Silvally [Optimized]
Abilities

Stats: 100 HP / 110 Atk / 100 Def / 110 SpA / 100 SpD / 100 Spe | BST: 620
Added Moves: Recover, Nasty Plot, Topsy-Turvy, Moonblast, Giga Drain, Psychic, Power Gem, Sludge Bomb, Aura Sphere, Dark Pulse, Earthquake, Earth Power, Multi-Dash*
Summary of Changes

Multi-Dash*:
|

Silvally [Optimized]
Abilities: RKS System
RKS System: Now only changes Silvally's primary type.
Stats: 100 / 110 / 100 / 110 / 100 / 110 (630)
Added Moves: Calm Mind, Recover, Spikes, Close Combat, Aura Sphere, Earthquake, Superpower, Wild Charge, Fire Blast, Taunt, Extreme Speed, Psychic, Stealth Rock, Overheat
Summary of Changes: Silvally can now access the best offensive types in the game, including Ghost/Fighting, Fire/Fighting and Ice/Fighting. It can also do some other stuff as well, like hazard setting and pivoting.
G-Luke Regireset has 10 base PP.

Silvally [Optimised]
Abilities:
RKS System
Ability Change: RKS System is retconned to work with memory discs, drives, and Z-crystals (but not Arceus' plates).
Move Change: Multi-Attack now has a high critical-hit ratio.
Stats: 107 HP / 107 Atk / 107 Def / 107 SpA / 107 SpD / 107 Spe (+12 All) BST 642
Added Moves:
Techno Blast, Extreme Speed, Recover, Earthquake, Solar Beam, Energy Ball, Grass Knot, Play Rough, Stone Edge, Volt Switch, Blizzard, Fire Blast, Thunder, Bulk Up, Calm Mind, Psyshock, Psychic, Sludge Bomb, Will-o-Wisp, Poison Jab, Dragon Pulse, Iron Tail, Liquidation, Stealth Rock, Taunt, Torment, Trick Room yes hello where are my moves ffs
Summary: +12 to all stats, buffed signature move, buffed ability, added moves.
Justification: Pretty sure that at the beginning of Gen 7 I wasn't the only one who overestimated how good Silvally would be in singles. It's trash. The obvious things that stand out are mediocre stats and mediocre movepool. 107 base stats across the board makes Silvally a better all-rounder (and 107 is a prime number, not the reason why I went for 107 though) and gives it a significant bulk increase. Then you have to give it moves so it can use those stats: Hazards, setup, recovery. Sludge Bomb and Poison Jab give Silvally coverage for Fairy-types; Blizzard/Fire Blast/Thunder are more powerful options in exchange for less accuracy; Extreme Speed for priority, and to bring Ekiller Arceus to OU; Stealth Rock for Hazards; everything else is added for harder-hitting coverage. Silvally also has access to Techno Blast, and with RKS System's buffed effect, Silvally has a spammable 120 BP STAB that never misses (though it has its own set of pros and cons, power and accuracy for a type lock).

EDIT: Ammended as per Yung Dramps's pointing out that changing memories isn't fair game.
Silvally [Optimized]
Abilities: RKS System / Regenerator
Stats: 103/107/103/107/103/107 BST 630 (+8/+12/+8/+12/+8/+12)
Added Moves: Stealth Rock, Calm Mind, Nasty Plot, Recover, Earthquake, Knock Off, Superpower, Focus Blast, Scald, Rapid Spin
Summary of Changes: I tried to make Silvally OU tier but not too overcentralizing. Obviously, Silvally is held back by its lack of recovery or coverage, so I added enough to cover most mons. I then added a viable Regenvest set using Scald, Rapid Spin, Knock Off, and U-Turn.

