[OVERVIEW]

With its high Attack stat and powerful STAB Outrage, Dragonite is a great choice for a physical attacker in ORAS 1v1. Its ability Multiscale supports its already great power, giving it an edge over other Dragon-types in 1v1 like Garchomp and Latios, while its typing and bulk allow it to withstand hits from some of the strongest Pokemon in the metagame like Mega Charizard Y, Porygon-Z, and Meloetta. Furthermore, thanks to its great arsenal of coverage moves, it can be tailored to take on commonly used Pokemon, including bulky Pokemon such as Heatran, Mega Tyranitar, and Diancie. Dragonite's ability to run either a Choice Band or Choice Scarf coupled with the unpredictability of its set in Team Preview lets it lure and KO all-out attackers like Greninja, Mega Lopunny, and Manaphy. However, Dragonite can be easily exploitable mainly due to being vulnerable to status effects from Pokemon like Mega Gardevoir and Mega Sableye, while others capitalize on Fake Out strategies like Mega Medicham and Mega Blastoise, which breaks Multiscale. Moreover, despite Dragonite's Attack stat being very high, it still ends up struggling against stall Pokemon like Mega Sableye, Mega Slowbro, and Kee Berry Mew as well as wallbreakers such as Kyurem-B and Mega Mawile.

[SET]
name: Choice Band
move 1: Outrage
move 2: Earthquake
move 3: Fire Punch / Superpower
move 4: Extreme Speed / Superpower / Iron Head
item: Choice Band
ability: Multiscale
nature: Adamant
evs: 216 HP / 208 Atk / 84 Def

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

Outrage is Dragonite's strongest STAB move, capable of pummeling Pokemon that don't resist it like Mega Charizard Y, Meloetta, and Hoopa-U. Earthquake rounds out Dragonite's coverage well, hitting most Dragon-resistant Pokemon such as Aegislash and Magnezone. Fire Punch is useful for beating Pokemon that are neutral to Earthquake like Genesect, Ferrothorn, and Mega Scizor. Superpower is an option to reliably beat Heatran and Mega Tyranitar. Extreme Speed allows Dragonite to handle frail Pokemon like Choice Scarf Togekiss, non-Choice Specs Greninja, Jumpluff, and Smeargle. Iron Head can be used to beat Mega Diancie and stall Mega Altaria.

Set Details
========

The key to this set is taking advantage of Dragonite's sheer power with Choice Band to break through bulky Pokemon. 216 HP EVs and 84 Defense EVs allow Dragonite to tank Choice Band Garchomp, while the HP EVs allow Dragonite to survive Choice Specs Draco Meteor from Latios and Ice Beam from Choice Specs Genesect. Multiscale is an integral part, allowing Dragonite to shine by withstanding most attacks from full HP unless against Mold Breaker users and Pokemon with substantially high super effective attacks. Alternatively, Dragonite can run a spread of 112 HP / 64 Atk / 248 SpD / 84 Spe with an Adamant nature to tank Choice Specs Greninja's Ice Beam and outspeed Heracross and bulky Meloetta or a spread of 168 HP / 108 Atk / 240 Def with an Adamant nature if you want to defeat Mega Lopunny.

