Ninjask holds a unique niche in NU as a set up sweeper that can snowball incredibly quickly thanks to the combination of Swords Dance and Speed Boost. Additionally, a fast and strong U-turn gives Ninjask mid-game utility as an offensive pivot. Protect lets Ninjask activate Speed Boost safely to outrun Choice Scarf users. Running no item and Acrobatics over Dual Wingbeat is an option to give Ninjask more powerful and reliable Flying-type STAB, but forgoing Heavy-Duty Boots leaves Ninjask with a crippling 4x weakness to the omnipresent Stealth Rock, greatly limiting its ability to pivot. The EV spread allows Ninjask to outrun Alolan Persian while maximizing its bulk, making it harder to revenge kill via priority like Gourgeist-S's Shadow Sneak.

Bulky Pokemon that resist Ninjask's STAB moves, like Garbodor, Weezing, and Galarian Stunfisk, are the biggest thorns in Ninjask's side, as it lacks a way to break through them. Therefore, wallbreakers that can break through these Pokemon, such as Nasty Plot Toxicroak, Basculin, and Golurk, make for excellent partners. In return, Ninjask can bring them onto the field safely with U-turn, allowing them to wallbreak more effectively. Other pivots form a strong VoltTurn core with Ninjask, keeping up offensive momentum. Silvally formes, Wishiwashi, and Basculin are all effective as pivots, while the later two particularly appreciate Ninjask threatening Eldegoss. Lastly, as Ninjask's typing is lackluster defensively, bulky Pokemon like Eldegoss, Cofagrigus, and Sandaconda should be used to pick up its defensive slack.

(Acrobatics is definitely the more common and superior option because of the damage output; I'm not sure what other QC think of Heavy-Duty Boots + Dual Wingbeat as a whole, but I wouldn't make it the main option.)

Ninjask holds a unique niche in NU as a set up sweeper that can snowball incredibly quickly thanks to the combination of Swords Dance and Speed Boost. Additionally, a fast and strong U-turn gives Ninjask mid-game utility as an offensive pivot. (It's not just limited to mid-game utility; U-turn gives Ninjask a presence throughout the game, letting it safely weaken checks and, as you said, pivot.) Protect lets Ninjask activate Speed Boost safely to outrun Choice Scarf users. (Protect is also super great at invalidating Kangaskhan's Fake Out.) Running no item and Acrobatics over Dual Wingbeat is an option to give Ninjask more powerful and reliable Flying-type STAB, but forgoing Heavy-Duty Boots leaves Ninjask with a crippling 4x weakness to the omnipresent Stealth Rock, greatly limiting its ability to pivot. (Reword this to make it more positive; the increased power is desired so Ninjask can clean more reliably and hell, even wallbreak mid-game a bit more proficiently. I'd make the statement about Heavy-Duty Boots sets talk about how they ease teambuilding because you don't have to use multiple entry hazard control forms anymore.) The EV spread allows Ninjask to outrun Alolan Persian while maximizing its bulk, making it harder to revenge kill via priority like Gourgeist-S's Shadow Sneak.

(H A Z A R D C O N T R O L if not running the boots. Hattrem and Silvally-Whatever are both good options.) Bulky Pokemon that resist Ninjask's STAB moves, like Garbodor, Weezing, and Galarian Stunfisk, are the biggest thorns in Ninjask's side burdensome, as it lacks a way to break through them (Maybe focus more on the fact they resist U-turn and, in the case of the former two, can chip Ninjask with Rocky Helmet damage.). (I'm not sure I love these examples because you generally see Ninjask on offense (Sandaconda is fine enough as a mention), but I'll let the second QC give the final say.)