Silvally [Optimized]
Abilities: RKS System* / Unaware (Hidden)
*RKS System: In addition to previous effects, grants the effects of another ability, depending on the memory held.
Fire: Drought

Electric: Electric Surge
Grass: Grassy Surge
Ice: Snow Warning
Fighting: Scrappy
Poison: Corrosion
Ground: Sand Rush
Flying: Multiscale
Psychic: Psychic Surge
Bug: Compound Eyes
Rock: Sandstorm
Ghost: Prankster
Dragon: Mold Breaker
Dark: Magic Bounce
Steel: Clear Body
Fairy: Misty Surge

Stats: 100/100/100/100/100/100 (600)
Added Moves: Recover, Calm Mind, Bulk Up, Dragon Dance, Brick Break, Focus Blast, Drill Peck, Poison Jab, Sludge Bomb, Earthquake, Earth Power, Stone Edge, Flare Blitz, Fire Blast, Fire Pledge, Waterfall, Scald, Water Pledge, Seed Bomb, Energy Ball, Wild Charge, Thunder, Psychic, Psyshock, Icicle Crash, Blizzard, Dragon Pulse, Play Rough, Dazzling Gleam
Summary of Changes: +5 to all stats
The revised RKS system allows Silvally to compensate for its RKS system forms lacking a proper item by giving it access to various powerful abilities. A boost to its stats makes Silvally not actively underwhelming. Finally, Silvally's movepool is vastly expanded, giving it far superior coverage, as well as the ability to set up.

Abilities
: RKS System
Stats: 101 HP / 101 Atk / 101 Def / 101 SpA / 101 SpD / 101 Spe | BST: 606
Added Moves: Recover, Quiver Dance, Extreme Speed, Earthquake, Bug Buzz, Dark Pulse, Dragon Pulse, Volt Switch, Moonblast, Aura Sphere, Searing Shot, Hurricane, Ominous Wind, Energy Ball, Earth Power, Sludge Bomb Freeze-dry, Psychic, Power Gem, Scald and Mirror Shot.
Summary of Changes: +6 All
Slight stat buff helps, out speeds base 100's and seemed right to keep all the stats the same. Working off the mini Arceus idea, gave it Extreme Speed and Earthquake for coverage. Recover makes defensive variants actually usable. Going off a Stabmons like Silvally, I added Quiver Dance and one new special move for each type as Silvally already has "perfect" coverage thanks to Multi-Attack on the physical side. This gives Silvally the ability to be threatening on both sides of the spectrum.

Summary of Changes: +8 to all stats
RKS System: Boosts the power of all moves that share its held memory's type by 20% in addition to old effects

What's that G-Luke? Abusing the system? The system was maaaaade to be abused!!! But on a more serious note, stats are the bare minimum of Silvally's old worries. In standard, it simply could not do anything that any existing mon could already do. So I decided to make sure it could stand out on its own. No Normal Espeeders, BoltBeam abusers, bulky fairy Toxic Spike setters exist! And that is what Silvally will set out to do, perform niches that other Pokemon that share its typing cannot do. It helps that RKS System now picks up the slack for the memories, making Silvally hit alot harder than in standard

Congrats to me I guess.

Err now for the slate

Top 5 most Disappointing Generation 7 Pokemon! We all thought they would be cool. When the art dropped we thought these mons would be game changers. Boy did we think wrong! But now we can fix that!

Also I am making a spreadsheet soon.

Abilities:
Tough Claws / Emergency Exit (Multiscale)
Stats: 75 HP / 125 Atk / 140 Def / 60 SpA / 90 SpD / 70 Spe (BST 560)
Added Moves: Heal Order, Lunge
Summary of Changes: +30 Spe
All it really would take for this thing to get at least UU would be something besides Emergency Exit, but I went the extra mile towards getting this boi into OU. Every attack it wants to use is boosted by Tough Claws, and it ties into it's Pokedex entries. Multiscale isnt as useful but good lord it takes a pittance from everything at full health. Lunge would be viable over Leech Life on a Spikes set, which also benefits from Heal Order so it can hazard set throughout a match.

Vikavolt [Optimized*]
Abilities:
No Guard / Levitate (Storm Drain)
Stats: 80 HP / 40 Atk / 90 Def / 140 SpA / 100 DpD / 100 Spe (550 BST)
Added Moves: Focus Blast
Summary of Changes: +3 HP, - 30 Atk, - 5 SpA, +25 SpD, + 57 Spe
The Pokedex is going on about how this thing is so fast when it's slow as shit. So I fixed that, along with just a little more bulk to utilize its interesting set of resistances. No Guard is the standout ability, letting Vikavolt fire off perfectly accurate Focus Blasts and Zap Cannons, while also fitting thematically on a Pokemon based off of railguns. Levitate still has uses for avoiding Spikes and flexing on defensive Lando, while I added Storm Drain because it provides a useful way to come in on Greninjas and Toxapexes.