Strategy & Support
========

Choice Band Dragonite should mainly focus on Pokemon that lack reliable recovery and Pokemon without Intimidate such as Mega Charizard Y, Porygon-Z, Heatran, and Genesect. Ideally, it should be chosen against Pokemon such as Choice Specs Latios, Choice Band Garchomp, Meloetta, and Mega Tyranitar to withstand their strong hits with Multiscale. When against Choice Scarf Togekiss, rather than using Iron Head, it's best to use Extreme Speed, as it removes the chances of getting flinched by Air Slash. One of the biggest issues for Dragonite is Mega Gyarados, and as a result, Pokemon such as bulky Will-O-Wisp Mega Charizard Y, Mega Venusaur, and Mega Gardevoir pair well. In return, Dragonite can deal with strong special wallbreakers like Porygon-Z and Meloetta. Powerful special wallbreakers like specially defensive Mega Mawile and Choice Specs Hoopa-U synergize with Dragonite quite well thanks to their ability to handle physically defensive Pokemon like Mega Sableye and Mega Blastoise, which Dragonite struggles against. In return, Dragonite can take on specially defensive Pokemon like Diancie and Snorlax. As Sturdy and Counter users like Crustle, Donphan, and Golem can all take hits from Dragonite and knock it out with Counter, Mega Gyarados, while being one of Dragonite's biggest issues, can also be its greatest ally, handling them and shutting down Pokemon like Mega Slowbro, Kee Berry Mew, and Registeel with Taunt. As a result, Taunt Mega Gyarados synergizes well with Dragonite, with the latter being able to handle bulky Mega Charizard X, Ferrothorn, and Genesect. Mega Metagross can deal with problematic Dragon-, Fairy-, and Poison-types like Kyurem-B, Mega Gardevoir, and Mega Venusaur and appreciates Dragonite's effectiveness against Fire-types like Heatran and Victini.

[SET]
name: Choice Scarf
move 1: Outrage
move 2: Earthquake
move 3: Fire Punch
move 4: Superpower / Iron Head
item: Choice Scarf
ability: Multiscale
nature: Jolly / Adamant
evs: 8 HP / 244 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

Outrage is Dragonite's most solid option for handling Dragon-types like Choice Band Kyurem-B, Garchomp, and opposing Choice Band Dragonite. Earthquake pins down Fire- and Steel-types like Victini, Aegislash, and Magnezone. Fire Punch hits Steel-types that aren't hit super effectively by Earthquake like Ferrothorn and Genesect. Superpower can be run in order to hit Heatran, Mega Tyranitar, and Mega Lopunny, (period -> comma) while Iron Head is mainly for hitting Mega Diancie and Archeops.

Set Details
========

8 HP and 4 Special Defense EVs allow Dragonite to tank Ice Beam from Choice Scarf Greninja, while the remaining EVs are invested into Attack and Speed. Multiscale is run in order to tank Outrage from Mega Charizard X and Ice Beam from Choice Scarf Genesect. A Jolly nature can be run to outspeed Mega Lopunny, while an Adamant nature can be run to have a more reliable matchup against Aegislash.

Strategy & Support
========

This set revolves around outspeeding frailer Pokemon like Porygon-Z, Greninja, Genesect, and Mega Lopunny, which usually have a great matchup against Dragonite, and then proceed to OHKO them with your coverage moves. Against Greninja, if running an Adamant nature, it is better to use Outrage instead of Superpower, as it doesn't risk the possibility of Greninja running Shadow Sneak, and Outrage OHKOes Greninja anyways. On the other hand, running a Jolly nature makes Superpower the optimal choice, as Outrage isn't a reliable win condition due to the significant power drop. Keep in mind that Dragonite's bulk is considerably low and can get overwhelmed by stall and Counter Pokemon like Mega Sableye, Mew, and Crustle. Mega Gyarados is an excellent partner for Dragonite, as it can combat these threats as well as Sturdy Pokemon like Crustle and Golem for it. Mega Gyarados appreciates Dragonite's ability to handle Mega Charizard Y and Genesect. Weakness Policy Victini offensively synergizes well with Dragonite due to its ability to handle Steel-types like Mega Mawile, Mega Metagross, and Mega Aggron. In return, Dragonite deals with offensive threats like Porygon-Z, Mega Lopunny, and Archeops. Other Choice Scarf users like Kyurem-B and Haxorus can use their abilities to outspeed and OHKO Dragonite. Steel-types like Mega Mawile, Genesect, and Mega Aggron can assist Dragonite by getting rid of these threats. In return, Dragonite can handle Fire-types like Victini and Heatran.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

