My in-ness to this Tournament rests on one question:
Does Aurumoth have Illusion?

Yes. All updates changes are reverted for Gen 6 CAP, although you may need to manually type them into the teambuilder.

Ok updates such as earth power tomo aren't going to be present due cap updates where in SM CAP no in ORAS CAP so you can use your illusion auru

cbedit: To clarify, he basically means the tour will be held in a pre-update state. Tomohawk will have Reflect and Earth Power, Aurumoth will have Illusion, and none of the abilities or moves added from updates, such as Volt Switch Cyclohm or Spikes Arghonaut, will be legal.
