Ty for work, a couple of things:

- You have 2 hawluchas at 368
- Add neutral nature MZam, Scolipede (at +0 and +1 and +2), Volcarona (same as scoli), Zard X (+0 and +1)
- Add positive nature max speed Dragonite at +1 (426), Cresselia at +1 (442), Rotom-W at +0 and +1, also add max speed rotom-w neutral nature.
- Add Weavile, Keldeo, MMetagross, MZard Y max speed neutral nature.
- Add Mew lead (max speed positive nature)
- Add MTtar and Volcanion neutral nature no speed
- I'd add the MAlt DDD seed tiers (203 at +0, 304 at +1, and 406 at +2)
- Add Seismitoad neutral nature no speed and negative nature no speed
- I mean tbh I'd prob delete Slowbro and Amoonguss negative nature. No real relevance.
- Add heatran max speed neutral nature (253) and Heatran no speed (190)
- I would delete non-relevant mons: Lucario, Mega Ampharos, Magneton, Zoroark, Sylveon, Ampharos, Uxie, barbarbacle, entei, ninetales, mega glalie, haxorus, tyrantrum, and regular tornadus. They don't even have a shred of relevance in OU
- It's worth adding another Raikou slot for neutral speed nature (Rash).

so latios is duplicate, but i also dont understand the point of this. Delete. Latios is -1 speed when? Icy wind keldeo? super niche interaction and outdated.

Again I'd probably remove speed creep it's kind implied into the speed compendium. This is the only Mandibuzz slot so add another one and make it 0 speed evs (196 speed)

There is a small error in the Speed tier for the base 115 Speed Pokemon (Mega Absol, Azelf, Mega Houndoom, Raikou, and Starmie) with a positive nature. Their Speed is supposed to be 361, not 364.

Just spotted some more errors in the Speed tiers:

• Regular Pidgeot with a Positive nature is shown with 333 instead of 331.
• Maximum Speed positive nature Mega Scizor has the wrong name listed. Somehow, it is called Mega Heracross instead.
• Maximum Speed Mega Altaria at +1 with a neutral nature is supposed to have a Speed stat of 388. Positive natured Mega Altaria at +1 has 426 as its Speed stat. Not 388.
• Neutral natural Azumarill with a Speed stat of 199 does not have 252 Speed EVs listed.
• Maximum Speed Positive nature Mega Gardevoir with 31 Speed IVs isn't listed, but a variant with 30 Speed IVs is.
• Neutral natured Mega Garchomp with 252 Speed EVs is listed with a base Speed stat of 91 instead of 92.
• Positive natured Rotom-W with 252 Speed EVs is listed with a base Speed stat of 115 instead of 86.
• Positive natured Gyarados with 252 Speed EVs at +1 has a Speed stat of 430. Not 433.
• Zygarde with 252 Speed EVs at +1 with a Speed stat of 433 has a Neutral nature. Not a Positive nature (that variant has a Speed stat of 475)
• Positive natured Scolipede at +1 has a Speed stat of 532. Not 533. Speaking of Scolipede, a mistake has been made for the neutral natured variant at +1 too (it is shown with 113 as its base Speed stat instead of 112).
• Landorus-T with 252 Speed EVs at +2 with a Speed stat of 562 has a Neutral nature. Not a Positive nature.

Suggested addition:

• Add Gyarados with 252 Speed EVs at +2: Neutral natured Speed stat at +2 = 522; Positive natured Speed stat at +2 = 574

Edit: Another error has been found:

• Seismitoad with 0 Speed EVs with a Speed stat of 184 has a Neutral nature. Not a Negative nature. Also pointing out that Seismitoad has a base Speed stat of 74. Not 80 (error was found for Seismitoad of both natures).

• Regular Pidgeot with a Positive nature is shown with 333 instead of 331.
• Maximum Speed positive nature Mega Scizor has the wrong name listed. Somehow, it is called Mega Heracross instead.
• Maximum Speed Mega Altaria at +1 with a neutral nature is supposed to have a Speed stat of 388. Positive natured Mega Altaria at +1 has 426 as its Speed stat. Not 388.
• Neutral natural Azumarill with a Speed stat of 199 does not have 252 Speed EVs listed.
• Maximum Speed Positive nature Mega Gardevoir with 31 Speed IVs isn't listed, but a variant with 30 Speed IVs is.
• Neutral natured Mega Garchomp with 252 Speed EVs is listed with a base Speed stat of 91 instead of 92.
• Positive natured Rotom-W with 252 Speed EVs is listed with a base Speed stat of 115 instead of 86.
• Positive natured Gyarados with 252 Speed EVs at +1 has a Speed stat of 430. Not 433.
• Zygarde with 252 Speed EVs at +1 with a Speed stat of 433 has a Neutral nature. Not a Positive nature (that variant has a Speed stat of 475)
• Positive natured Scolipede at +1 has a Speed stat of 532. Not 533. Speaking of Scolipede, a mistake has been made for the neutral natured variant at +1 too (it is shown with 113 as its base Speed stat instead of 112).
• Landorus-T with 252 Speed EVs at +2 with a Speed stat of 562 has a Neutral nature. Not a Positive nature.

Suggested addition:

• Add Gyarados with 252 Speed EVs at +2: Neutral natured Speed stat at +2 = 522; Positive natured Speed stat at +2 = 574

Edit: Another error has been found:

• Seismitoad with 0 Speed EVs with a Speed stat of 184 has a Neutral nature. Not a Negative nature. Also pointing out that Seismitoad has a base Speed stat of 74. Not 80 (error was found for Seismitoad of both natures).

Spotted another error in the Speed tier. Adamant Scolipede at +2 (Speed stat of 646) is listed with a base Speed stat of 113 instead of 112.
