[OVERVIEW]
Noibat is the only decent user of Infiltrator, carries a good movepool, and has good resistances to Fighting-, Water-, and Fire-type moves that may make it seem good to use. However, it is awful due to its mediocre stats, as it struggles to do good damage to Pokemon even with Life Orb to live attacks because of its poor bulk. It is outclassed by other Flying-types like Vullaby and Doduo because of their better attacking stats, bulk, and Speed that allow them to contribute to the team in ways that Noibat cannot.

[SET]
name: Life Orb
move 1: Draco Meteor
move 2: Hurricane
move 3: Heat Wave
move 4: Tailwind
item: Life Orb
ability: Infiltrator
nature: Timid
evs: 236 SpA / 36 SpD / 236 Spe
ivs: 9 HP

[SET COMMENTS]
This set attempts to set up Tailwind on a predicted switch and attack the foe with its STAB moves, but it struggles to do this because of its low offensive stats and mediocre bulk. Other Flying-types like Vullaby, Doduo, and Rufflet outclass Noibat because of their better stats and abilities are able to KO more Pokemon without using a Life Orb.

[OVERVIEW]
In the positives, mention that it is the only decent user of Infiltrator, which is a useful ability
Mention that its stats also leave it quite frail in the second sentence
I wouldn't mention Nasty Plot in conjunction with Vullaby since thats not the most common set. Instead, mention its better bulk and coverage. I'd also mention Doduo as a faster, stronger option here.

[OVERVIEW]
Rephrase this first sentence, it flows really poorly, and add in a mention of the particularly useful types Noibat resists (biggest one is Fighting). Restructure that last sentence, it's got a lot of word vomit, condense it down to saying that Vullaby and Doduo are much better Flying-type options due to their better attacking stats, bulk, and Speed allowing them to contribute to teams in ways Noibat can't.

[SET]
yep

[SET COMMENTS]
Reorder this first sentence and combine with the second so that it flows better - Noibat attempts to set up Tailwind on free turns/switches/whatever and dent opposing teams using its STAB moves, but it struggles to do so because bad bulk+spa. Not sure about saying the setup mention here, think you can cut it.
