Thank you so much lol why is it bad in mono type? I ran it up into the 1600s there but dragon was a serious problem as I had 0 counterplay
So with Fire in monotype, there's so much stacked against it. Like fire itself isn't terrible as a type, but its weaknesses are egregiously expounded in Monotype. With Water, Ground, Dragon, Fairy, and Mega Aerodactyl Flying teams dominating the meta as of late, Fire can't really shine in a meta naturally dominated by its weaknesses. This also isn't considering the presence of Lando-I which will nearly 6-0 Fire, Volcanion hardly being present on Water teams at all, Kommo-o being able to click buttons for free, among tons of other factors which absolutely shit on Fire teams.
