Choice Scarf Rotom-C is one of the best options for role compression and pivoting in NU, as it can revenge kill offensive threats, enable pivot-spam cores, remove entry hazards, and use Trick to cripple an opposing wall. Its STAB moves have great coverage, threatening common Pokemon like Starmie, Silvally-Ground, Aerodactyl, and Talonflame. Leaf Storm also makes Volt Switch even more effective, as Ground-types cannot safely switch in to block it without risking taking massive damage from Leaf Storm. Rotom-C also carries Trick and is able to cripple incoming walls such as Guzzlord and Vileplume by giving them a Choice Scarf, which special attacking teammates like Salazzle, Sylveon, and Starmie appreciate. Defog lets Rotom-C assist its teammates even more through entry hazard removal. Teammates with pivoting moves such as Silvally-Ground, Decidueye, and Talonflame make great partners for Rotom-C, as they create a vicious VoltTurn core with it, taking advantage of more passive teams. 8 HP EVs let Rotom avoid the 2HKO from Talonflame's Brave Bird.

This needs to put more emphasis on how Rotom-C defines VoltTurn and role compression in the tier. You do a good job of the former later on by addressing how Leaf Storm (and Trick really) make playing around Volt Switch difficult, but I think you miss the mark on how Rotom-C just offers teams a lot with your introductory sentence.

You'll also want to specify teammates that like Rotom-C dumping Choice Scarf onto foes like Vileplume, Dragalge, etc. Also, briefly mention that the 8 HP EVs are specifically for Talonflame's Brave Bird; you avoid the 2HKO.

Change the physical wallbreakers section to one about pivots. As mentioned, Rotom-C enables all the pivot spam in NU. Emphasize that and talk about the synergy it has with those pivots.

QC 1/1 when done.

Let's take a look at one of the best Pokemon in NU: Rotom-C! this sentence doesn't really add anything Choice Scarf Rotom-C is one of the best options for role compression and pivoting in NU, being able to as it can revenge kill offensive threats, enable pivot-spam cores, remove entry hazards, and use Trick to cripple an opposing wall. Its STABs are also very strong against the greater metagame STAB moves have great coverage, threatening common Pokemon like Starmie, Silvally-Ground, Aerodactyl, and Talonflame. Rotom-C's main selling point is its STAB Leaf Storm pairing extremely well with its momentum-grabbing Volt Switch, as any Ground-type switching in to block its Volt Switch must be exceedingly careful around the leaves. Leaf Storm also makes Volt Switch even more effective, as Ground-types cannot safely switch in to block it without risking taking massive damage from Leaf Storm. Rotom-C also carries Trick, (comma) and is able to Trick its Choice Scarf onto walls coming in on it such as Guzzlord and Vileplume cripple incoming walls such as Guzzlord and Vileplume by giving them a Choice Scarf, which special attacking teammates like Salazzle, Sylveon, and Starmie appreciate.
