Mega Latias is no joke in ORAS OU; if it's up against an unprepared team, this set can easily 6-0 by itself. With Calm Mind and Stored Power, Mega Latias turns into a fearsome bulky wincon. Refresh lets it shrug off status from foes like Rotom-W, Serperior, and Heatran that would otherwise ruin its chances of a sweep. The EVs allow Mega Latias to outspeed Keldeo, tie with common threats like Mega Metagross, Mega Diancie, and Latios, and maximize its overall bulk. Because Mega Latias needs multiple boosts to pose a threat, it can be a liability against fast-paced hyper offense teams that deny it chances to boost; moreover, its vulnerability to Dark-types, especially Pursuit users early-game, means it needs roadblocks like Bisharp, Tyranitar, and Weavile removed before attempting to sweep. Mega Latias finds a great home on Spikes stacking balance teams as a result, relying on entry hazards from teammates like Skarmory, Ferrothorn, and Toxic Spikes Cofagrigus to wear down opposing Dark-types. Rocky Helmet users like Tangrowth and utility Garchomp are good for wearing down Bisharp and Tyranitar, while Ferrothorn, Skarmory, and Stealth Rock setters like Clefable can help against Weavile.

Okay. I would mention that on spike stack is primarily to wear down dark types, opening lati up. Also mention that this set can be slow to get going, and can be overwhelmed by offensive pressure or pursuit trapped early game if the dark types are still alive. It can also be a liability against certain HO teams since prior to setting up it hits like a wet noodle.

After you include the above in an appropriate way qc 1/1

Mega Latias is no joke in ORAS OU:; if it's up against an unprepared team, this set can easily 6-0 by itself. With Calm Mind and Stored Power, Mega Latias turns into a fearsome bulky win-condition wincon with increasing attack potency after each boost. Because Mega Latias is weak before setting up and often slow to get going needs multiple boosts to pose a threat, it can be a liability against faster-paced Hyper Offense fast-paced hyper offense teams that deny it chances to boost; moreover, its vulnerability to Dark-types, especially Pursuit users early-game, means it needs roadblocks like Bisharp, Tyranitar, and Weavile removed before attempting to sweep. Mega Latias finds a great home on Spikes-stacking removed hyphen balance teams as a result, relying on entry hazards from teammates like Skarmory, Ferrothorn, or and Toxic Spikes Cofagrigus to wear down opposing Dark-types.