May do more later

Abilities:Emergency Exit*
Stats: 75 HP / 140 Atk / 145 Def / 60 SpA / 105 SpD / 40 Spe | BST: 565
Added Moves:U-turn,stone edge,Earthquake,hone claws
Summary of Changes:, 15+ Atk,5+ Def, 15+ SpD (35+ total)
Emergency Exit*:instead of forcing it to Switch when it reach 50% of it's health or less, it allows it to Switch out when it would be trapped. (shed shell as an ability)
Flavour and justifaction:
Emergency exit*:it makes sense to have Emergency Exit let you exit in an Emergency, the old effect makes sense too, but forcing your own 'mon out isn't seen as a good thing by most players and it's only useful for reseting first impression.
Earthquak:if Dunsparce can case an Earthquake then so should golisopod, it' s useful coverge attack that can be used as replacement for drill run
Hone claws:it has claws, now that it's not forced to switch out every now and then set up moves are more useble on it,this is an alternative for Swords Dance if You want to use moves with lower accuracy, speaking of which.
Stone edge:it already gets rock Slide so stone edge isn't a stratch, specially seeing how it has edges all over its body, good with Hone claws.
U-turn:many pokemon get it,including very slow ones like electross, why not golisopod? Beside it give it a way to reset first impression!

School Forme - 65 HP / 130 Atk / 120 Def / 130 SpA / 125 SpD / 60 Spe | BST: 630
Added Moves: Liquidation, Discharge, Parabolic Charge, Thunder, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Wild Charge, Dazzling Gleam, Flash Cannon, Signal Beam, Blizzard
Summary of Changes: Solo Forme: +20 HP, +50 Atk, +40 Def, +50 SpA, +40 SpD, +50 Spe
School Forme: +20 HP, -10 Atk, -10 Def, -10 SpA, -10 SpD, +30 Spe

Schooling* (modified): now also has a Regenerator effect

Wishiwashi’s School forme seems cool at first, with high offensive and defensive stats at the cost of very low speed. However, it had a very shallow movepool and its base 45 HP really let down its apparent bulkiness. Having an ability and forme so dependent on maintaining its hitpoints really doesn’t work well when it lacks recovery outside of Rest while everything is outspeeding it. This optimized Wishiwashi fixes some of those flaws without becoming too overpowered (hopefully). Its Solo forme gains the stats to actually survive a weaker attack, while its Schooling forme gains much-needed HP and speed. An Electric typing was given because mono-Water doesn’t really stand out offensively, and Wishiwashi gains many new moves for its barren movepool. Its ability was modified to provide it with some recovery because I thought giving it reliable recovery might be too much.

Dhelmise [Optimized]
Abilities
: Steelworker
Stats: 90 HP / 131 Atk / 120 Def / 86 SpA / 100 SpD / 40 Spe | BST: 567
Added Moves: +20 HP, +20 Def, +10 SpD
Summary of Changes: Trick Room, Recover, Will-O-Wisp, Soul Anchor*

Soul Anchor*:
|
| 90 BP | 100% Acc | 15 PP | Z-move: 160 BP Never-Ending Nightmare | Prevents the target from switching out or the user from being forced out on the next turn

Dhelmise isn't terrible, it's just too slow to deal with most threats, and its bulk only lasts so long when it has to move last. It gets the rare Rapid Spin while being able to spinblock, it has high Attack with access to Swords Dance, and it has a useful signature move in Anchor Shot. Optimized Dhelmise was given Trick Room as well as a second signature move in Soul Anchor, which hits harder than Shadow Claw while preventing the target from switching out like Anchor Shot. Its Attack was high enough so it gained bulk instead, so it can take a hit when it moves last.

Vikavolt [Optimized]
Abilities
: Levitate / Compoundeyes (HA)
Stats: 77 HP / 70 Atk / 90 Def / 130 SpA / 90 SpD / 80 Spe | BST: 537
Added Moves: Hurricane, Focus Blast
Summary of Changes: -15 SpA, +15 SpD, +37 Spe

Vikavolt’s main issue was its terrible speed, which prevented it from doing what it wanted to do before being hit. Optimized Vikavolt gets more speed and special defense to patch up its lower special bulk. Levitate is nice but Compoundeyes grants viable accuracy for moves like Thunder, Hurricane, and Focus Blast. I lowered its special attack a bit to compensate for these new powerful moves combined with Compoundeyes.

