If blaceph is good at one thing, it's giving a Scarf to Snorlax or Blissey. Have you ever tried to stop a Togekiss with a Scarf Snorlax ? No.. But if you had tried you'd know it doesn't work. Therefore I'm submitting this set :
Togekiss @ Life Orb
Ability: Triage
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Draining Kiss
- Flamethrower / Roost
- Psyshock
- Nasty Plot
Additionally, Psyshock allows this Togekiss to lure Blissey and potential Assault Vest users for Blacephalon to have an easier time breaking through. Most specially defensive cores (often one mon, Snorlax or Blissey) are heavily pressured by this specially offensive core, which is designed to make progress in any circumstance.
I guess they also have a little bit of a defensive synergy, Togekiss coming in on Ground and Dark moves that threaten Blacephalon (it's good at absorbing Knock Off notably) ; and Blaceph being able to take a Steel, Ice or Poison type attack for Togekiss.
When building with those two you should make sure you have a Magic Bounce user or a good Defoger as Togekiss is weak to rocks. You should also consider pivots that can deal with bulky Waters, as this core needs momentum and can be stopped by an unpressured Tapu Fini.
