Yeah, and I think I saw somewhere in there that you can't pay your opponent to lose. so, no bribery as well.
"Examples of Unsporting Conduct: Cheating include:
• Offering some form of compensation to an opponent for a concession. "

Examples of Unsporting Conduct: Severe include:
• Defacement of tournament area.
• Assault.
• Use of profanity or physical threats to event staff.
• Theft.
• Use of slurs or insults.
Cheating is the highest form of Unsporting Conduct that a player can display.
lol, i was rushing when i saw it.Ugh, 2 people beat me to sigging Obi's quote. If three people sig it it won't be as funny :(
Anyway, I'm almost positive they will still hold the lottery in order to get in unfortunately. Also, you aren't allowed to use alternate email addresses to try and increase your chance to get in. I had two email addresses registered at that go-pokemon site with one having my full name and one using my nickname, and only registered once. A few months ago when they sent out the stuff regarding taxes to me by email, they sent me the stuff to both email addresses, so they'll know that you're signing up more than once and I'm sure that if they felt like it they could DQ you even after you win.
yeah your right, >.< oh well im done with emerald RNG.Well what if they get picked as well? You're just going to say "they can't make it"?
I am pretty excited. At any chance it comes in here and does not come at the beginning weeks of June, I'll probably enter. It would definitely be a horrible thing if lottery occurs and you didn't get picked. Then again all I can do is hope until something happens.
Everyone, start abusing Emerald's RNG...NOW!
EDIT: This means breeding too. Easy quad flawlesses anyone?
Well that depends on what you're going for. If you're going for Timid/Modest (Ludicolo? Kingdra?) then there's a quint flawless spread close by. Though I can't really find any quint flawless in era404's database (which reaches up to 16000 frames) that doesn't involve its attack being low. I'm not sure exactly how dedicated people want to be for this kind of thing. Besides, some of the quad flawless have a 30 in a useful stat. That's worth something, right?Don't you mean 'easy quint flawless', or even 'easy hex flawless' once we figure out a way of getting split spreads more often?
Yeah, in JAA that happened a lot. I entered a later tournament, one from the Summer (King of Prussia, PA) so I was expecting the quiz. I was probably one of the first to sign up since I just kept hitting refresh until it said I could take it. I hope they do something similar to that, so I have a bladant chance of getting in rather than relying on luck out of almost 1,500 people when they pick about 50.When I mentioned alternate e-mails, I was referring to the smaller tournament after for Emerald version. On the leaderboards for the online quiz, you could see some people had blatantly entered twice. I guess it is pretty impossible now.
Great. That just makes me feel like my chances of actually competing at this incredibly low :/well with this being a championship series, the 1st round (Regionals) might just register on site on the event sence the qualifyers will be more widespread than last year. if there are 4-8 qualifyers that very well could have less than 128 people at each qualifyer.

I guess i read wrong.... damn!LOL do you even READ the posts before you reply? He is saying you can just walk in and register to play and GET to play instead of having a random selection process.
I'm guessing these Championship series will follow the same trend as the TCG Tournaments, but I wonder what kind of prizes they will offer. If there is one in the San Diego area and I'm allowed to play despite not being from the USA, I'll definately be there.
I just realized I can't be there in June 27th because I'm in camp (well, returning from camp, anyways). Suppose that I got to the Nationals (which will be extremely unlikely). Would it be required for me to stay for two days? Or can I just enter on the 28th and stay in the competition?National Championships in St. Louis, Missouri on June 27th and 28th.
I have a question