Overview: Bug is a pretty ass offensive typing in OU so how about we just give it Tinted Lens and a little bit more speed so it doesn't have to creep goddamn Chansey and let it get to work. U-Turn is a fairly powerful pivoting STAB that can be used on switch-ins as an alternative to spikes. Throws out absurdly strong First Impressions against offense while still maintaining offensive pressure against most defensive answers with just its STABs alone. Not need for coverage when you have Tinted Lens!

Added Moves: Heal Order, Liquidation, Coil, Calm Mind, Grass Knot, Earth Power
Summary of Changes:

School Form: +25 HP, -10 Def, -10 SpD
A secondary typing in Ground allows it to have a much better defensive typing, along with having Earthquake and Earth Power as a secondary STAB. Grass Knot allows it to hit opposing Water types, which would wall it easily, and with two boosting moves and Heal Order, it can dominate in Trick Room.

This gives Dhelmise a great defensive type. Steelworker is a great ability, but there's also the option of Regenerator, which combined with good support moves of Rapid Spin, Knock Off, and U-Turn, makes for a great pivot on both balance and stall teams.

Intimidate, coupled with Heal Order, makes Golisopod a ridiculously bulky tank that can also use Spikes, Knock Off, U-Turn, and maybe even Scald. School Forme: +40 HP,
Schooling* (modified): Has a leftovers effect, recovers 6.25% every turn.

Wishiwashi's main problem is its so slow, and has a rather shallow movepool. Having a terrible solo form doesn't help either. Adding some more HP and recover gives WW's school form a higher chance of sticking around, as well as a little recovery each turn. Offensively, adding a second stab in addition to a set-up move in Bulk Up , WW can break past bulky mons better now and would be quite scary under Trick Room. I also made its solo form a little less worthless with a fair bit of speed, however, it still remains very vulnerable.

Added Moves: +30 HP, +10 Def, +20 SpD
Summary of Changes: Trick Room, Strength Sap, Will-O-Wisp, Spirit Shackle

Continuing with the Alolan theme of making everything as slow as molasses, Dhelmise already had some good tools in a decent movepool and solid attack. Changing to Ferrothorn's type, with some added bulk and recovery plus Will-o-Wisp, Dhelmise becomes a solid wall. However, it can also hit hard on the physical side, with useful trapping moves like Anchor Shot and Spirit Shackle, on top of Power Whip, Earthquake, Knock Off, etc. Trick Room solves the speed problem temporarily, and Dhelmise can use it to break through walls with an all out attacker set, or boosting with Sword Dance.

Summary of Changes: +20 Spe

Slow mon number 3, this was actually a pokemon they should have gave speed to as its dex entry says it zips around catching birds. Vikavolt already has very strong SpA, and all I added were a few attacks that would help boost coverage while fitting thematically. A slight increase in speed with speed boost is all it really needs. In order to not break it, Vikavolt doesn't get any set-up and it is still kinda slow as after just one boost it's still slower then base 120's even with a boosted nature.

Crabominable [Optimized]

Stats: 97 HP / 132 Atk / 107 Def / 62 SpA / 67 SpD / 83 Spe | BST: 548

Summary of Changes: +30 Def, +40 Spe
Yeti Punch:
110 BP, 70% Accurate (always hits in hail), 10% to Freeze opponent, boosted by Iron Fist.

Focusing on Crabominable's wall breaking ability with it's terrific offensive stabs, I gave it some more physical bulk to take some hits, with some much needed speed to be able to outspeed the things it would like to tear apart. Sword Dance heightens it's attacks to terrifying levels while Hammer Arm with Iron Fist is another option over CC. Trying to add some flavour I gave Crabominable a physical blizzard clone which it can abuse with perfect accuracy under hail or just risk it all and use it with Iron Fist.

