Invalid Older Music for Older Gens

I believe this would be an incredible addition to Pokemon Showdown.
Imagine playing generation 3 and being able to listen to the Team Aqua/Magma Leader theme from Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald. Imagine being able to listen to Cynthia's theme in generation 4. I don't think this would be too hard to implement, and would make the old generation visuals and music a more cohesive experience.
Think of the inverse situation. What if gen 1 has generation 6's 3D models but music from the original games? That is not cohesive, nor is hearing generation 6 music in older generations with the proper visuals as we have it now. I also believe the option to toggle specific songs would be a great addition, and I'd love an option to have music from spinoff games like Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness. Portable Pokemon games can give me a headache, a problem which I don't have with console titles. Thank you for taking my suggestion into consideration, I look forward to hearing your reactions!

I figured people had mentioned it at some point. New music is probably the best, most easily implementable suggestion, and would benefit the game tremendously. As it stands now, I just mute the music. If 4 player Free for Alls and Balanced Hacksmons can exist, they can certainly add more music and customization. I draw the line at non-Pokemon music because that would compromise the professional feel of the website.
