[SET COMMENTS]
Nihilego plays the role of a fast and powerful special attacker in 2v2 Doubles. It’s good speed tier, high Special Attack, and unique Rock/Poison typing allow it to outpace and OHKO much of the metagame. Meteor Beam is Nihilego’s most powerful option, raising its Special Attack as well as only taking one turn to complete thanks to Power Herb. Meteor Beam decimates metagame threats such as Kyurem-Black and Togekiss, and does enough damage to OHKO neutral targets such as Genesect and Naganadel. Sludge Bomb is used as a single target Poison-type attack, which handles Pokemon like Rillaboom and Whimsicott. Power Gem is a secondary Rock-type STAB option after Nihilego has already used Meteor Beam, and at +1 can OHKO targets such as Volcanion and Tornadus. Protect is useful because Nihilego is often very threatening to the opposing team, so it can use Protect to defend itself against Fake Out and getting double targeted. 124 Def allows Nihilego to survive an Adamant Life Orb Rillaboom Grassy Glide, 144 SpA ensures a highly favorable Meteor Beam roll vs Genesect, and 240 Spe allows Nihilego to outspeed Timid Landorus-Incarnate.

Paragraph 2:
- brief example of teammates that benefit from the Pokemon's presence
- brief example of foes that the Pokemon is vulnerable to + teammates to help cover them
Nihilego’s speed and strong offensive presence make it a great partner for most Pokemon in the meta, as it can do heavy damage to anything in the game. Grass-types such as Rillaboom and Tsareena are good natural partners for Nihilego as they cover its Ground and Water weaknesses, while Nihilego covers every type that Grass is weak to, namely Ice, Fire, and Flying.

Other Options
=============

List some options for the Pokemon user that are plausible but not always recommended due to either being not consistent enough or too outclassed by other Pokemon in the metagame.