A Weakness Policy set can be run with 252 Attack EVs and an Adamant nature to almost always defeat Mega Metagross; it should be noted that you should use Earthquake into Extreme Speed to reliably beat it. However, this is generally useless apart from this matchup, which is why its other sets are preferred. Protect can be run with Weakness Policy to help Dragonite with Fake Out users like Mega Lopunny, Mega Medicham, Mega Blastoise, and Ambipom. A Choice Specs set with Hurricane, Fire Blast, Ice Beam, and Thunderbolt can be run to handle physical walls like Mega Venusaur and Mega Slowbro. However, it isn't as useful as the other sets, which cover a variety of Pokemon and more significant threats. Fly can be run in order to handle Mega Heracross but is generally useless apart from this matchup.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Broken Multiscale**: The main reason for using Dragonite is its ability Multiscale, and without it, Dragonite would be weaker to attacks. Pokemon that ignore Multiscale such as Mega Gyarados, Kyurem-B, and Haxorus, as well as Fake Out users like Mega Medicham and Mega Blastoise, can handle it effectively. Status inflictions can also be a good way of breaking Multiscale, with Pokemon like bulky Will-O-Wisp Mega Charizard X and Mega Gardevoir crippling it and defeating it as a result.

**Stall**: Stall Pokemon like Mega Sableye, Mega Slowbro, Mew, and Registeel all have enough bulk to live Dragonite's attacks and set up on it to mitigate or lower its offense capabilities.

**Fairy-types**: Fairy-types like Mega Mawile, Mega Altaria, and Togekiss can all tank Dragonite's attacks and cripple it with their respective moves.

**Sturdy**: Pokemon like Crustle, Golem, and Sawk are able to survive a hit thanks to their ability Sturdy and counteract with Counter.

- Dragonite's ability to miscellaneously run both Choice Band and Choice Scarf sets, allows it to lure in Pokemon that focus on beating one side of the spectrum such as Greninja, Mega Lopunny, and Manaphy.
- However, Dragonite can be easily exploitable mainly due to being prone to status strategies like Mega Gardevoir and Mega Sableye, while some others capitalize on abusing Fake Out strategies like Mega Medicham and Mega Blastoise.

- Fire Punch is useful for beating Pokemon that are neutral to Earthquake like Genesect, Ferrothorn, and Mega Scizor.
- Superpower is an option to reliably beat Heatran and Mega Tyranitar.
- Earthquake hits Pokemon that Outrage can't for good enough damage such as Aegislash and Magnezone.
- Extreme Speed allows Dragonite to handle more frail Pokemon like Choice Scarf Togekiss, non-Choice Specs Greninja, Jumpluff, and Smeargle.
- Iron Head can be used to beat Mega Diancie and stall Mega Altaria Technically Mega-Altaria can stay regular and win, so make sure to mention that..
- Fly can be run in order to handle Mega Heracross.

Set Details
========

- The key to this set is abusing its mass-amount of power with Choice Band to break through bulky Pokemon.
- 216 HP EVs and 84 Defense Evs allow Dragonite to tank Choice Band Garchomp, while the HP EVs also allow Dragonite to live Choice Specs Draco Meteor from Latios and Ice Beam from Choice Specs Genesect. +1 252+ SpA Choice Specs Genesect Ice Beam vs. 216 HP / 0 SpD Multiscale Dragonite: 458-540 (121.4 - 143.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO I assume you meant Scarf? other than that very nice work with EV's.
- The Speed EVs allow Dragonite to outspeed stall Mega Altaria and Mirror Coat Mega Blastoise while the rest is invested to Attack. Change this to uninvested base 80's, as Blastoise can technically run enough speed to outspeed you, or even better see if you can put the ev's into somewhere else, as speed creeping things that can still outspeed you is a bit odd.
- Multiscale is an integral feature, allowing Dragonite to shine as it allows it to withstand most attacks, from full HP, unless against Mold Breaker users and Pokemon with substantially-high super effective attacks.
- Alternatively, Dragonite can run 112 HP and 248 SpD EVs to tank Choice Specs Greninja's Ice Beam with the remaining EVs invested into Attack and Speed or if you want to defeat Mega Lopunny you can run 168 HP and 240 Defense EVs with the remaining EVs invested into Attack and Speed. Great work, but give the full EV Spread

