Nihilego @ Electrium Z / Life Orb
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Sludge Wave
- Thunder / Thunderbolt
- Grass Knot / Hidden Power Ice / Power Gem
- Stealth Rock

Nihilego's Rock / Poison typing and above average special bulk allow it to set up Stealth Rock on threatening Fire- and Fairy-types like Moltres and Sylveon, granting it several opportunities to set the hazard up. Its high Special Attack and decent Speed tier also allow it to threaten key Pokemon like Togekiss and Celebi. Additionally, Electrium Z or Life Orb-boosted Thunderbolt eases Nihilego's matchup against bulky Water-types like Empoleon and Tentacruel with little prior damage, ensuring its entry hazards remain on the field. However, Nihilego has abysmal physical bulk and cannot switch into even some resisted physical attacks, so physically bulky teammates like Scizor and Slowbro can assist it. Nihilego also sports a crippling weakness to the common Ground- and Steel-type Pokemon in UU with few options outside of Grass Knot, Hidden Power Ice in Gliscor's case, and a Z-Move to utilize against them, so pairing it with answers to these threats, such as Breloom and Chandelure, gives Nihilego more opportunities to wallbreak and ensure Stealth Rock stays up.

I'd mention how both Gigavolt Havoc and Life Orb Thunderbolt (you kinda make zero mention of Life Orb) doing a ton to bulky Water-types, especially Empoleon, is significant to keep hazards on their side of the field and stopping them from Defogging / spinning. A special note regarding what HP Ice is for would be good considering it's literally to hit 1 Pokemon in the tier more or less.