Golisopod [Optimized]
Abilities
: Emergency Exit / Intimidate / Tough Claws (HA)
Stats: 95 HP / 135 Atk / 140 Def / 60 SpA / 90 SpD / 40 Spe | BST: 560
Added Moves: Close Combat, Earthquake, Heal Order, U-turn, Haze
Summary of Changes: +20 HP, +10 Atk

Golisopod is really let down by its ability, as it is extremely easy to force out. Outside of that, Golisopod actually has the ability to be very solid on both sides of the spectrum. With Intimidate, recovery and Haze, Golisopod becomes an extremely reliable physical wall with access to support moves already like spikes, taunt and toxic. Useful resists to ground, fighting, water, ice and steel with massive physical bulk are extremely useful, with its main concern being a stealth rock weakness. For offensive purposes, Tough Claws plus a small attack boost give Golisopod extremely powerful attacks. Close Combat and Earthquake are for added coverage, alongside Sword Dance, Aqua Jet, Liguidation, Leech Life, etc. Lastly, with U-turn Golisopod can be used as bulky pivot to help get in other mons.

I like this slate, there are a lot of underwhelming Alola mons that could use with some buffs: Bruxish, Pallosand, Komala, Minior, Toucannon, Gumshoos, Lurantis, and so on. Hope there's more of these in the future.

Justification: Wimp Out/Emergency Exit is the main gimmick of the Wimpod line. While it's not as godawful as Truant or Defeatist, it could really use with a buff. Golisopod already has some of the best physical STABs it could possibly have, so why not throw in some Fighting-type coverage to provide more options? Earthquake would be primarily used to hit Toxapex but if I was using this Golisopod I'd be switching to a teammate better suited to handle it. The nice thing about Emergency Exit is that, while random, it's free damage and a free switch to another teammate. Lasting Impression is as strong as First Impression, can always be used when out on the field and will give you free chip damage if you're being phased out. Of course if that's not your cup of tea, run Battle Armor if you don't like crits, or Filter if you want to take Electric hits better. Watch out for Tapu Koko.
EDIT: Just an addendum, Lasting Impression will always be called by Emergency Exit which gives you a reliable STAB for chip damage but means that it will be your only Bug move if you want to have more coverage. Lasting Impression/Leech Life/Liquidation/Earthquake doesn't have the greatest coverage in the world. If you want to have a better chance of consistently triggering Emergency Exit you could just run Leech Life.

Vikavolt [Optimised]

Levitate / Speed Boost (Teravolt)
Stats: 87 HP / 70 Atk / 90 Def / 145 SpA / 75 SpD / 103 Spe (+10 HP, +60 Spe) BST 570
Added Moves:
Flame Burst, Overheat, Quiver Dance, U-turn, Focus Blast, Earth Power
Justification: Base 103 ties with Nihilego and creeps Garchomp. Vikavolt's abilities are all very useful: Levitate provides a handy immunity to Earthquake; Speed Boost allows Vikavolt to afford to run Modest as at +1 you outrun almost everything that doesn't carry a scarf. I think Flame Burst and Overheat kinda fit the theme of Vikavolt being a battery that evolves into a railgun bug and hey, if Manectric gets it why not. Teravolt allows you to either hit Heatran with Flame Burst/Overheat or nail Rotom-W and other levitators with Earth Power. (It also feels a lot more thematic than Mold Breaker but who's caring).

Ability:

Stats (Solo): 45 HP / 20 Atk / 20 Def / 25 SpA / 25 SpD / 120 Spe (+80 HP) BST 275
Stats (School):
45 HP / 140 Atk / 130 Def / 145 SpA / 130 SpD / 110 Spe (+80 Spe ) BST 700
Ability Change:
While in School form, Wishiwashi hits twice, the second attack doing 1/4 the damage of the first.
New Move: Regroup |
|
| -- BP | -- Accuracy | 10 BP | 0 Priority | Restores 50% of the user's max HP. If used under rain, restores 66% of the user's max HP.
Added Moves: Blizzard, Grass Knot, Liquidation.
Justification: Choosing to keep a shallow movepool, I decided to up Wishiwashi's speed to bump it into a more favorable speed tier. School form's main role is to punch holes in teams and its pseudo-Parental Bond lets you abuse Liquidation for defense drops or Waterfall for flinches, or, on the special side, Scald for burns. It still gets decimated by Grass-types and Tapu Koko, so pair it up with teammates that can dismantle these threats.
EDIT: Realised Wishiwashi already gets Bulldoze.