Usage Tips
========

- Choice Band Dragonite should mainly focus on Pokemon that lacks reliably recovery and Pokemon without Intimidate such as Charizard-Mega-Y, Porygon-Z, Heatran, and Genesect.
- Ideally, it should be chosen against Pokemon in which it can utilize Multiscale to withstand strong hits from the likes of Choice Specs Latios, Choice Band Garchomp, Meloetta, and Mega Tyranitar.
- Choice Band Dragonite can also be used to lure in Pokemon that usually have a good matchup against Dragon-types such as Choice Scarf Dragonite, Diancie, Specially Defensive Registeel.
- When against Togekiss, rather than using Iron Head, its best to use Extreme Speed as it expels the chances of getting flinched by Air Slash. Very useful tip, see if you can find more like this

Team Options
========

- One of the biggest issues for Dragonite is Mega Gyarados, as a result, Pokemon such as bulky Mega Charizard Y, Honestly Gyarados can run stone edge and you need wisp to reliably beat Gyarados, so make sure you mention that Mega Venusaur, and Mega Gardevoir, pair up with it well. In return, Dragonite can deal with strong special wallbreakers like Meloetta and Porygon-Z for them.
- Powerful special wallbreakers like Porygon-Z and Greninja What sets? PZ has a hard time vs Sableye at times. synergies with Dragonite quite well, due to their ability to handle physically defensive Pokemon like Mega Sableye and Mega Blastoise, which Dragonite struggles against. In return, Dragonite can handle Pokemon like specially defensive Pokemon like Diancie Again only if Iron Headand Snorlax.
- As Sturdy and Counter users, like Crustle, Donphan, and Golem, can all take hits from Dragonite and knock it out with Counter, Mega Gyarados while being one of Dragonite's biggest issues can also be its greatest ally, handling them and stall Pokemon like Mega Slowbro, Kee Berry Mew, and Registeel. With Taunt. As a result, Mega Gyarados synergizes well with Dragonite, with the latter being able to handle bulky Mega Charizard X, Ferrothorn, and Genesect.
- Mega Metagross can deal with problematic Dragon-, Fairy-, and Poison-types like Kyurem-B, Mega Gardevoir, and Mega Venusaur and appreciates Dragonite's effectiveness against Fire-types like Heatran, and Victini.
- Mega Heracross can also be a reliable teammate to Dragonite, being able to handle the aforementioned Mega Gyarados as well as Whimsicott and Mega Swampert Add Kyurem here, Mega-Heracross is an insanely good Kyurem Answer. Dragonite's efficiency to handle Steel-types like Aegislash and Magnezone makes it a reliable ally.

- Outrage is Dragonite's most solid option for damage output, handling Pokemon like Dragon-types like Choice Band Kyurem-B, Garchomp, and opposing Choice Band Dragonite.
- Earthquake pins down Fire- and Steel-types like Victini, Aegislash, and Magnezone.
- Fire Punch hits neutral Steel-types that aren't hit super effectively on Earthquake like Ferrothorn and Genesect.
- Superpower can be run in order to hit Heatran, Mega Tyranitar, and Mega Lopunny.
- Iron Head is mainly for hitting Mega Diancie and Archeops.
- Fly can be used to defeat Mega Heracross. I think they can decipher something like this from the previous set

Set Details
========

- The 8 HP and 4 SpD allow Dragonite to tank a Choice Scarf Ice Beam from Greninja while the remaining EVs are invested into Attack and Speed.
- Notably, this allows Dragonite to outspeed Greninja and Mega Lopunny as well as +1 bulky Mega Charizard X.
- Multiscale is run in order to tank Outrage from Mega Charizard X and Ice Beam from Choice Scarf Genesect.
- An Adamant nature can be run to have a more reliable matchup against Aegislash and Greninja while a Jolly Nature can be run to outspeed Mega Lopunny. Doesn't Jolly Superpower do the trick anyway vs Ice Beam? Hydro Cannon has recharge, grass knot does nothing? I feel like Jolly is much much better as luring Mega-Lopunny is a main reason to use the set anyway, i would put Jolly ahead of adamant

