If teams wish to conduct a trade, both managers (or assistant managers if the manager is not present) MUST PM Zebraiken on the FORUMS to have the trade be official.

Be very specific, especially when trading retainer rights.

A retainer becomes official once a manager and the player PM to confirm retention.

Retainer official means neither the team nor the player can refuse retention; this means a team loses the cost it is to retain the player and the player is tied to the team with the same sportsmanship expectations as expected from a draft addition.

This may or may not apply to anyone so far, but since you're only limited to a maximum of 3 retains (tbf, this applies generally anyway), I strongly recommend you don't retain / pick up anyone who you think will be problematic during the course of the season (in any official capacity, whether forums, battles, channels, what not), as all problematic people will be infracted without hesitation, and it only takes 2 infractions for a forum ban, and this year, a forum ban during the course of SPL will probably mean banned from SPL as well (case by case basis).

Just leaving this here and hling the management so they are warned in advance.