Crabominable [Optimised]

Added Moves:
Mach Punch, Bullet Punch, Swords Dance, Icicle Spear, Arm Thrust.
Justification: Aside from Fairy and Psychic, the types Crabominable is weak to are primarily physically-oriented. Why not patch that with a (kinda) thematic ability, improve its bulk, and then bump it up a few speed tiers? 76 Speed allows it to outrun things like Tyranitar, Bisharp, Breloom; Jolly max speed also lets you speed creep Tapu Bulu if desired. Icicle Spear and Arm Thrust are alternative options to help you break sashes and Mimikyu's disguise.

Stats: 77/70/90/145/75/123 (+80 Spe, BST 580)
Typing:

Added Moves: Earth Power, Echoed Voice, Uproar, U-turn
Justification: Vikavolt is really a Pokémon with only one flaw: a terrible Speed tier. This is surprising given its Electric-typing and its appearance indicating that it should one of the fastest Pokémon in the game. An increase of 80 base Speed quickly remedies this problem, giving it an amazing speed tier that beats Seperior, Hawlucha, Tornadus-T, and even Greninja. A 145 base Special Attack stat is great for a offensive Pokémon that doesn't need to set up and doesn't require a Mega slot. Levitate is already a fantastic ability, and the addition of U-turn along with Volt Switch allows it to act as a strong, fast pivot. 77/90/75 bulk isn't bad for OU either, although it is not great. Alternatively, Galvanize works well with its Electric typing and adds another layer of unpredictability to Vikavolt. The addition of Uproar (Now a base 108 power Electric move) allows it to become a fearsome wallbreaker with little set up. Earthquake improves its coverage against Fire-, Steel-, and Rock- types, all of which Vikavolt struggles against. In conjunction with Signal Beam and Energy Ball, Vikavolt has coverage against most non-Dragon-types. Lastly, Echoed Voice gives Vikavolt a win condition, allowing it to sweep if unchecked. A Bug- and Electric- wallbreaker is a unique concept in OU, especially one with decent speed. This allows Vikavolt to be a very potent offensive Pokémon, with all of its flaws being mitigated or removed completely by switching up the set.

Typing:

Move Change: Ice Hammer lowers the opponent’s Speed by one stage, instead of the user's
New Moves: Shell Smash, Ice Shard
Justification: Crabominable is held back by a multitude of flaws, turning a creative concept for a Pokémon into a heap of garbage. While it has a good attack stat, it has an awful speed tier and mediocre coverage. It's decent bulk is destroyed by its horrendous defensive typing, giving it weakness to common types such as Fairy, Fighting, Steel, Fire, and Psychic. However, since Crabominable is a crustacean, it felt natural to give Crabominable one of the most broken moves in the game: Shell Smash. With its newly buffed stats, it reaches a mind blowing Attack of 786 and a Speed of 406, outspeeding base 135s such as Mega Loppunny. Iron Fist gives Crabominable an effective 120 Base Power STAB with 90% accuracy and a useful secondary effect. Alternatively, Snow Warning can be used to support Crabominable's teammates as well as break Focus Sash and Sturdy. With Close Combat and Earthquake al;ready in it's arsenal, nothing in OU resists its coverage, reducing the need for additional coverage moves. Increased bulk allows Crabominable to set up easier, especially given it's poor defensive typing, while Ice Shard acts as a counter measure to revenge killing. Overall Crabomiable present a unique niche as a very dangerous set-up sweeper in the OU metagame.
Edit: Upon further reconsideration, 97/107/97 bulk before a Shell Smash, and being able to outspeed and OHKO nearly every Pokémon after a boost sounds a little broken. Reducing its speed and bulk slightly at least means that it has viable checks, without hurting it too much.