Usage Tips
========

-This set functions around outspeeding frailer Pokemon like Porygon-Z, Greninja, Genesect, and Mega Lopunny, which usually have a great matchup against Dragonite, and then proceed to OHKO them with your coverage moves.
- Against Greninja, if running an Adamant nature then it is better to use Outrage instead of Superpower as it doesn't risk the possibility of Greninja running Shadow Sneak and OHKOs Greninja anyways.
- If, on the other hand, you choose to run a Jolly nature, then it is better to Superpower, as Outrage isn't a reliable win condition due to the significant power drop.
- Keep in mind that Dragonite's bulk is considerably weakened to the previous set and can get overwhelmed by stall and Counter Pokemon like Mega Sableye, Mew, and Crustle, as a result, they should be strayed away from.

Team Options
========

- This variant of Dragonite struggles with stall Pokemon like Mega Sableye, Mega Slowbro, and Mega Altaria which can easily take attacks from Dragonite and overwhelm it. Because of this, Mega Gyarados is an excellent partner for Dragonite as it also deals with Sturdy Pokemon like Crustle and Golem for it. On the other hand, Mega Gyarados has good synergy with Dragonite as it appreciates Dragonite's ability to handle Mega Charizard Y and Genesect.
- Victini Again what Victini set? As Aggron can metal burst vs Band Victini also offensively synergizes with Dragonite: because out of all the threats, Mega Mawile is the one Dragonite finds the hardest time dealing with, as well as other bulky Steel-types like Mega Metagross and Mega Aggron that can easily withstand Earthquake, while Dragonite can deal with hyper offensive threats like Porygon-Z, Mega Lopunny, and Archeops.
- Custap Berry Porygon-Z is a great way for mitigating the effect of being locked to a move, Choice Scarf Dragonite, compared to its Band set has a loss of power and it nullifies this by breaking bulky Pokemon like Mega Altaria, Mega Venusaur, and Mega Swampert. In return, Dragonite can handle Greninja and Genesect for it.
- Other Choice Scarf users, like Kyurem-B and Haxorus, can use their Mold Breaker ability to outspeed and OHKO Dragonite. Steel-types like Mega Mawile, Genesect, and Mega Aggron can assist Dragonite which getting rid of these threats. In return, Dragonite can handle Fire-types like Victini and Heatran.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options There has to be other notable Other Option sets, I encourage you to think of more. Like couldn't a DD set possibly work? Some sort of Special attacking set? Dragonite is extremely versatile
=============

- A Weakness Policy set can be run on Dragonite with 252 Atk Evs and an Adamant nature to almost always defeat Mega Metagross; it should be noted that you should Earthquake into Extreme Speed to reliably beat it.

Checks and Counters I think a section on Pokemon that can easily outplay Multiscale is needed, such as mold breaker, teravolt, fake out, wisp, etc.
===================

**Ice-type Attacks**: Pokemon carrying Ice-type moves do a lot of damage to Dragonite, as it is 4x weak to Ice. Pokemon like Kyurem-B, Mega Aggron, and Mega Blastoise all carry Ice-type attacks and can defeat Dragonite with their respective strategies.

**Stall**: Stall Pokemon like Mega Sableye, Mega Slowbro, Mew, and Registeel all have enough bulk to live Dragonite's attacks and set-up on it to mitigate or lower its offense capabilities.

**Fairy-types**: Fairy-types like Mega Gardevoir, Mega Altaria, and Togekiss can all bulk Dragonite's attacks and cripple them through the use of moves like Will-O-Wisp, Cotton Guard, and Charm and defeat them with their respective moves.

**Sturdy**: Pokemon like Crustle, Golem, and Sawk are able to survive a hit thanks to their ability Sturdy and counteract with Counter.

