago
Buffalo @ Cincinnati
Tennessee @ Cleveland As long as Hillis plays.
Minnesota @ Kansas City In the words of Polis4rule- "Fuck all you haters"
Washington @ St. Louis This game'll be close.