Name: Golisopod [Optimized]
Ability: Emergency Exit
Stats: 85/140/140/60/90/62 (+10 HP, +15 Atk, +22 Spe, BST 577)
Typing:

New Move: Bug Rush
70 BP, 100% (Ignores accuracy checks). If the user is not the active Pokémon at the end of the turn, whether it be through fainting or being forced out of battle, the switch-in gains a +1 Speed boost. The user also receives 33% recoil damage. When affected by Emergency Exit, Golisopod will attack, then switch out, similarly to U-turn.
New Moves: Infestation, Lunge, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch
Justification: Golisopod is a good offensive Pokémon in the RU metagame, being able to both wall break and sweep given its fantastic offensive presence and abundant priority. However, it is let down by its low Speed and awful ability, allowing faster Pokémon to force it out before it can even attack and wasting turns. In order to make Golisopod a threat to the OU metagame, we can either remove its ability (by just giving it another option) or we can play around it and give Golisopod the ability to act as a pivot alongside its other offensive functions. Bug Rush is a fantastic move that allows Golisopod to play mind games with its opponents (inspired by Aegislash's Stance Change), making them question whether to attack Golisopod or keep momentum. Should the opponent get Golispod under 50% health when it uses Bug Rush, Golisopod will attack with a 70 BP move before switching out and giving the switch-in +1 Speed, potentially allowing a Pokémon such as Kyurem-Black or Hoppa-U the ability to sweep. Most of the other changes are self-explanatory on this set. A buff to Golisopod's Attack allows it to be a more effective OU attack, while increased bulk allows it to switch-in more often and set-up more of its teammates. 62 Base Speed is an important speed tier that allows it to outspend Tyranitar, Clefable, and Celesteela, and Golisopod receives another STAB option with Lunge as well as two coverage moves in Thunder/Ice Punch. Finally, Infestation traps the opponent, furthering Golisopod's ability to pose a threat to many OU Pokémon as a potent asset to offensive teams.

|

Golisopod [Optimised]
Abilities:
Emergency Exit / Battle Armor (Filter)
Ability Change: Emergency Exit: Scrambling to safety, this Pokémon retaliates by using one of the moves it knows.
(Golisopod uses a random move with 1.5x power. Status moves can also be used.)
Move Change: First Impression will always make the target flinch.
New Move: Lasting Impression:
|
| 90 BP | 100% Accuracy | 10 PP | 0 Priority | If the user is forced out of battle (via Emergency Exit, Roar/Whirlwind/Circle Throw/Dragon Tail, the Eject Button or Red Card items), it will always use this move before it switches.
Stats: 90 HP / 125 Atk / 140 Def / 60 SpA / 90 SpD / 65 Spe (+15 HP, +25 Spe) BST 570
Added Moves:
Earthquake, Stone Edge, Superpower, Circle Throw, Belly Drum, U-turn, Low Kick

Abilities:

Wishiwashi [Optimised]
Ability:
Schooling
|

Abilities:
Fur Coat / Iron Fist (Anger Point)
Stats: 107 HP / 142 Atk / 107 Def / 62 SpA / 94 SpD / 76 Spe (+10 HP, +10 Atk, +10 Def, +27 SpD, +33 Spe) BST 568

Name: Vikavolt [Optimized]
Ability: Levitate / Galvanize

Name: Crabominable [Optimized]
Ability: Anger Point / Iron Fist (HA: Snow Warning)
Stats: 97/147/97/62/87/43 (+20 Def, +15 Atk, +20 SpD, BST 553)

Name: Wishiwashi [Optimized]
Ability: Schooling* (Change to become a Clone of Power Construct. Now activates in reverse. Wishiwashi starts in Solo Forme, but turns into its School Forme when at 50% health or less.)

Crabominable [Optimized]
Ability:
Anger Point / Iron Fist (HA: Technician)
Stats: 97 HP / 142 Atk / 97 Def / 62 SpA / 87 SpD / 73 Spe (+10 Atk, +20 Def, +20 SpD, +30 Spe BST 558)
Typing:

Moves Added: Icicle Spear, Ice Shard, Mach Punch, Bullet Punch, Hammer Arm, Icicle Crash, Arm Thrust
Justification: Crabominable was too slow for its own good, and with mediocre bulk and defensive typing, it died before it could do any damage. Now it has respectable bulk for a wallbreaker, making it quite the threat. Technician with Ice / Fighting grants it access to a large variety of abusable STAB moves.

Vikavolt [Optimized]
Ability:
Levitate / Compound Eyes
Stats: 87 HP / 70 Atk / 100 Def / 145 SpA / 85 SpD / 93 Spe (+10 HP, +10 Def, +10 SpD, +50 Spe)

Only reason why I subbed this was to counteract the blatant Quiver Dance spam. Quiver Dance on a mon with solid bulk and 145 SpA? NO WAY SIR