Other than that you did a really nice job, impliment these and I'll give it a QC

Please respond with any feedback

Pokemon that negate Multiscale such as Mega Gyarados, Kyurem-B, Haxorus can handle it effectively as well as Fake Out users like Mega Medicham and Mega Blastoise. Status infliction can also be a good way of breaking Multiscale with Pokemon like bulky Will-O-Wisp Mega Charizard X and Mega Gardevoir crippling it and removing it as a result.

**Stall**: Stall Pokemon like Mega Sableye, Mega Slowbro, Mew, and Registeel all have enough bulk to live Dragonite's attacks and set-up on it to mitigate or lower its offense capabilities.

**Fairy-types**: Fairy-types like Mega Mawile, Mega Altaria, and Togekiss can all bulk Dragonite's attacks and cripple them with their respective moves.

**Sturdy**: Pokemon like Crustle, Golem, and Sawk are able to survive a hit thanks to their ability Sturdy and counteract with Counter.

[OVERVIEW]

- With its 134high Attack stat and powerful STAB Outrage, Dragonite is a great choice for a physical attacker in ORAS 1V11v1, with its ability Multiscale only surmounting its already great power,(RSC, and AC) giving it an edge over other Dragon-types in 1v1 (some examples here, please? Kyurem-B? Latios? Garchomp? Idk), due to its ability to withstand hits from some of the strongest Pokemon in the metagame, like Mega Charizard Y, Porygon-Z, and Meloetta.
- Furthermore, thanks to its great arsenal of STAB and coverage moves, it can be tailored to take on most of the Pokemon that is put onto the team commonly used Pokemon, including bulky Pokemon, such as Heatran, Mega Tyranitar, and Mega Diancie. (I assume you meant Mega Diancie; if not, please ignore)
- Dragonite's ability to miscellaneously run both Choice Band and Choice Scarf sets, allows it to lure in Pokemon that focus on beating one side of the spectrum such as Greninja, Mega Lopunny, and Manaphy. (I would rephrase this, man. I think something along the lines of "Dragonite's ability to run either Choice Band and Choice Scarf, coupled with the unpredictability of its set in team preview, lets it lure and KO all-out offensive Pokemon like ..." would make the point clearer)
- However, Dragonite can be easily exploitable mainly due to being prone to status strategies from Pokemon like Mega Gardevoir and Mega Sableye, while some others capitalize on abusing Fake Out strategies like Mega Medicham and Mega Blastoiseand Fake Out strategies from others like Mega Medicham and Mega Blastoise, which breaks Multiscale.
- Moreover, despite Dragonite's attackAttack stat being very high, it still ends up struggling against Pokemon with stall Pokemon like Mega Sableye, Mega Slowbro, and Kee Berry Mew, as well as wallbreakers such as Kyurem-B and Mega Mawile.

move 3: Earthquake
move 4: Extreme Speed / Superpower / Iron Head
item: Choice Band
ability: Multiscale
nature: Adamant
evs: 216 HP / 208 Atk / 84 Def

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

- Outrage is Dragonite's strongest STAB move capable of pummelingpummelling Pokemon that don't resist it like Mega Charizard Y, Meloetta, and Hoopa-U.
- Fire Punch is useful for beating Pokemon that are neutral to Earthquake like Genesect, Ferrothorn, and Mega Scizor. (Hey, swap the order of Fire Punch with Earthquake because at this point, you haven't explained what EQ even is effective against)
- Superpower is an option to reliably beat Heatran and Mega Tyranitar.
- Earthquake hits Pokemon that Outrage can'tcannot for good enough damage such as Victini, Aegislash, and Magnezone.
- Extreme Speed allows Dragonite to handle more frail Pokemon like Choice Scarf Togekiss, non-Choice Specs Greninja, Jumpluff, and Smeargle.
- Iron Head can be used to beat Mega Diancie and stall Mega Altaria.

