As it's other STAB move Medicham runs Zen Headbutt which deals with Pokémon like Venusaur and Sawk add charizard-mega-y also landing neutral hits on Ghost types these like Dont exist besides sableye and gar which u L to so i'd remove which Fighting cannot damage. Using Medicham is pretty straightforward, you always click Fake Out first turn unless the opposing mon is a Ghost type. The super effective move on Medicham should always be clicked unless that is Thunder Punch, Ice Punch or Bullet punch. If these moves are only two times effective they will do less damage than STAB High Jump Kick on a neutral hit, so be careful. Though if either of the moves above are a guaranteed KO, don't click High Jump Kick. The move has a 90% accuracy and will have 50% recoil if you miss.

i would just nuke this then say just click fake out then the strongest move. and then i would explain charizard (guess form/X set sometimes (impish)) which you can scout from fake out damage and greninja matchups (you can see if the gren is torrent from fake out damage)

I'd say go adamant if BP. It also beats protecless mega gard which isn't used much. BP is p unfavorable roll w/ jolly vs archeops and band fly KOs. Maybe mention its better to be adamant for BP if they want better arch and 100% vs dia. Jolly BP gets rolled asf kek