Set Details
========

- The key to this set is abusing its mass-amount ofsheer power with Choice Band to break through bulky Pokemon.
- 216 HP EVs and 84 Defense Evs allow Dragonite to tank Choice Band Garchomp, while the HP EVs also allow Dragonite to live Choice Specs Draco Meteor from Latios and Ice Beam from Choice Specs Genesect.
- Multiscale isplays an integral featurepart(O_O), allowing Dragonite to shine as it allows it to by withstanding most attacks(RC) from full HP, unless against Mold Breaker users and Pokemon with substantially (RH)high super effective attacks.
- Alternatively, Dragonite can run 112 HP / 64 Atk / 248 SpD / 84 Spe to tank Choice Specs Greninja's Ice Beam, outspeed pre-mega Mega Heracross, and bulky Meloetta; or, you can run a spread of 168 HP / 108 Atk / 240 Def if you want to defeat Mega Lopunny. (Can you mention what natures these spreads is best fit with? Should they be Adamant, or some other specific nature?)

Usage Tips
========

- Choice Band Dragonite should mainly focus on Pokemon that lacks reliably recovery and Pokemon without Intimidate such as Charizard-Mega-Y, Porygon-Z, Heatran, and Genesect.
- Ideally, it should be chosen against Pokemon in whichwhere it can utilize Multiscale to withstand strong hits from the likes of,such as Choice Specs Latios, Choice Band Garchomp, Meloetta, and Mega Tyranitar.
- Choice Band Dragonite can also be used to lure in Pokemon that usually have a good matchup against Dragon-types such as Choice Scarf Dragonite, Diancie, Specially Defensive specially defensive Registeel.
- When against Choice Scarf Togekiss, rather than using Iron Head, itsit's best to use Extreme Speed as it expels ('dispels', maybe? I am not sure even that is the right word, though I feel nearly certain 'expel' is not the best choice of word here)the chances of getting flinched by Air Slash.

Team Options
========

- One of the biggest issues for Dragonite is Mega Gyarados, and as a result, Pokemon such as bulky Will-O-Wisp Mega Charizard Y, Mega Venusaur, and Mega Gardevoir, pair up with it well. In return, Dragonite can deal with strong special wallbreakers like Meloetta and Porygon-Z for them. (From my calculations, bulky Zard Y can withstand both MegaDos and PZ with the same set, so it's not like Zard Y needs Dragonite to take care of Porygon-Z.)
- Powerful special wallbreakers like specially defensive Mega Mawile and Choice Specs Hoopa-U synergies with Dragonite quite well, due to their ability to handle physically defensive Pokemon like Mega Sableye and Mega Blastoise, which Dragonite struggles against. In return, Dragonite can handletake on Pokemon like specially defensive Pokemon like Diancie and Snorlax.
- As Sturdy and Counter users, like Crustle, Donphan, and Golem, can all take hits from Dragonite and knock it out with Counter, Mega Gyarados while being one of Dragonite's biggest issues can also be its greatest ally, handling them and stall Pokemon like Mega Slowbro, Kee Berry Mew, and Registeel, with Taunt. As a result, Taunt Mega Gyarados synergizes well with Dragonite, with the latter being able to handle bulky Mega Charizard X, Ferrothorn, and Genesect.
- Mega Metagross can deal with problematic Dragon-, Fairy-, and Poison-types like Kyurem-B, Mega Gardevoir, and Mega Venusaur and appreciates Dragonite's effectiveness against Fire-types like Heatran, and Victini.
- Mega Heracross can also be a reliable teammate to Dragonite, being able to handle the aforementioned Mega Gyarados as well as Kyurem-B, Whimsicott, and Mega Swampert. Dragonite's efficiency to handle Steel-types like Aegislash and Magnezone makes it a reliable ally.

[SET]
name: Choice Scarf
move 1: Outrage
move 2: Earthquake
move 3: Fire Punch
move 4: Superpower / Iron Head
item: Choice Scarf
ability: Multiscale
nature: Jolly / Adamant
evs: 8 HP / 244 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

- Fire Punch hits neutral Steel-types that aren't hit super effectively onby Earthquake,(AC) like Ferrothorn and Genesect.
- Superpower can be run in order to hit Heatran, Mega Tyranitar, and Mega Lopunny.
- Iron Head is mainly for hitting Mega Diancie and Archeops.

Set Details
========

- A Jolly nature can be run to outspeed Mega Lopunny while an Adamant nature can be run to have a more reliable matchup against Aegislash.

Usage Tips
========

-This set functions around outspeeding frailer Pokemon like Porygon-Z, Greninja, Genesect, and Mega Lopunny, which usually have a great matchup against Dragonite, and then proceed to OHKO them with your coverage moves.
- Against Greninja, if running an Adamant nature,(AC) then it is better to use Outrage instead of Superpower as it doesn't risk the possibility of Greninja running Shadow Sneak,(AC) and Outrage OHKOs Greninja anyways.
- If, on the other hand, you choose to run a Jolly nature, then it is better to Superpower, as Outrage isn't a reliable win condition due to the significant power drop.
- Keep in mind that Dragonite's bulk is considerably weakened to the previous set and can get overwhelmed by stall and Counter Pokemon like Mega Sableye, Mew, and Crustle, as a result, they should be strayed stayed away from. (Analyses of different sets should be independent of one another)

Team Options
========

- This variant of Dragonite struggles with stall Pokemon like Mega Sableye and Mega Slowbro, which can easily take attacks from Dragonite and overwhelm it.
- Weakness Policy Victini also offensively synergizes with Dragonite: because out of all the threats, Mega Mawile is the one Dragonite finds the hardest time dealing with, as well as other bulky Steel-types like Mega Metagross and Mega Aggron that can easily withstand Earthquake, while Dragonite can deal with hyper offensive threats like Porygon-Z, Mega Lopunny, and Archeops Since bulky Steel-types like Mega Mawile, Mega Metagross, and Mega Aggron are bulky enough to withstand all of Dragonite's attack and defeat it in return, Weakness Policy Victini offensively synergizes well with Dragonite. In return, Dragonite deals with hyper offensive threats like Porygon-Z, Mega Lopunny, and Archeops. (This is not a dire change, but I feel like phrasing it the way I have gets the flow of the point to a more legible manner than it previously was)
- Custap Berry Porygon-Z is a great way for mitigating the effect of being locked to a move, Choice Scarf Dragonite, compared to its Band set has a loss of power and it nullifies this by breaking bulky Pokemon like Mega Altaria, Mega Venusaur, and Mega Swampert. In return, Dragonite can handle Greninja and Genesect for it. (Same reason as stated above)
- Other Choice Scarf users, like Kyurem-B and Haxorus, can use their Mold Breaker ability to outspeed and OHKO Dragonite. Steel-types like Mega Mawile, Genesect, and Mega Aggron can assist Dragonite whichby getting rid of these threats. In return, Dragonite can handle Fire-types like Victini and Heatran.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

- A Weakness Policy set can be run on Dragonite with 252 Atk EvsEVs and an Adamant nature to almost always defeat Mega Metagross; it should be noted that you should Earthquake into Extreme Speed to reliably beat it.
- Protect can be run with Weakness Policy to help Dragonite with Fake Out users like Mega Lopunny, Mega Medicham, Mega Blastoise, and Ambipom. (Just use Inner fucking Focus nub :blobpex:)
- A Choice Specs set with Hurricane, Fire Blast, Ice Beam, and Thunderbolt can be run to handle physical Wallswalls like Mega Venusaur and Mega Slowbro.
- Fly can be run in order to handle Mega Heracross.
(I think wherever possible, it would be worth mentioning why these sets don't warrant their own full set analysis, i.e, what these sets lack over the main ones or something in a similar vein; people would want to know why, I feel)

Other Options
=============

A Weakness Policy set can be run with 252 Atk Attack EVs and an Adamant nature to almost always defeat Mega Metagross; it should be noted that you should use Earthquake into Extreme Speed to reliably beat it.

===================
